Strongest Gangster System

Chapter 53: Kill Everyone

Fredrick gave a noncommittal sound in response to Dante's orders before he clicked off the phone, and Dante handed it back to Risa before going back to his other call.

"I want you to kill everyone in the building except for Silas and Randy. Take them to Floki and let him have his way with them. Tim is on standby with the explosives as a distraction, so make this clean and fast, you understand?"

On the other side of the call, Philip was listening with complete seriousness, and he answered Dante respectfully.

[I won't let you down, boss.]

"Good. Call me once you're done."

Dante clicked off the phone once he was done with the call, and on the other side of the phone, Philip put the communication device away, and he looked around at all the men around him. The Cleaners had all been geared up in full black tactical wear and they had night vision goggles equipped to give them proper vision in the dark. They were holding black rifles, and if anyone saw them at that moment, they would immediately think that they were from one of the armed forces in the government! Philip's plan for infiltrating and eliminating Silas was a simple one. The IT tracker that they tasked with following Randy had given them this building as the last known location, and Philip had scoped the place out for a few hours beforehand to make sure that Silas was actually here.

The area was one of the less developed parts of District Four. There were run-down houses and broken buildings all around the region, and the only people who lived here were either gangsters or those too poor to afford a home anywhere else. So Philip knew that they didn't have to be discreet in their attack. They were going to get in, kill everyone in their way, capture Silas and Randy, and then get out as smoothly as possible.

'But we'll need that distraction.'

Philip put his hand to his ear and spoke into it.

"Tim, how're things coming on your end?"

On the other side of the phone, the young Tim hummed back a merry tune as he watched his men sneak barrels of C4 into one of the Bellagrini warehouses. The night was cold and cloudy, so there was barely any light from the moon above, but this only served to give the Lucas even more of an edge since they could move unseen under the shade of darkness. Although Tim was young, he was a very brilliant explosives engineer, and that was why he was made the head of the ammunition and explosive department, but he wasn't physically fit enough to be on the ground with the other men, so he usually left the actual planting of explosives to his subordinates. Tim watched as one of his men almost got caught by a patrolling Bellagrini henchman, but the moment the men saw each other, the Lucas man pulled out a gun with a silencer and took out the Bellagrini henchman with a shot to the head. Tim grimaced at the sight of brain matter and blood spilling to the ground before he responded to Philip.

[We're almost done setting up the explosives. Give me five minutes.]

"Good. Alert me just before you set it off."

[Roger, boss!]

Philip scoffed at the childish reply before he turned back to the building they were watching and waited patiently. But his eyes narrowed when he saw various trucks arriving from down the road and going towards Silas' building. The trucks were mostly unmarked, but there was a red B on the side, and this allowed Philip to know that they were from the Bellagrini family. There were five trucks carrying ten men in each of them, and Philip felt his eyes widen when he saw that they were all holding guns! Backup? Did Silas somehow know that they were coming and call for backup!? Philip only had about twenty men with him here, but he was still confident that they could handle the enemies, so he didn't bother to call things off! Philip had faced far worse odds when Dante was leading the Cleaners, so Philip was sure they would be fine. Philip continued to watch as some of Silas' men began to walk out of the building with various black boxes and carry them towards the trucks, and his eyes narrowed.

'What the hell are those?'

Philip wondered what was in the boxes, and he realized that there was a chance Silas was trying to move his hideout since this one had been compromised by Randy! Philip quickly put a call through to Tim!

"Tim, I need that distraction yesterday!"

[Yeah, we're almost done. Just one more barrel to place, and the men need to get out of the area.]

"We're running out of time. Speed things up!"

Tim didn't bother to say anything in response as he instead told his men to hurry up, and Philip narrowed his eyes as he felt his hands tighten around his gun. There was a vibration deep in Philip's heart as pure adrenaline surged through his body, and he knew that he was one moment away from just attacking without any care at all! He couldn't let this chance go! If Silas escaped here, then they might never get another chance like this! The men who arrived in the trucks were still watching the surroundings with their guns, while Silas' men moved the boxes, and Philip was just about to tell his men to move in even without Tim's distraction, but Tim's voice quickly came through the coms!

[We're done! Setting off!]

Philip immediately burst into action as he shouted at the men!

"Mufflers and night vision goggles on! Move out!"

The men all charged out from the buildings and straight towards the warehouse on the other side of the street, and the Bellagrini men were shocked when they saw the twenty armed men running for them! They quickly tried to get into position, but they were distracted as a massive explosion lit up the night sky!

KA-BOOOM!

The city rumbled down to its foundation as the sky was painted with a magnificent yellow light! Massive plumes of smoke rose up into the air and spread out across the city, and the Bellagrini all felt their eyes widen as they realized that the explosion was in the same direction as one of their warehouses!

"Stay focused!"

Raatatatatatatatat!

Philip and the rest of the Lucas wasted no time as they began to fire at the distracted men and the entire region descended into an intense gunfight!

….

Deep inside the building, Silas quickly ran towards one of the rooms and burst through the door to see a man leaning back on a recliner with a face mask over his eyes. Silas shouted to the man:

"Hey, we're under attack! I need you to go out there and help take care of it!"

The man Silas was talking to was a dark-skinned man with a well-built body. His hair was plaited into braids, and he had on a set of pajamas. The moment Silas came through the door, the man waved his hand towards Silas, and this created a gust of wind that pushed Silas out of the room, and Silas grunted as he landed on the ground in a heap! Another gust of wind slammed the door in Silas' face, and the man responded through the closed door.

"I'm not here to babysit. You humans can handle your own problems."

The man reclined back in his seat, and he began to chew on some gum while waiting patiently. This man's name was Henry, and he hated this city. Henry was from Manchester in London, and he had been sent here by the Rogue family to handle the assassination job that his colleague, Harold, had failed earlier. Apparently, Harold had been taken out by two Djinn that were protecting this Dante Lucas, so Henry had been sent to kill both the Djinn and Dante. But Henry hadn't been able to bring his weapons with him when coming through the border, so he had to smuggle them into the city through Silas. Henry was now here waiting for the weapons to arrive, and once he had his hands on them, he was leaving to start his job. He didn't really care about what the humans were doing to each other!
