Angle's Arrogance? My Pact with the Succubus Queen!

Chapter 186: Taking Over The Black Church and the Blood Cultivation Realm!

Everyone looked up at the countless space cracks in the sky, all of them showing admiration.

Judge Arthur, watching the cracks, walked over to Logan and smiled. "Congratulations. You've gotten even stronger since we last met. Being able to open so many space gates at once—your control over space laws is truly the best in the whole federation."

Logan scratched his head when he heard Arthur's praise, not sure how to respond.

He knew one thing for sure: when he controlled the entire Ashen Dragon tribe, his position in the human federation was already unshakable.

Before, he had needed others to recognize him to gain status. Now, he didn't need anyone's support to become someone others couldn't ignore—someone they had to look up to.

"Judge, you're too kind. I just have power through the gun," Logan said with a casual smile as he followed Arthur over to where Philip General and the others were standing.

At that moment, the intelligence department sent over new satellite images. After scanning the area, they confirmed that there were no strong energy signals coming from deep inside The Black Church.

Also, The First Holy City was starting to get back to normal, with people returning. Vincent and a group of rebels had quietly returned to the city, searching for enemies.

Seeing this, Logan frowned. "Huh, did that guy really get blown up by [The Death God of Love]?"

Without a word, Logan suddenly disappeared from everyone's sight and reappeared right next to Vincent in a flash.

Vincent, surprised by Logan's sudden appearance, immediately looked wary. "Logan, where's Fischl?"

Logan gave Vincent a look and handed him a cigar—something he had stolen from Philip General's desk. "She's back in the federation. What did you find? That monster seems to have disappeared along with [Land of Sins]."

Vincent took the cigar, studied the pattern, and frowned. "Disappeared together? How did you do that? That thing was something even a Saint-level warrior couldn't handle."

Logan casually pulled out a lighter, lit Vincent's cigar, and patted him on the shoulder. "No big deal. I just happened to set off a nuclear bomb on me."

Puff!

Vincent coughed violently from the cigar, almost choking.

That reaction was a total insult for someone as experienced as him.

"You bastard, who the hell carries a nuclear bomb around just for fun?" Vincent yelled, glaring at Logan.

Logan saw that Vincent had relaxed a bit, so he smiled and patted his shoulder again. Then he told him about the plan for the human federation to take over The Black Church.

When Vincent heard that the human federation and the Temple were planning to split up The Black Church, his face turned pale. "Have you even asked the followers? They won't agree."

Logan shrugged. "I know."

Hearing that, Vincent got even angrier. "You know, and you don't stop them?"

Logan's face turned cold. "Vincent! I helped you get rid of Apophis just because of our old friendship."

"What does The Black Church have to do with me? Did they ever help me or raise me? Why should I care about their lives or deaths?"

"At the end of the day, whether it was Apophis or the archbishops being killed by the Pope—it was all your own doing."

With that, Logan turned and started walking toward the second Holy City.

Vincent was speechless, not knowing how to respond. He finally asked, "Where are you going?"

"To collect my payment, of course. I can't do all this for free."

As he said that, Logan disappeared from Vincent's sight.

From then on, every time Logan entered a Holy City, he would sweep through the Blood Cultivation Realm.

Since the priests there had no grudge against him, he didn't go too far. He just took 95% of the monsters and resources from each Blood Cultivation Realm.

When Vincent finally caught up with him at the second Holy City, Logan was already on his way to the third one, satisfied with what he'd taken.

Suddenly, Vincent felt a bad feeling in his gut. He rushed to the center of the Blood Cultivation Realm in the second Holy City.

When he saw that the once-hundred-meter-tall gate of the Blood Cultivation Realm was now less than three meters tall, his face dropped.

He trembled, stepped through the gate, and found that the ancient Blood Cultivation Realm—once as big as a world—was now just a small plaza, barely big enough for a party.

Seeing the scene, Vincent felt like crying.

He knew Logan's personality well. He could tell that this time, Logan was going to take everything from The Black Church—every last bit of its wealth and power.

Thinking about it, Vincent sighed deeply and said, "The Black Church is finished!"

In the days that followed, Logan kept going through the Blood Cultivation Realms in all the major Holy Cities, collecting the spoils.

