Wizard: I Have a Game Panel

Chapter 222: Yasen's Guilt

"Of course, I don't guarantee that this hypothesis is correct," Lor reminded: "If any of you don't have a primary research project, you can try it out. If you do, it's best to focus on your own research first."

He was worried that these guys might think his hypothesis, like in the past, doesn't guarantee a tenfold assurance of the right direction, but at least eight or nine out of ten.

So they might abandon their exploration of the Seventh Ring road and throw themselves fully into this hypothesis.

If the hypothesis is correct, that's fine. But if it's wrong, it could significantly delay the appearance of the first Seventh Ring in the Wizard Alliance.

After all, research on traits isn't something that can be completed overnight. Without a few thousand years, it's challenging to even find an entry point for research.

"Alright, I will consider it carefully," Francis nodded solemnly. "If I can determine that the direction I've chosen is wrong, then I'll research the direction of your hypothesis."

"I happen to have no ideas at the moment, so I might explore this area while constructing witchcraft," said the Dragon Bear chairman with a smile.

"My recent research focus has been on traits, so it seems I need to change my thinking—not researching the possibility of popularizing traits, but rather their potential to lead us through the Seventh Ring," Yiao chimed in.

Lor didn't directly answer whether traits could be replicated but instead proposed another possibility, the implication of which was quite obvious.

He didn't have the mindset to stubbornly force himself into a field even the foreseer denied.

Shifting the research direction slightly became a logical step.

"I'll just aim to break through to the Sixth Ring first."

"From which aspect should one start research on traits?"

"I think beginning with the combination of basic runes and then deducing top-level structures would be best."

"I've just broken through to the Sixth Ring; my main goal now is constructing and merging Sixth Ring witchcraft."

"I..."

One by one, the council members expressed their opinions, pondered, raised questions, or provided suggestions, turning an inter-dimensional exploration into a witchcraft discussion forum.

The root cause of this situation was that they didn't consider the Saint Asia Trees as enemies.

A group that hasn't even reached Tier Six indeed has no qualifications to be considered their enemy.

Amid their conversation, the Fourth Ring Saint Asia Tree, from which Francis had been continuously extracting life energy with perpetual magic, finally ceased struggling.

Like the other creatures that had been drained of life energy from the start, it turned into a heap of black ash, wafting away with the breeze.

Meanwhile, the life defense shield formed by Francis's perpetual magic grew increasingly crystalline and heavy over this period.

Vaguely, it already carried some of the power of Sixth Ring witchcraft.

After more than ten minutes, everyone had finished discussing their inspirations and questions about traits.

Turning to the east, Francis smiled and said, "The Tier Five creatures of this plane have finally arrived, but there are only thirteen, with four still missing. Each of you can choose one to bring into the Divine Realm Spatial Layer; the slower ones can go find the remaining four themselves."

"As for Councilman Domenico, you go wait in the Divine Realm Space. When someone needs you, go to their side and help with translations."

After speaking, he thought to himself and opened a large gap in the eastern side of the Permanent Defense Shield for the council members with strike authority to exit.

Hearing this, Lor also opened a gap in the Void Imperial Realm Defense Shield.

"Alright."

"Let's go."

"Ah, this will be my first battle after advancing to the Fourth Ring. Unfortunately, here we can't connect to the Wizard Plane and open up the broadcast."

"Haha, that's a minor issue. You can record the battle first, then broadcast it when you go back,"

Domenico and the other eighteen council members, chatting and laughing, flew out through the two layers of defense shields towards the east.

"We should also get to work now," Peyton watched the others leave, then gently raised and lowered his hand.

"Rumble—"

The uneven land, rivers, and lakes below, like the plains outside Francis City, quickly became flat under the terrifying force of varying gravitational pulls.

Then Lor took out a Void Stone and Cyan Sky Juice, beginning the setup of the Cross-plane Teleportation Array.

...

At the same time, far off on the eastern horizon,

the eighteen Wizard Alliance council members encountered the thirteen Tier Five Saint Asia Trees.

"Roar—crack-crack-crack—"

The Dragon Bear Councilman, who was flying in the lead, growled as he looked at these Tier Five Saint Asia Trees, which were only a hundred meters tall, and shattered the space barrier between the surface and the Divine Realm Layer, transforming into a massive Dragon Bear a thousand meters tall, grabbing one of the dazed Tier Five Saint Asia Trees closest to him and stepping into the Divine Realm Space.

"Ada's intimidation is as effective as ever," Jerald remarked at the Tier Five Saint Asia Trees frozen in mid-air. He transformed into a massive Water Elemental Giant a thousand meters tall, extended his domain, casually wrapped a Saint Asia Tree, and followed into the Divine Realm Spatial Layer.

"Tsk, that makes it no fun," Sanchez smacked his lips but still did not retract the Continent Communication Device floating behind him. His body rapidly expanded to roughly a thousand meters, maintaining its original appearance, and he casually grabbed a Saint Asia Tree to enter the Divine Realm Spatial Layer.

Each council member employed their methods, swiftly dividing the thirteen Saint Asia Trees across from them.

Domenico looked at Ugo and the other three, who had acted a step slower, and laughed, "You all go find the other Tier Five Saint Asia Trees, and bring them over for me to translate after defeating them."
