Inside Saint Heart City.
Garen City Lord stood beside Philip General and Darwin General, staring at the holy light body in the sky. His face was serious. "Damn it, it's a divine descent!"
Philip General twitched his mouth, his beard standing straight up. "Doesn't Logan just tear down a statue? How did he call this thing here?"
Darwin General sighed, pinching his forehead. "Don't say anything. I'm already headache. Logan's a good kid, but he always gets into trouble. Order the city guard to go on high alert."
At that moment, Natalia and the others arrived. When they saw the holy light body in the sky, they all looked shocked.
"Logan could have just beaten up Holy Son, but why did he bring this thing out?" Sophia looked at the holy light body in disbelief. "This is the last Saint-level being left in the human race!"
Lucia looked into the distance and shook her head. "It's not the real one — just a clone. But it can still use some Saint-level powers. Don't underestimate it."
Natalia snorted and laughed. "Is that thing even human anymore?"
Hearing Natalia's words, Lucia and Sophia's faces turned dark, as if remembering something.
Sophia sighed. "The teacher had a deal with it. Should we go?"
"No way," Lucia said firmly. "If it kept its promise, the teacher wouldn't have died like that."
Sophia said nothing and lowered her head. Then she turned to Natalia. "So, what do you say? Fight or not?"
Natalia thought for a moment. "Let's watch what else Logan has up his sleeve. I have a feeling the old folks in the federation are just watching the show today."
On the other side of the city...
In the top floor of a five-star hotel in Saint Heart City.
Judge Arthur held a wine glass, staring silently into the distance. He took a sip and said, "You shouldn't have come to see me."
Behind Arthur, the TV behind him crackled with static: "Help that kid awaken. It will be good for both of us."
Arthur's eyes were deep and thoughtful. He looked at the holy light body forming in the distance and sighed, "What do you need me to do?"
"Make that kid face as much danger as possible, but don't let him die." After that, the static stopped, and the TV went back to its normal program.
Arthur thought for a moment, then sighed with a look of annoyance. "That kid really knows how to cause trouble."
In the Temple Square.
Logan sat on a stone, quietly regaining his familiar energy.
He had fought two enemies—Nel and Holy Son—in just one day and was already a bit tired.
But his face still showed excitement. The two battles had felt amazing, and he felt more alive than ever.
Before the holy light body was fully formed, Logan teleported down to the space beneath it.
When Garen City Lord and others noticed Logan had left Saint Heart City, they all sighed in relief.
But right now, Shaya Priest and Nancy Priest—people who had just been sent away by Logan—felt really awkward.
They were still praying, trying to speed up the formation of the holy light body. But they also saw Logan suddenly appear in front of them.
Logan figured out right away that the holy light body was connected to these priests. He grinned and said: "Your prayers are going well. Don't do it again next time!"
Eugenia realized what Logan was about to do and quickly stopped praying. "Logan! Listen to me…"
Before she could finish, Logan teleported her straight to the men's hospital in Saint Heart City.
At the same time, Shaya Priest was sent to an old military base outside the city.
And Nancy Priest was sent into the city, out of the starry space.
Without the two priests and the Temple knight commander leading the prayers, the holy light body stopped receiving energy. Its long, flowing hair only formed half of itself, and its bare head looked very bright and glaring.
Then, the holy light body opened its eyes. The god touched its head immediately, feeling it smooth and shiny. It exploded with anger. "Damn you, Blasphemer! I'll kill you!"
Logan stood in front of the god, and the pressure from the god's presence made the air feel heavy, even messing up his hair.
The god raised its huge arm, like a falling star, and brought down a powerful blow.
Logan frowned and immediately used his skills.
"Resonance!"
"Tortoise Prism Armor!"
"Guard the Blood Cultivation Realm!"
With a tenfold boost, Nabo's huge body appeared in front of Logan.
Combined with the defense of the Blood Cultivation Realm, Nabo's shell barely blocked the god's attack.
Logan looked at the cracked barrier of the Blood Cultivation Realm and frowned deeply.
This time, Logan's defense would definitely break. It was the first time he had ever faced something like this.
The god on the other side also looked at Logan in surprise, his eyes showing a little admiration—and greed. "Your familiar space is really big."
Before he even finished speaking, over a hundred six-winged angels suddenly appeared behind the god. Each one was a glowing energy being made of holy light.
