Lewd System: Every Scream and Moan is EXP

Chapter 150: The Father Who Bowed and the Wife Who Wasn't Done

Jax was muttering under his breath.

"You absolute trash. What the hell are you thinking? Just say you accept every condition. A child of someone else won't be an issue. Say it. Open your mouth. Form the words."

His internal monologue was a mess.

Adelina heard his murmurs.

She giggled.

The sound caught Jax's attention. He looked up at her.

She stopped giggling. Composed herself.

Then her expression shifted. Anger replacing amusement. She was ready to tease him.

"So my child can be an issue to you?"

Her voice was sharp.

"You're hesitant because I'm carrying someone else's child?"

Jax's eyes went wide.

"No! I didn't mean—"

She cut him off.

"If you're thinking that way, then I'm sorry." Her voice turned cold. "I won't accept your proposal."

She pulled her hand back slightly.

"How can I? If my future husband would never look at my child as his own?"

Jax panicked.

He grabbed her hand. Held it tight.

"No. I won't do that. Trust me."

His words came out rushed. Desperate.

"I will adore her. I will treat her as my own child. I will love her so much that she will choose me over you."

He squeezed her hand.

"I will teach her everything. Things that will help her grow. Make her strong. Make her—"

"Teach her?"

Adelina's eyebrow raised.

"If I put her in your care, she would become the greatest bully this world has ever seen."

She sighed dramatically.

"I would spend more time at her school dealing with complaints than at the palace ruling the kingdom."

Jax opened his mouth to defend himself.

But she wasn't done.

"Oh, by the way."

Her eyes narrowed.

"Her? You keep saying her. Are you implying you'll only accept the child if it's a girl?"

Jax felt sweat forming.

"That's not what I meant! It's just... I wanted a—"

He couldn't finish.

Inside, Adelina was dying of laughter. Watching him fumble. Stumble over his own words. Dig himself deeper into a hole.

'This is too fun.'

She pressed harder.

"So that's it then. You're admitting favoritism."

Her voice turned accusatory.

"If it's a boy, there will be problems?"

She crossed her arms.

"Oh, and let's not forget. You said 'someone else's child' earlier. That kind of thinking will make our bond so complex. So toxic."

She shook her head sadly.

"I can already imagine the future. The resentment. The distance. The—"

Jax dropped to his knees.

Bowed his head.

"I promise."

His voice was firm. Sincere.

"In the name of you, Adelina. I will be a good father. I don't even know how to be perfect at it. But I promise."

He looked up at her.

"I will accept her."

Then caught his mistake.

"I mean him! I will accept him! I will accept anything you say!"

He was bowing. Actually bowing.

And in that moment, a strange thought crossed his mind.

'What just got into me?'

He had never bowed in his life. Not that he could remember.

Not on Earth. Not in this world. Not even in front of the goddess herself.

This head had never lowered for anyone.

But here he was. On his knees. Before this woman.

'Why?'

Adelina looked down at him.

"So you will accept, huh?"

Her voice was softer now.

Jax nodded firmly. "Absolutely."

"Even if it's anyone's child?"

"Of course."

"Even if it's yours?"

"Without hesita—"

He stopped.

The words registered.

His child.

He looked up at her. Eyes searching her face.

"My child? What do you mean?"

Adelina smiled.

Warm. Gentle. Loving.

"Of course the father is you, dummy."

She laughed softly.

"You didn't pay attention from the start. And you were so cute fumbling around that I wanted to play along."

Her laughter grew.

But Jax?

Jax's world turned upside down.

He didn't know what to do. What to think. What to feel.

A father.

The word echoed in his skull.

It was a feeling completely foreign to him. Something he had never experienced. Never prepared for.

But somewhere deep down, he had dreamed of this. Ever since being teleported to this world.

He had envisioned it. Himself and his child. A duo of chaos. A calamity that would make the world bow.

Father and offspring conquering everything together.

Another Fantasy of him.

