"Girls, this isn't a fashion runway. I believe we can start without the others now that more than-" My mother was quickly interrupted by the gurgling of the portal's fluids. So, as the two red-haired women sat in their seats, two new figures came through. And these people I was familiar with.

First, there was Auntie Aria, who was wearing a cute black dress with tons of jewelry and silk gloves, whilst Auntie Amanda wore a cute white dress and matching silk gloves. They were both dressed up like dolls, and their slight makeup really accentuated everything and perfectly molded aspects together.

Auntie Aria had her dark blue hair tied up into two buns stuffed behind her head, whilst Auntie Amanda went for a more hair-down type of look. Although her hair was already shorter than others, so it really fit her to have it down, and I guess a bit messy.

And like the gods didn't want my mother to proceed with the meeting, the portal gurgled yet again, causing a woman with long black hair and pitch-black eyes to nearly run into the two young women in front of her.

"Oh, sorry about that girl… damn, is he not here yet? Alright, I'll go get him," She muttered, heading back through the portal for some strange reason.

I looked up at Mother, confused as to who all these new people were. I mean, the two who just came through were obvious, but first the vampires and now that strange woman who was more shadow than human? Everybody here was strange, and it felt impossible to wrap my mind around it.

"*sigh*... These two lovely-looking women with the red hair are two more of your aunts, Nell and Astra. Astra is the one with the ponytail, and Nell is the one with the shorter hair. They're both of vampiric descent, but Astra is a dragon while Nell is… well, a devil, I can only assume. I never really understood her evolution tree, and she never explains it, so even she is a mystery to me."

"And the black-haired woman?" I turned back towards the portal, seeing her come through just as Auntie Amanda and Auntie Aria sat at the table. They looked elegant next to each other, but nothing compared to the sparkling shadow that phased out of the portal, right beside the same black-haired woman from before.

It was a man. He was the first man at this meeting for some reason and was extremely handsome at that. He was utterly ripped, his tight black compression shirt nearly exploding from his rippling muscles. He was also the tallest person here, standing at a clean two-hundred centimeters. And despite all of that lengthiness, he was still buff.

His straight black hair had an undercut with a slight middle part he had very subtly revealing his pitch-black eyes. I could only assume from these details and the very obvious Asian features he had, that he was the black-haired woman's husband.

"Honey, that's her husband," I heard Mama interrupt my thoughts. I gave her a slight glare as I had always put my foot down on secretly spying on my thoughts, but at least this time, it was to correct me on something. So, the glare was all she got, instead of a verbal beatdown.

"Damn, am I the only guy here?" The black-haired man chuckled, standing behind the seat that was fit for the black-haired woman. She was in very casual attire, similar to my parents, who were in comfy loungewear. Her brother, on the other hand, had the tight black compression shirt, of course, but he also had baggy sweatpants that enhanced his triangle-shaped back.

"These two here are Chun-Hei and Da-Hye. Chun-Hei is the woman, and Da-Hye being the brother. Those two are also part of your very long and non-blood related extended family… so make sure to remember them well."

"You can just call us Charna and Silas. Those are our English names, and I'm sure they'll be easier to remember," Auntie Charna smiled at me, and even though her features were so scary and dark, she had a bright and welcoming personality.

Now that everybody was here and all the seats were filled, I noticed that there was one extra seat for some reason. I mean, Tolf meant twelve in Icelandic, so I assumed there were twelve leaders… but for some strange reason, there seemed to be a thirteenth seat. So once again, I looked up to my mother for answers, only for the portal to gurgle once more.

Two beings stepped out of it. One was a beautiful woman with long tan hair and pale white eyes. They barely moved in their sockets and barely even blinked at that. They looked more like decoration than anything else, so it was safe to assume she was blind of some sort.

On the other hand, it was my Uncle from the city in Egypt that was also the husband of Auntie Clio.

(Lucy POV)

I had Mia erase any memory of Charna, as it would just make everything worse. I also communicated with the dark figure to try and come off as a better person this time, even if their slight resentment was unquenchable.

Of course, I could still feel those lingering emotions hang in the air, but as soon as Sophia and Clio's husband, who I guess just came on a whim, took their positions, we decided to start the meeting. Nobody really spoke up first, waiting for somebody to bring up the topic of this upcoming war. But as the quick awkward glances took the stage, I noticed my daughter looking up at me with confusion.

"That is Sophia, another member of Tolf. You can call her the Sub-Executive of our organization. She manages many things, mostly the underground and darker things, but she is also the girlfriend of Astra," I whispered.

My daughter was a bit astonished at that information, quickly glancing back and forth between Astra and Sophia, who hadn't even glanced at each other. But, I proceeded to quickly explain that they were having some troubles with their relationship as of now, with one being overworked and the other being way too lazy to care about anything.

Their relationship was already getting bad about a year ago, and recently it took a turn for the worst when Sophia was fed up with Astra's laziness and decided to take a break from her. Astra was deeply saddened by this, of course, but Sophia still wanted to take a break, and Astra tried to change herself for the better.

Having no real job besides taking care of powerful enemies with her sister, Astra was pretty much a lazy bum until one of us said we needed somebody to be taken care of. They were incredible at their job, but unlike Nell, who actually owned her own company outside of Tolf, Astra leeched off of Sophia's hard work in the underground scene.

I heard recently she's been trying to build up her own company, but how much I believe that is, well… very minimal. And even if she was trying, I doubt it would even succeed.

Bloop

All of a sudden, a chill shot down my spine as a pale white hand touched my shoulder. Everybody else in the room immediately shot up, getting ready to activate their skills, only to be shut down by the woman's powerful presence.

My daughter fainted under the intense pressure, and as I took a look back, an incredibly long status appeared in front of me. And I was sure everybody else could see it.
