When Dylan and Aaron reached the entrance of the emergency room, the door suddenly opened. Dylan, shocked and panicked, immediately followed them with Aaron, but suddenly, Clara, who had just come out of the emergency room, pulled Dylan's arm from behind.

"Big Brother... Big Sister Maya is going to be okay, but her water broke, and because she's unconscious, it's dangerous for the baby. Now the doctor has to operate," Clara said.

Besides that, I also took her to see another doctor to lower her blood pressure and buy the medicine. That's why I asked Maya to always be at home so she wouldn't be too stressed, and if she wanted to go out, I'd always take her. Why?" Dylan asked.

Suddenly the door opened. Megan, who was guarding them, immediately turned to look at the door, as did Fiona, Iris, Lena, and Amy. Aaron and Clara walked in, then sat in the chairs next to Lena's bed. Seeing Aaron and Clara's faces, Lena immediately asked,

"Please don't go anywhere and don't argue with me," Megan said, cutting Lena off.

"Alright, I understand," Lena replied.

"Good. Now, calm down," Megan replied, standing up straight again but not moving from her spot.

"Big Sister... please take Tania back," Fiona said.

"I'm afraid I'll drop her," Iris added.

"Yeah, I'm sorry," Amy replied, taking Tania back from them.

Then Clara also gave Caleb back to Lena. The atmosphere in the room fell silent as no one spoke at all. Even Caleb and Tania seemed calm and asleep, unaware of what was happening and the tension around them. Suddenly the door opened. Dylan returned, helping Ellie, who was holding her stomach. After sitting Ellie down in the middle, between Lena and Amy's beds, Dylan left the room again without saying anything.

"Where is Big Brother going now?" Aaron asked.

"He wants to wait in front of the operating room. I wanted to wait with him, actually, but he was worried about my condition," Ellie replied, looking down.

"You should just rest here, Big Sister," Clara replied.

"Ellie, how is Maya?" Amy asked anxiously.

"Please tell me and Amy," Lena added.

Ellie was silent for a moment, then she wiped her face so that she wouldn't look like she was crying. After that, she turned to look at Lena and Amy.

"It's okay. I'm sure Maya and Abigail will be fine," Ellie said, forcing a smile.

Seeing Ellie's forced smile, Lena and Amy immediately forced themselves to sit up straight, then both hugged Ellie, who was in the middle between their beds. Aaron immediately put his arm around the crying Clara next to him, while Fiona and Iris sat quietly, still staring at Tania sleeping in her bassinet. Their faces also looked sad. The atmosphere became silent again because no one spoke anymore, but suddenly Megan turned to look at the door and then turned back toward the door. Then she turned and walked toward the window, looking out after opening the curtain. Her eyes were directed downwards.

"Paul, Roger, can you hear me?" Megan asked.

"Yeah, we hear you," Roger replied.

"What's up, Megan?" Paul asked.

"Please guard the outer gate. It looks like we're going to have guests again," Megan said.

"Oh... I see. Alright, I'm ready," Roger replied.

"Okay, I'll be on standby in the motorcycle parking lot," Paul replied.

"I'm leaving it to you guys, okay?" Megan replied.

"Done," Paul and Roger replied in unison.

Then Megan turned to look at Lena, Amy, Ellie, Aaron, Clara, Fiona, and Iris. She smiled with a straight face, then turned and looked back at the tightly closed door.

"Whoever tries to get in here will be my problem, and I won't let them past that door," Megan thought to herself, continuing to stare at the door without blinking.
