I Become the Strongest with Infinite Skills Level

Chapter 202: Victory Banquet

The entire White Faction charged in and slaughtered the Red Faction without mercy. They ran in fear, unable to fight back because they had no weapons.

The horror and brutality of the final moments of the war unfolded right in front of Ethan's eyes, but nothing could stop the massacre.

The Red Faction had fought against the White Faction, and they had also killed civilians and destroyed the city. Both sides were completely guilty.

But destroying both factions meant leaving the city without any leadership. Ethan thought that would be much worse.

Choosing one strong faction with no previous affiliation was the best choice. The White Faction led by Guild Avalon was clearly the answer.

The leader of Guild Eagle War died with his head cut off, followed by the rest of the red members.

The White Faction cheered loudly, happy and relieved that the long conflict of the last two weeks had finally ended with their victory.

They had the right to control Porco City now. They had the right to rule all the districts and bring Porco back to life and make it even better than before.

The crowd split, giving way for a man walking toward the City Hall. He was clearly not Ross, but the leader of Guild Avalon.

"The conflict is over. Thank you for helping us, Sir Ethan," the man said. Everyone knew him as Kevin.

Kevin reached out his hand for a handshake. Ethan smiled and accepted it.

With the White Faction winning the conflict and LionArk acting as the mediator, stability in Porco City was secured.

Day turned into night, and a grand celebration was held at the Avalon Guild base. A huge feast and plenty of drinks were served.

The friendship between Guild Avalon, Alanor, and LionArk grew stronger.

Ethan and Kevin sat at the same table on the podium, each with their own aides.

In the front yard, many faction members and LionArk guild members were celebrating. They ate as much as they wanted and drank until they were drunk.

In the middle of the dinner to celebrate the White Faction's victory, Kevin turned and said something to Ethan.

Ethan looked at him, still holding a cup of wine.

"About the city repairs. I saw that the cost is really huge," Kevin said.

"Such massive destruction in a short time will definitely cost a lot," Ethan answered.

"If we use all of our money, I'm worried the guild's operations will be disrupted," Kevin replied.

Ethan stayed quiet for a moment, watching Kevin's face closely. He asked what the repair costs looked like.

Kevin explained that the total cost for repairing the city's destroyed infrastructure and public facilities was 3,200,000 gold.

"We only have 3,500,000 gold, and that's the combined gold from the White Faction's supporting guilds."

It wasn't more than Mavelard, but the damage was terrible because Porco was a small city. That made the repair cost rise significantly.

"How much gold does the Avalon Guild have?" Ethan asked.

"Us? Only 1,200,000 gold."

Ethan nodded quietly. LionArk had earned a lot from the land rent in the city, but they also needed to prepare many things for the upcoming Guild War.

There was no clear information on when the Guild War would start. There wasn't even an announcement yet. For now, maybe Ethan could consider helping Avalon.

"I'll help you with 2,000,000 gold. Save your money for your guild's needs in the post-conflict period," Ethan said.

"Bring the marketplace back to life, support those who are struggling, build cooperation with other cities."

"There are many things you need to do."

"Is that real? You'll help us?" Kevin asked, shocked as he stood up.

The moment Kevin stood firmly, many people fell silent from their conversations and activities. All their attention turned toward the front, watching Kevin and Ethan.

Ethan stood and gently patted Kevin's shoulder, lifting his wine cup with his other hand and asking everyone to raise a toast.

"A toast for Porco City and the White Faction!" Ethan called out.

"For Porco City and the White Faction!" they shouted.

Kevin followed Ethan's gesture. He poured wine into his cup, raised it high, and showed it to everyone.

"A toast for LionArk!" Kevin declared.

"For LionArk!" they shouted again.

Everyone drank their wine and felt happy with the victory celebration. Before they returned to their seats, Kevin stopped them to announce something.

"LionArk has worked hard to help us win this city conflict. They are also willing to help repair the city," Kevin said.

"They have done so much to bring peace to Porco City."

"With this, I, Kevin of Guild Avalon and Leader of the White Faction of Porco, declare that Guild Avalon and the White Faction will become a loyal alliance of LionArk!"

"Never betray, never rebel, never surrender!"

"For the LionArk Alliance!" Kevin shouted, raising his cup again.

Everyone toasted and shouted the same words Kevin had spoken. Ethan smiled.

He was glad that Kevin chose to join the LionArk alliance. It would help him a lot later when the Guild War happened.

Kevin asked Ethan, as the Vice Leader of LionArk Guild, to speak. Ethan smiled and looked at all of them.

"Porco was won through the blood, sweat, and struggle of everyone in the White Faction. We've lost people close to us, sent our families to flee, and watched our beloved city fall apart!"

"Tonight, I say this. Porco will remain peaceful forever."

"As long as LionArk exists, no force will ever be able to touch Porco City!" Ethan declared.

The crowd cheered. Their friendships grew stronger, and many of them promised to help each other.

Ethan turned to Kevin. The victory of Porco City belonged entirely to the White Faction. Ethan was glad to hear they joined the LionArk alliance.

"Now, Porco City is in your hands. I'm sure you can handle it well," Ethan said.

"Thank you for helping us, Ethan."

The celebration continued until midnight. Since Porco City had started to become stable again, Ethan informed Ashley and Evan.

In two or three days, the refugees could return to the city once the repair work began.

Ethan and the LionArk members returned to the city hall area. Ethan and Sherly would rest while the others took turns on guard.

"What's our next plan?" Sherly asked, talking with Ethan before entering her room.

"City Alliance. That idea came to me."

"Because of what Kevin said earlier?" Sherly asked.

"Yes."

Ethan paused for a moment before entering his room, then turned toward Sherly with a sharp look.

"We'll discuss the City Alliance with Ashley. Looks like I have a lot of work tomorrow."