The thirteen Blood Cultivation Realms of The Black Church each had their own unique features.

For example, the thirteenth Holy City was guarded by the Ashen Dragon tribe, and it was all about battle and killing.

Other Blood Cultivation Realms were protected by Sacred Beasts that excelled in different areas—some in alchemy, some in runes, and others in engineering.

Logan took all these monster groups under his control, nearly emptying the entire foundation of The Black Church.

At this point, the space inside Logan's familiar had grown so large from all the resources that it now contained a huge lake, three continents, 108 islands, thirteen floating islands, and an endless ocean.

That wasn't even counting all the War Domains, underground worlds, and other hidden spaces.

So when the monsters entered Logan's familiar space, they didn't want to leave.

Some of them hadn't even signed a contract with Logan yet, but they cried and begged him to make a deal with them.

Their goal was simple: to get a piece of land for free in Logan's world.

Now, in Logan's familiar space, there were two groups: the familiars and the monsters. Only those who had signed a familiar contract with Logan were allowed to get their own land.

The monsters, on the other hand, had to live within the space Logan set up.

They couldn't build houses, take land, or get resources the same way the familiars did.

But the monsters were also jealous. They saw the familiars living on hundreds or even thousands of hectares of land, living in the best houses, and getting all the benefits from Rune Arrays. That made them feel bad.

Right now, the monsters wished they were beautiful girls, so they could line up and throw themselves at Logan, begging for a "contract spot."

Three days later, Logan finished taking everything from The Black Church's Blood Cultivation Realms.

After taking in the Three-Headed Hell Wolf tribe and the Ashen Dragon tribe, he also added a group of extremely powerful races.

First was the [Molten Mountain Dragon] tribe. They were huge, like mountains, but very few in number. Each one was like a moving war fortress.

They lived by eating heat and chewing on rocks. They were natural lovers of magma and lava.

Any energy they ate would be turned into red energy crystals through their bodies. These crystals had extremely high energy density.

Logan once saw these crystals listed in a human federation auction. Just one ton could power a major city for a whole month.

In addition, Molten Mountain Dragons could eat rocks and extract metal. The molten ore they produced was even stronger than the top-grade purple spirit gold used by the human federation.

But because they ate so much, The Black Church usually kept them asleep and didn't let them eat freely.

Otherwise, even with only eight of them left, they could destroy any force. Their biggest strength was their large-scale destructive power.

Logan tested it himself. The combined attack of the eight dragons was as powerful as the human federation's ultimate weapon, The Death God of Love.

Then there was the [Two-Headed Serpent Emperor] tribe. They usually lived together with plants. They had stats of both animals and plants, and were naturally good at growing magical plants.

Because of their powerful life force and ability to produce biological toxins, they needed to regularly release excess energy and toxins to grow plants.

After being cultivated by them, some plants became rare medicine, others turned into poisonous plants. In short, they could provide almost all the rare plant samples that alchemists needed.

This was a huge help for Logan in his study of alchemy.

There was also the [Nightmare Demon] tribe. Like the Nightmare Demons of the Maya Archbishop, they were natural controllers of dreams. They could pull people into dreams, control their dreams, and even kill them in their sleep—they were really good at it.

Then there was the [Mosquito Beast] tribe. Just like the ancestral mosquito beast of Pope David, they came from this group. They had incredible assassination and stealth abilities, and were natural assassins and spies.

And there were the [Shadow Crows], [Goblin Death Gods], and the [Slime] tribe. They each had different abilities, just like Fischl and Vincent's familiars. They were extremely powerful.

Besides being strong on their own, these tribes also had different kinds of knowledge and skills. And they each had their own unique fighting styles.

Logan didn't have time to take it all in, so he just wrote it all down. Then he left The Black Church satisfied and returned to the Human Federation base.

When he appeared at Star Lake again, the area around it was completely surrounded by Federation troops.

Logan looked at the scene curiously. He walked up to a soldier and asked, "What's going on here?"

The soldier, seeing that Logan was dressed like a student, relaxed a little. He warned him, "Get out of here fast. Lomel General came specially to look for you, but you left him waiting for days. The general is really angry now, and he doesn't let anyone go in or out of Star Lake."
