Vale extended his hand, and the Divine Extraction System was triggered…
The weakened Chaos Immortals trembled, quickly growing helpless as they sensed their spiritual energy, divinity, and even their life force beginning to crumble.
"Life drain?!"
"This is too strong… It's comparable to Gluttony's Power."
"Not good… We're going to die at this rate."
"It's draining us! Block it with your Chaos Force!"
The Chaos Immortals started panicking… As for Vale, he was already looking at the notifications…
One by one, the system provided him with information about the things he extracted.
Vale's vision flickered as the notifications appeared.

The notifications continued. It was almost never-ending and of course, Vale liked it a lot.
He even obtained a lot of information thanks to the Memory Fragments he had just absorbed.
"Shattered Expanse… It looked so desolate. No wonder they're desperate to obtain this land and never be exiled again…" Vale mused as he realized their drive or motivation for doing this invasion.
They weren't just power-hungry Immortals who wanted nothing more than authority.
They actually had a reason not to get complacent again and ensure their path to survival.
Nonetheless, this didn't mean that Vale would forgive them…
He just checked the notifications again and confirmed that it had become repetitive as he got similar results. Still, the Chaos Immortal Essence was something that he really wanted to obtain.
As for the spell models that were mostly incomplete, it didn't really matter since after obtaining enough of them, these Incomplete ones would automatically fuse to create a whole Spell Model as long as he had enough Spell Lights.
The material, on the other hand, wasn't something common since they were Chaos-aligned items. Still, they weren't too precious in his opinion…
Even the Chaos Divinity gains were within expected ranges.
'There are so many extractions and still no breakthrough item… no unique spell or rare artifact… I guess they're still fighting back…'
Vale mused as he waved his hand to dismiss the interface.
The system was efficient, but it wasn't exciting today.
Still, the battlefield was quiet now. Most of the Chaos Immortals who had entered his range were either bound, unconscious, or dead since Kaela got a bit too excited. He didn't even finish extracting one of the Chaos Immortals when she stomped him to death…
Nonetheless, Vale didn't care anymore…
Soon, the bell's hum had faded, and Kaela's aura was slowly retracted as the Supreme White Shadow retreated within her.
Vale turned toward the remaining enemy commanders and the rest of the Chaos Immortals, who had kept their distance really well.
Kent was still hovering as he was able to escape from Vale's extraction… Still, Vale was able to get some of his memories within the Shattered Expanse…
From those memories, Vale learned about Kent's contract with Mennena and, of course, his hidden wealth!

In the meantime, far beyond the battlefield, hidden within the mountain range of Ruri Kingdom's eastern border, a lone figure could be seen clenching his fist…
Golden Immortal Adam, disciple of the Blood Soulcaster, felt shaken as he observed the chaos unfolding across the Shadow Domain.
He had been watching since the siege began, when the Chaos Immortals overran the outer cities, when Clovis City was surrounded, and when the Shadow Castle itself was nearly breached.
At one point, he was certain the Shadow Domain would fall.
But then… Vale returned.
Not the Avatar he had once met, but the true body.
And with him came several more powerful figures… The others may not know the difference between other Immortals, but Adam knew about them… Vale was actually accompanied by three Sky Immortals and two High Immortals!
He didn't doubt it at all…
In just a few moments, the tide turned in an instant.
Adam's expression tightened as he watched the Chaos Immortals fall one by one, their souls ripped apart by the Sable Mourning Bell and their minds shattered by the Hymn of Damnation.
The bell that Vale used was so evil…
Now was the moment. He couldn't let it slip.
His gaze shifted toward the edge of the battlefield, creeping toward Mennena, the Arch Fey Spirit cloaked in darkness. She was still untouched and watching.
She hadn't moved yet, but she would definitely do so, really soon!
And if she escaped now, they might never get another chance.
"It's our only chance…" Adam muttered, his voice low as he turned to the Sacred Knights of the Church of the Three Paragons following behind him.
Adam didn't hesitate.
He closed his eyes and reached out with telepathy, not to Vale, but to someone he trusted within the Shadow Domain.
Merlin.
"Merlin. It's Adam. I'm planning to get closer. I need you to relay something to Vale... It's related to Mennena…"
There was a pause.
Then a familiar voice echoed back, laced with amusement.
"What is it?" Merlin asked.
"Listen. I'm going to move in to capture Mennena. I don't care what happens to Kent or the others, but that spirit must not leave this realm. She's the key to their coordination. If she escapes, this will not end... If we bind her, this war ends faster..."
But just as he finished speaking through telepathy, the connection was abruptly cut off.
And then, unexpectedly, he heard Vale's voice in his mind.
