Xue Dili had never fallen into the Illusion Realm from start to finish; the Birdman Armor provided him with a strong resistance in this aspect. He was merely awakened by the shock of the Celestial Thunder hitting the reef.
So he directly used the Cursed Blood to break through the Illusion Realm of the Sea Sirens.
"Hero Xediles, your body is in poor shape now. Leave the remaining battle to us," Achilles said, after settling Xue Dili, wielding the spear and preparing to join the battle again.
However, his arm accidentally brushed against the purple thorns, and in the next moment, pain immediately swept through his mind. Even though Achilles had an Undying Body, the pain caused by plants from the Netherworld was still inescapable. The pain, reduced to less than a tenth, almost made him roar.
And just when the pain was about to drown out reason, a finger touched his forehead, and the pain disappeared instantly. The sensation of having his strength restored to the peak left Achilles in a daze.
"Go quickly; the battle outside is still waiting for you, future great hero of the Greeks," Xue Dili responded to Achilles with a smile, giving a thumbs up.
Achilles had many questions to ask, gripping the spear tightly. He desperately wanted to ask why Xue Dili could still smile under such pain and even save them all at such a critical moment.
But he held back, raising his spear and shield, biting his lip, and jumped off the Celestial Thunder.
The battle continued until dawn. With the arrival of the sunrise, the last Sea Siren was also pierced by Achilles' spear, and blood stained the rocks.
There was the blood of Sea Sirens, boatmen, and some heroes.
Before Xue Dili broke the Illusion Realm, some heroes were the first to fall victim and were killed by the Sea Sirens, their bodies unrecognizably mangled.
However, during the real fight with the Sea Sirens, no heroes died, only sustaining some injuries at most.
After this, the original 27 heroes were reduced to 21. The tattered remains of the bodies were packed up, and Hector said they would be buried at the foot of Mount Olympus, their journey's end.
"Let's go, old man; Olympus is just ahead," Achilles said to Hector. They could already see Mount Olympus in the distance, the most sacred place in all of Greece.
"I'm only about ten years older than you, kid, don't call me an old man," Hector said fiercely, gathering the bodies of his close friends. Throughout this journey, he didn't know how many more would die, but at this moment, he looked towards Mount Olympus.
The wounded warriors received treatment from Xue Dili, their injuries disappearing in an instant, restoring their combat ability. After this treatment, Xue Dili's body seemingly couldn't hold up anymore, unable to even stand or walk.
Fortunately, they had arrived.
Some of the heroes volunteered to become boatmen, beginning to sail towards the northwest.
Set off to Olympus.
The Celestial Thunder docked on the beach. They hastily buried their fallen comrades under a tree by the sea.
The grass was lush and green, and the holy mountain stood towering before everyone, this was Olympus, the dwelling of the gods.
This place was unlike other Greek city-states, filled with plague, war, hunger, and death. The Nymph Fairies seemed to guide the heroes intentionally, leading them to the Holy Mountain, to meet with Father Zeus.
"Are these the most renowned heroes in all of Greece?"
"What's up? You interested?"
"No, just wondering why they look so dumbfounded at the Holy Mountain."
"Perhaps they were just awestruck by the majesty of the Holy Mountain."
In the nearby woods, other Fairies whispered to each other, while the trove of heroes gripped their spears with trembling hands.
Whether from fear or excitement was unknown.
"Let's go," Xue Dili calmly said.
But at this moment, just standing seemed particularly difficult for him, his body devoid of strength, like an old man on his last legs. This image of a beautiful, sickly young man took the breath away from the surrounding Nymph Fairies.
"I'll support you," Calypso went up and supported the now unsteady Xue Dili, even giving a provocative look to the Nymph Fairies.
With all the heroes' faces left with only tension, even after much hardship to arrive here, with the impending ascent, the fear ingrained within Greeks was unavoidable.
Can they win?
Even the most legendary heroes, when facing upcoming death and the ultimate confrontation with the exalted Father Zeus, they still felt fear and trembled.
Seeing their expressions, Xue Dili spoke comforting words.
"Everyone, what lies ahead is Olympus, but behind us stands the whole of Greece," Xue Dili said with a smile amidst his pain, "For the hometown we can never return to."
"The never returning... hometown?"
Even knowing these were just Xue Dili's words to boost morale, all the heroes held their spears tightly, and then smiled with relief.
Indeed, they could not return; they had already arrived here.
No more fear, no more confusion, there's only one thing to do today, and that is to move towards the Holy Mountain.
If they fail, Greece will perish, and their homeland will be destroyed. If they succeed, only then could his final words possibly be sent to the home they would never return to.
What it means to be a hero is not to be fearless, but to still be able to raise their weapons after facing fear, pain, and confusion, bursting with even greater courage.
So, fight!
On this path of death, we move forward together.
Each person was like a volcano on the verge of eruption, enduring, building up, waiting for the moment to erupt.
Traveling north, through flower fields, across dense forests, over lava, they finally reached the main hall of Olympus.
The gods stood in rows, flowers gathered tightly, their lofty gazes constantly evaluating the heroes.
At the high seat, an elder with a white beard, half-naked, openly displayed his marble-like muscles before all beings and gods, his eyes seemingly breeding supremely powerful thunder, magnificent and sacred.
Even more oppressive for the heroes was the faintly formed Great Light Wheel behind him.
It felt as if the weight of the entire world was converging upon that Great Light Wheel.
This was Zeus, who had completed six of the Seven Chapters of the Apocalypse!
He rose from his seat, his terrifying presence silencing the gods, opening his arms, and looking at the heroes, especially the beautiful young man leading them.
A month ago, at that banquet, this young man's beauty astonished all gods, even making the three Goddesses who fought over the Golden Apple favor him, willing to entrust him with the Golden Apple.
A month later, he came with thorns of repentance, arriving as promised despite being covered in wounds.
Zeus was quite taken with him, both in terms of appearance and character. This event could very well become a tale of finding one's way back to righteousness.
In the creation of a new world, spreading such tales of righteousness was essential for establishing the Divine Kingdom.
A Divine Kingdom solely belonging to Him, Zeus!
"Facing Father, why not bow?" Zeus inquired of the heroes.
