Chapter 766: A deal? What's the deal?

By this time, Arabel, thanks to Sierra's efforts and some additions by Aliya, who still had the seal forbidding her to share valuable information about the world of Light, already knew a little about the world of creatures of light.

Similar to the Territory of Darkness, the Territory of Light is also divided into several domains.

**The Domain of the Light Beasts** is a vast forest and meadow inhabited by all animals and beasts whose essence is related to light.

**Domain of the Saints** — the central lands, cities and temples inhabited by humanoid races that worship the light.

**Heavenly Wings Domain** — highlands and soaring islands, home to all winged beings of light.

**Crystal Spirit Domain** — crystal caves and transparent forests inhabited by immaterial spirits and elementals embodied in the form of light.

**Domain of the Ancient Guardians** — stone citadels and ancient ruins, where giant stone creatures live, guarding the light.

**Aurora Domain** — coastal areas and underwater realms inhabited by marine creatures associated with light.

**Shadow Reflection Domain** is a mysterious place located on the border between light and darkness. There are creatures who can exist in two worlds, or those who find a special way to use both light and darkness.

The Lumenary race, whose sought-after territory is called the "Domain of Saints," is the most numerous in the "Territory of Light." They inhabit almost all domains.

As in the Territory of Darkness, in the Territory of Light, each of the seven domains has its own ruler, a Rank 6 being.

Arabel already knew that even though Irina was a Luminarу, she did not belong to the Domain of Saints. She was part of the forces of another Domain, while the so-called Guardians of Light were from the Domain of Saints.

It was thanks to this information that Arabel did not object to Idan's idea of cooperating with the force behind Irina.

"Well, since we have come to an agreement that our parties are ready to cooperate, our Guild offers to conclude a deal," with these words, Arabel began the essence of her mission assigned to her by Idan.

"A deal? What's the deal?" — Irina asked curiously, intrigued by Arabel's words.

"You should be aware that my husband and I once traveled to the Territory of Darkness to rescue abducted representatives of our world," Arabel continued.

Irina nodded, indicating that she was aware, while Iona, who was sitting next to her, looked at Arabel with admiration in her eyes.

She had heard rumors that after her savior helped protect the city of Rumbus, he and his girlfriend, now his wife, traveled to another world to rescue the abducted Awakened Ones. And now that Arabel had confirmed the rumors, Iona couldn't help but admire their boldness.

"On our recent trip to the Territories of Darkness, we were able to obtain a certain number of crystals of darkness and found out that there are a lot of such crystals in these lands," Arabel said, and Irina was already beginning to understand where she was going.

"If there are so many crystals of darkness in the Territory of Darkness, then there must be crystals of light in the territory of light, right?" asked Arabel, staring intently at Irina, waiting for her answer.

Irina nodded, confirming her assumption.

"Our Guild wants light crystals, lots of light crystals," — Arabel said, making her demands. "In exchange for these crystals, we are ready to offer you a very unique resource, and I am more than sure that you will be interested in it."

"Oh, and what kind of amazing resource is this?" — Arabel's words intrigued Irina.

As Arabel had claimed, there were indeed many crystals of Light in the Territory of the Light, one of the most valuable and basic resources of their world.

"Instead of words, it's better to see with your own eyes." Arabel waved her hand, and a small box appeared in her palm.

"Our Guild is offering this in exchange for Light crystals." With that, she placed the box on the center of the table and opened it.

As soon as the lid of the box was lifted, an exquisite bluish flower appeared before their eyes, shrouded in a mysterious glow.

Seeing this, all three of them — Irina, Samuel and Iona — froze in admiration, at the same time feeling an inexplicable attraction to the flower.

"What… What is it?" asked Iona, unable to contain her curiosity.

"It's the Soul Flower," Arabel replied, pleased with their reaction. - "A unique flower that, if used correctly, can slightly enhance the 'Soul Force' of any creature."

"Eh? What did you say? A resource that enhances the "Soul Force"?" Irina exclaimed, and her calm demeanor was replaced by disbelief mixed with excitement.

Samuel and Iona's reaction was similar to Irina's. They both turned to Arabel, waiting for an answer.

"Of course I'm not lying," — Arabel replied. "If you don't believe me, you can try to absorb this flower and verify my words."

Despite Arabel's confirmation, Irina's doubts did not disappear. She stared at the flower intently, feeling something inside her demanding that she takes possession of it.

After receiving Arabel's permission, Irina stretched out her hand to the flower, but Samuel stopped her.

"Let me do this, my lady," he said.

Irina frowned with displeasure and, turning to Samuel, noticed concern in his eyes. It was enough for her to understand that he was afraid of some kind of trap hidden behind this flower. Her face softened.

"No, I can handle this on my own," she said, trying to hide the smile that was trying to flash across her face.

"I'm sure you wouldn't spend so much effort to kill an ordinary fifth—rank creature," Irina said, turning to Arabel.

Arabel just grinned at that.

Picking up the flower, Irina closed her eyes and, under the gaze of the three present, began to absorb its energy.

The flower, although it was only of the bronze rank, contained a small amount of energy, and Irina, as a higher-level being, needed only a few seconds to complete the process.

As soon as the energy was completely absorbed, the flower began to wither, and then turned into ashes and disappeared.

Irina sighed, opening her eyes, which were shining with excitement. She felt her soul rejoicing, and her Soul Force, although not significantly, increased nevertheless.

"This is a truly unique resource," she said, looking at the ashes left over from the flower. Then, looking up at Arabel, she asked:

"How many flowers are you offering and how many crystals of light do you want in exchange?"

A smile spread across Arabel's face. These were the words she had been waiting for.
