A tall and graceful woman was walking out from behind a smooth, mirror-like black marble pillar at the consultation desk.
She wore a meticulously tailored robe of the Arcane Master Association, yet unlike the gray robes of ordinary staff, hers was a deep navy blue, exuding a more luxurious quality, with intricate arcane runes outlined in silver thread at the edges. At the collar, she pinned a small but exquisite silver badge, engraved with a half-open book and a crossed quill representing a liaison officer.
The robe revealed a breathtaking scene as its hem was lifted by the wind while she walked.
The slit design of the robe's hem was bold yet elegant, perfectly revealing her pair of seemingly flawless long legs.
They were encased in some kind of black stockings, nearly transparent and glistening faintly, outlining smooth and powerful lines.
"I'm Caroline, liaison officer for the Arcane Achievements Certification of the Arcane Master Association's Harbor City branch." She stopped in front of Duke and nodded slightly, her pale golden eyes calmly gazing at him.
Duke hadn't expected Caroline from the Arcane Master Association to be so outstanding in both stature and appearance; he nodded and exchanged some pleasantries with her.
Caroline then said, "Mr. Duke, please follow me."
She turned and walked into the corridor beside them, the elegant curves of her long legs encased in black stockings emitting crisp footsteps on the marble floor as she walked in high heels.
Duke followed behind her and caught a faint, elegant fragrance, subtle and not overpowering.
The two then entered a room where Caroline took out several documents, not only the ones Duke had submitted earlier but also the Arcane Master Association's certification results for each research achievement.
"Mr. Duke, all three of your research achievements have been certified; the Water Shield Technique has received one arcane point, the improvement of the Starlight Meditation Potion has received five points, and the Echoing Whisper Potion has received twenty-five points..."
As Caroline spoke, she placed the documents in front of Duke, all neatly organized.
"Thank you for the association's recognition, Liaison Officer Caroline." Duke raised his head and said sincerely.
At this moment, Caroline was leaning slightly forward, placing an authorization agreement by Duke's hand.
The motion slightly parted the slit of the navy robe, once again revealing the breathtaking lines of those long legs, encased in transparent, gleaming stockings.
The rounded knee, the smooth calf, and the rising, powerfully elastic curve were full of allure.
"You're welcome, it's what I should do."
Caroline sat back down, her posture slightly relaxed, one long leg in the shimmering black stockings naturally crossing over the other, the tip of her high heel subtly lifted, forming a graceful and dynamic curve.
The gleam of the stockings formed a stark contrast with her navy robe, making the perfect leg lines appear even more slender and charming in the crossed position.
The three research achievements Duke submitted had earned a total of thirty-one arcane points, each thoroughly certified by the Arcane Master Association, with several Arcane Masters providing opinions.
Even the research on the Water Shield Technique had been meticulously reviewed by multiple Arcane Masters who offered their opinions—serious and rigorous.
All three pieces of documentation had entered the Arcane Master Association's database, designating Duke as the owner of this knowledge. In the event of any intellectual property disputes, these could be used as evidence.
No one would oppose the Arcane Master Association or question it.
Besides the fact that the Arcane Master Association boasts many powerful wizards, its founder was Albert.
Albert is one of the Level 6 powerhouses in the Wizard Plane, and the only Level 7 Arcanist so far.
He is also regarded as the most hopeful to step into becoming a Level 7 Wizard, with many in the Wizard Plane pinning their hopes on him.
As long as Albert advances to Level 7 Wizard, the entire Wizard Plane can be elevated to a High Plane, from which everyone will benefit.
Albert is currently considered the most erudite wizard in the Wizard Plane, residing in the Central Islands Region, where there exists a Floating City, also known as the City of Wisdom, Sky City.
He holds a world-class mystical artifact, the Book of Truth.
The Book of Truth is considered the foundation of the Arcane Master Association, storing all documents from the Arcane Master Association of the Wizard Plane within it.
Through the existence of the Book of Truth, Albert can directly possess all knowledge and research achievements from the Wizard Plane, which is also the foundation allowing him to become a Level 7 Arcanist.
This is one of the reasons why the Arcane Master Association's certification is of such high authority; all certified knowledge would be included in the Book of Truth.
The Book of Truth can automatically determine whether the knowledge already exists; no one would question the Book of Truth, nor would they question Albert.
The three research achievements Duke just had certified have directly entered the Book of Truth, becoming a negligible drop in this ocean of knowledge.
Getting thirty-one points this time was already beyond expectations.
By submitting a few more research achievements, he could gather up to a hundred points, qualifying to apply to become a Level 1 Arcanist.
However, there's no rush for now. Duke also couldn't reveal all these things at once; submitting them separately would be more suitable.
After receiving the documents Caroline provided him, Duke left the Arcane Master Association and subsequently sent a message to Harrison at the Giant Rock Commerce Association.
"I have two improved potion plans here that have been certified by the Arcane Master Association and have earned arcane points, interested in a discussion?"
Upon seeing this message, Harrison eagerly replied, "Of course, where are you? I'll come find you."
Since Duke was still in Harbor City and hadn't returned to Black Sail, he directly arranged to meet Harrison at a restaurant.
Harrison moved quickly and arrived at the restaurant's private room in less than twenty minutes, laughing, "I told you, you're talented, managing to earn arcane points so quickly."
As is well known, arcane points aren't easy to obtain; innovative research achievements are needed, and the validation process is stringent.
Many wizards, even at the Level 2 Mage stage, haven't yet earned a single arcane point.
Duke's not long in advancing to Level 1 Mage, and getting points from the Arcane Master Association so quickly shows that his research ability is really strong.
This reason is precisely why Harrison has held Duke in high esteem all along.
He's known that even during Duke's Wizard Apprentice stage, he was able to improve magic potions, but he just wasn't willing to sell the formulas.