"Sing! The Hymn of Light!"
A beautiful, heavenly voice filled the air. Right away, Logan's Soul Sea exploded with chaos. Holy light carried powerful mental energy and rushed into his mind like a flood.
Damn it, this stupid god wants to control me!
Logan was so angry that his eyes turned golden in an instant.
"Demons Lord Descends!"
"Lilith!"
"Kerparos!"
"Hydra!"
"Come out, all of you!"
With a loud roar, space cracks opened behind Logan.
A terrifying energy swept through the entire Saint Heart City. Even the Star Lake outside the city was affected by this dark power.
At that moment, all the monsters around Saint Heart City screamed wildly. They all lost their minds in an instant.
Bobbi and Nel, who had been watching from a distance, opened their mouths in shock.
Bobbi rubbed his eyes and said, stumbling over his words: "Th-three S-level familiars... where did this kid get them?"
Nel looked annoyed and crossed her arms. "Damn it, he didn't even use his full strength when fighting me!"
Hearing Nel's complaint, Bobbi sighed. "I was hoping to use our strength to push him and help him awaken. But instead, he's been pushing us the whole time."
Nel heard that and got even angrier, a vein popping on his forehead.
Meanwhile, on the top floor of a five-star hotel, Arthur saw Logan suddenly summon three S-level familiars. He dropped his wine glass in shock.
"Three S-level familiars. This kid really surprises me," Arthur said, still shocked. He picked up his phone and dialed a number. "Reassess the support plan for the Inspection Bureau. Logan's value is way higher than we expected."
After hearing Arthur's words, the person on the other end stayed quiet for a moment before finally sighing: "Why?"
Arthur turned to look at the three S-level familiars in the sky and smiled. "Logan has bonded with three of them, and it looks like he can control them perfectly."
Arthur stopped talking. On the other end, there was another long silence, then a sharp intake of breath. "You're not joking, right? You know what this means."
Arthur took a big gulp from his bottle. "You know what I mean. I'm a serious and rational person."
"Got it," the voice on the other end said, pausing for a second before sounding more determined. "Support Logan fully. If needed, we can even go against the Temple."
Arthur chuckled. "That's exactly what I was waiting for."
With that, Arthur's body turned into water and flowed across the floor, moving toward the street and heading straight for Logan.
Above the stars, Logan pulled back, leaving the battle to Lilith, Kerparos, and Hydra.
Ever since Logan returned from The Black Church, Natalia had given Hydra to him.
Now, with three S-level Legend-stage familiars at his side, Logan chose to fight the god head-on.
So, he activated the "Three-Headed Hell Wolf Battle Style," and two more heads grew on his shoulders.
Then, all three of his heads closed their eyes at the same time, and the battle-style runes in his Soul Sea lit up.
"Triple Resonance!"
Right away, the familiars Logan had bonded with all cried out in pain.
Under Logan's control, the Resonance array took three times the soul power from each familiar and poured it into Lilith, Kerparos, and Hydra.
That was like giving all three familiars a ten-times Resonance buff at the same time. Their basic stats all jumped into the thousands.
As the three familiars' energy spiked again, Logan's temples throbbed, and his three-eyed pupils started bleeding.
The god frowned. "You lowly Blasphemer, your tricks really surprise me. But how long can you hold up under my Hymn of Light?"
"Take him down!"
Three loud roars, and Logan launched the first attack.
At this point, Lilith, Kerparos, and Hydra weren't quite at the Saint stage yet.
But if you just looked at their numbers, they were only one step below the Symbiote weapon Apophis from The Black Church.
"Dark Energy – Moon-Cleaving Magic Blade!"
"Ice Fire Wind Thunder – Elemental Whirlwind!"
"Mind Infection – Soul Devour!"
Physical attack, elemental attack, and mental attack—all three attacks, all beyond the Legend stage limit, hit the god at the same time.
The god's body swayed, and he roared loudly. "Good! As long as I control you, all of this will be mine!"
Then, a wild look appeared on his face. "Submit to me! You, lost lamb. You're much better than the last one for my Holy Son!"
Logan bit his lip through the pain in his soul and sneered. "You like playing dad so much? Is it because you can't even have kids?"
"Arrogant!" The god roared in anger, shaking off Lilith, Kerparos, and Hydra, and charging straight at Logan.
Logan saw this and muttered under his breath, "Oh no, did I just say the truth?"
