As Evan and the group were conversing with Overseer Gu Qianchen, a giant mecha with faint red outlines running across its metal body had silently appeared directly above the city lord mansion.

Inside the mecha, Orin's head could be seen.

He stared down at the mansion with a crazed look on his face.

His eyes were glitching unnaturally as he stared at the city lord mansion.

"CITY LORD DORIAN! COME OUT YOU BASTARD!" His mechanical voice boomed across the city like a tidal wave. "I'm here to deliver you your death!"

Dawnwatch City, Silverguard City and Ironveil City clearly heard it, and everyone immediately began panicking once they heard this.

As soon as he set his eyes onto the mecha, Dorian was momentarily in shock.

"You, City Lord Orin, what happened to your body?!" Dorian asked, bewildered.

"HAHAHHAHAH!" Seeing the shocked expression caused Orin to burst out laughing.

Then the next moment, his body began expanding, the mecha began to grow with incredible speed and became even bigger than the city lord mansion.

"Just what?" Lin Fang's expression turned dark when he saw this. "Is that a giant robot?!"

"..." Alissa's eyebrows furrowed when she saw this.

She was silently preparing herself for a battle.

The intention of the other party seemed very clear.

"We should inform the others." Evan spoke as he took his phone out. "If we inform the other city experts who are in the Three Guard Province, they might be able to lend a hand."

"City Lord Dorian, what is this?" The one speaking was the Head Branch Manager of the Evolvers Association in Nova City, Manager Desmond.

"HAHAHHAHA! Looks like the experts from the other cities are also here!" Orin laughed like a madman, his voice echoing across the entire province.

"Good. Good. With everyone here, I can show you how invincible I am. By the end of all this the entire southern region will know my name, City Lord Orin. Hahahah!" Orin laughed with madness.

Immediately, powerful presences emerged from all corners of the city.

"This is the energy of 2nd rankers!" one of the city experts said with a changed expression.

They all turned to the corners and saw several mechanical automations soaring into the sky, and alongside them were humans wearing grey robes.

"The High Order!" City Lord Dorian shouted. He turned to Orin with an enraged expression and spoke, "Are you colluding with the High Order, City Lord Orin?! Have you betrayed humanity?!"

Hearing this, Orin laughed more. "Betray humanity?! LOOK AT ME MORE CLEARLY YOU BASTARD! DO I LOOK HUMAN TO YOU?!"

Law power flared up from Orin, and the law of machinery descended with a pressing pressure.

"I've transcended the limits of humanity thanks to the High Order and become an artificial being with limitless capabilities!"

"What is this law?!" City Lord Dorian frowned. "You, is this something related to the cyborg evolutionary path?!"

The three cities shook abruptly as hundreds and hundreds of advanced technological weapons, cannons, automatic artificial intelligent guns, and powerful combat mechas reaching the level of 2nd rank all rose into the sky, they all then begin to target other 2nd ranked evolvers spread across the three city.
