Chapter 263: No More Fighting We Surrender

The game reached the 15-minute mark.

In the bot lane, with a clear advantage, Gu Bai's Yasuo was relentlessly pushing the lane along with Stone Man and Prince, dominating the jungle and mid lane. By the 15th minute, they had already taken two dragons, and the third one was set to spawn in just three minutes.

From the commentator's booth, Wa Wa observed the situation on the field and said with a smile, "I have to say, 15 minutes in, with 4 kills and 140 minions, Yasuo combined with four teammates who can knock up is truly terrifying. Right now, IG is playing a very tough game. The other WE lanes have adopted a singular philosophy: they would rather forgo last hits than engage in lane skirmishes. The goal is to let Yasuo take off and push forward with him as the core."

His longtime partner, Miller, chimed in.

"Exactly. Especially at this point, Yasuo has already got Electric Blade and a Storm Sword. In contrast, the best-equipped on IG, mid-laner Rookie, has only just completed Luden's.

And this is not some underhanded strategy; it's completely overt. WE would love for IG to engage in a team fight now. Whether it's a five-man team fight or a small skirmish, as long as Yasuo is on the field during this time frame, there's practically no way to lose. Especially since both IG's double C-laners have no mobility—if targeted, can they dodge Prince's EQ and also dodge Stone Man's ultimate?

The only possibility is waiting until Syndra's Golden Body and Jhin's Blade of Night are completed, offering a slim chance of dealing damage in a team fight."

All the commentators nodded in agreement with Miller's words.

Contrasting Gu Bai's relaxed expression at the WE player's desk, Principal Wang at the IG player's desk looked sullen and remained silent.

It was initially thought that facing Gu Bai, the situation would be one-sided. And it was indeed one-sided, albeit not in the expected direction. As long as Yasuo was on the lane, he made it impossible for his opponent to take siege minions. He never used his W to block critical skills but waited for the last hit on the siege minion and then put up the wind wall to prevent his opponent from taking it.

The most frustrating part was even with Tahm's protection, Jhin dared not cross the wind wall to get the siege minion. Whether hit by Yasuo's wind or Stone Man's ultimate, both would be instantly eliminated, and Tahm couldn't even throw up a shield in time.

By the 15-minute mark, only 90 CS had been farmed, a full 50 down, without even completing the first major item.

Time slowly edged closer to 20 minutes. By the 18th minute, the third dragon was taken effortlessly by WE, and in these small bot lane skirmishes, IG dared not engage. With three fire dragons already taken, the fourth set to spawn was an earth dragon.

Moreover, with aggressive lane pushing and Kindred not daring to gank, the first bot lane turret was on the verge of collapse.

After securing the dragon, IG sought a resource trade, heading to the top jungle area to try to claim the Vanguard, with both mid and jungle moving to the top jungle area.

Gu Bai glanced at the map and directly commanded over voice chat: "Ming and Factory Director, flank them directly. We four-man dive 2, they won't have time to support. We can break the bot lane second turret, then rotate to the top jungle, and at 20 minutes, force a Baron fight!"

The group considered for a moment. Though Gu Bai's command was aggressive, it wasn't overly flawed, and the five of them moved collectively.

On the top lane, 369 was prepared to concede the first top turret immediately, already positioned near the second turret ready to TP in support. Facing off against TheShy was grueling; a chance to leave the top lane was a golden opportunity for him.

The IG player's desk buzzed with instant communication.

"They might dive bot, Principal and Bao Lan fall back first, abandon the first turret."

Principal Wang, despite it all, was no novice. In an instant, understanding the cost-benefit, he intended to retreat to the second turret with Bao Lan. Just as they planned to withdraw, Factory Director's Prince and Xiaoming's Stone Man emerged from the brush by the first turret, while Gu Bai and Xiye's Corki were menacingly waiting outside for the wave to crash into the turret.

For safety, Xiaoming placed a ward, and 369's TP beacon shone brightly, sealing the fate of a 5v2 engagement.

The outcome was unsurprising. Once the wave hit the turret, Factory Director led the charge, attempting to knock both up with an EQ, and although they flashed to avoid it, Stone Man's ultimate followed suit, with 369's monkey quickly joining in. Coordinated with Corki's ultimate, the triple knock-up left the duo barely clinging to life. However, the four from Factory Director's side showed no mercy in withholding further damage.

A Yasuo call for the kill!

Yasuo soared through the sky and landed, not even needing his Q to finish them off, achieving a double kill directly.

At 18 and a half minutes, Gu Bai dominated the match with a 6-1 scoreline.

Despite IG's top and jungle securing the top lane first turret, WE's five quickly pushed the second turret and even moved toward the base, forcing all of IG to reluctantly return to guard the base.

Seeing IG returning, Gu Bai opted not to linger in battle but instead instructed Factory Director and others, "I have enough for Endless, the dragon respawns in half a minute. Let's regroup and get the Baron."

At exactly 20 minutes, Gu Bai's Yasuo, wielding an Electric Blade and Endless, stood menacingly at the dragon pit.

During this period, having such equipment might not be unusual in a solo queue, but in a professional match, most rely heavily on shared team gold and CS income for item purchasing. At 6-1 in this game, WE's 6 kills were all on Yasuo, putting his gold ahead by over 2,000 compared to the match average.

"Start the Baron. If they dare to come, we'll fight. If not, we'll take the Baron and push mid as a team."

With these words, Gu Bai manipulated Yasuo to hack away at the Baron.

Within IG's voice comms, Rookie said to Principal Wang, "We should let this dragon go. Fighting in the dragon pit against them is suicide; we can't engage in this fight."