He looked at Adelina one more time. Needed to hear it again.

"Me? Father?"

She nodded. That gentle smile never leaving her face.

And in the very next moment, he hugged her.

Tightly. Desperately. Like she might disappear if he let go.

But then.

A hard reality crashed into him.

'What if I lose the god's game?'

The thought hit like a hammer.

If he loses, the system sends him back to Earth. Powerless. Stripped of everything.

And even if he wins but doesn't complete the quest of fucking every race? He won't have the interdimensional teleport skill.

He won't be able to return.

Won't be able to meet Adelina.

Won't be able to see his child.

'The game has completely changed.'

What was once his amusement. His entertainment. His playground.

Was now something his entire life depended on.

No.

More than his life.

His future. His family. Everything.

He needed to win. Had to change his approach.

And Adelina. The marriage. The child.

They would all be distractions if he let them.

He pulled away from her grip.

"Adelina."

His voice was heavy.

"I'm sorry. I can't live with you. I can't marry you. Not now."

Her expression shifted. Confusion. Hurt.

"There are circumstances. Obligations I need to fulfill first. Things that won't let this happy life happen."

He met her eyes.

"I have my reasons."

He took her hand.

"But I promise. I will come back to you. After dealing with everything. When our child is born, I will be there. As his father."

He paused.

"Only if you'll still accept me."

Adelina looked sad for a moment.

Then she spoke.

"I will wait. Even until my end."

Jax wasn't surprised.

She didn't ask why. Didn't demand explanations. Didn't question his mysterious circumstances.

She just accepted.

Because she trusted him.

Completely.

"You won't have to wait that long." Jax's voice steadied. "I will need maximum eleven months from now. Then I will come to claim you."

He had already calculated everything.

Pregnancy in this world takes twelve months. The game's duration was one year. One month had already passed.

Eleven months remaining.

That was the maximum limit. He could kill all the champions and end the game way before that.

Now,

Silence fell between them.

Neither knew what to say.

Finally, Adelina spoke.

"So, Jax. What are you planning to do now?"

He thought about it.

"I'll get back to the academy. Learn. Practice. Or even steal my way to getting stronger."

His eyes gleamed.

"So strong that I can beat some gods' asses."

He grinned.

"And then finally I will be with you all finally teach my child to kill—"

Adelina stared at him.

He corrected quickly.

"I mean beat. Teach them to beat people."

She kept staring.

"Oh come on! At least they can beat those dwarfs, right? Those guys are pure evil!"

He started counting on his fingers.

"And some other races I'm researching. We will serve justice to this world together!"

He had a devil's smile. Lost in his own imagination. Father-child duo wreaking havoc across dimensions.

Adelina sighed.

"So, Jax. Don't tell me you're leaving right now for this mysterious journey of yours?"

He shook his head.

"Nah. The academy is closed tomorrow due to the recent attack. I'll just stay here."

Her face lit up with happiness.

Then she spoke. Hesitantly.

"Then... why not sleep with me? Right here?"

She patted the space beside her on the bed.

Jax looked at the spot. Then at her.

"Why not? I mean, I am your future husband."

He moved toward the bed.

"So I think I deserve the right to at least sleep beside my divine, beautiful wife."

He laid down next to her. Their bodies close. Warmth shared.

Adelina looked at him.

"Oh? You've taken that role already?"

Her voice dropped slightly.

"Then you know..."

She paused. Hesitant.

"How a husband fulfills his wife's wishes?"

Before Jax could process the words.

Before he could respond.

Her lips crashed into his.

Soft. Warm. Demanding.

The kiss locked them together. Seconds stretching into eternity. Her taste flooding his senses.

When they finally separated, a thin string of saliva connected their lips.

Her breathing was heavier now. Eyes darker with something he recognized very well.

Strands of hair had fallen across her face during the kiss. She reached up. Brushed them back with her fingers.

Then her hands moved behind her head.

She grabbed a rubber band.

And tied her hair into a ponytail.
