I Only Summon Villainesses

Chapter 56: Back To Reality Uhn

As I righted myself, I threw my face at her with a fierce scowl.

"What was that for?!"

She glared back at me and straightened, her hair barely covering her naked breasts.

"What do you think you're doing, you weakling?"

I froze in shock for a moment. Just a moment ago, she was begging me to call her a good girl, and now we're back to weakling?

'News flash, Kassie — this weakling made you cum till you passed out.'

I was even dying at the time.

'Imagine if I'd been at a hundred percent.'

Thinking about it in that moment, I shook my head.

'God, I'm so OP.'

My gaze dropped to the wet floor, then drifted back to her. I produced a small smirk at the corner of my lips.

But her glare only seemed to deepen.

"You insect—"

"We lived!" My voice overshadowed hers, bright with genuine relief. "I'm perfectly healed, and more importantly, we both seem to have grown a little bit stronger. Although I more than you." I paused, letting that sink in. "I even summoned a new villainess."

I smiled warmly at her.

"It worked, Kassie. Thank you so much."

She frowned — cutely, somehow — and turned away.

"Of course it did."

Meanwhile, contrary to my calm exterior, my head was a complete mess.

I had completely deceived and manipulated Kassie into having sex with me. I'd had no idea it was going to give this kind of boon — there was no way I could've known that Soul plane expansion would literally give me a new life. I'd honestly thought I'd die before I got to enjoy the dual cultivation benefits of the sex.

Apparently, that was not the case.

And I had completely deceived and manipulated a bloody tyrant.

'A warlord who could probably crush my skull like a grape if she wanted to.'

The only way out of this, of course, was to act like I knew exactly what I was doing and project absolute confidence.

Seeing her reaction, it seemed to have worked.

She looked down at herself, her brows knitting tighter with each fragmented realization that she was naked. Her head snapped toward me.

"Return my armor, you pervert." She didn't shout — in fact, she said it with dominating composure, like she was ordering a subordinate.

Immediately, her armor scattered from around me into red sparks and reformed around her body.

I could finally see my own body. The blood-soaked areas had dried, revealing clear skin beneath—no sign of injuries anywhere. My scathed face was as good as new. The corner of my brows, my mouth, the wounds I thought would become scars even if I survived — all of them were fresh now. Like fresh bread straight out of the bakery.

'Actually, scratch that. That's a weird comparison. But I'm healed, so whatever.'

And Kassie was back in all her glory too. Her imposing and seductive armor gleamed in the dim cave light. She ran a hand through her flowing red hair, sweeping it behind her back, then looked at me with those beautiful, sharp eyes.

"Did you say you summoned a new villainess?"

I nodded, barely able to distract myself from her beauty.

'Focus, Cade. Don't be a simp right now.'

She asked flatly, "Who?"

"The Pyre Saint, Magdalene Ignatius."

Kassie's face darkened with disgust.

"That woman."

"You know her?"

She shook her head.

"Not personally, but I heard stories about her during my younger days. They were more dominant in the Northern Coalition."

I frowned slightly, asking after her. "Northern Coalition?"

She looked at me coldly, almost making me regret asking.

"The Northern continent. How did you not even know that?"

I grinned shamelessly.

"You know, I was born and bred in this world, so I kind of should've known all seven continents in just three weeks and what they stand for."

She went silent. Then looked at me intensely.

"You… were born three weeks ago? You were born here?"

I slapped my face in disappointment.

'How comical. I guess they don't teach these things to warlords.'

Do they even teach it to anybody? Kassie was just too removed from society — too busy conquering and terrifying people to understand sarcasm.

"So what do you know about her?"

She responded without ceremony.

"She was said to be a Grand Inquisitor who purged heresy across seven kingdoms during the Age of Faith, burning over thousands of souls with holy flame to 'save' them."

Her lip curled.

"She's just another shameless killer the church bred, made to believe they were doing the right thing, and then condemned when she had no more use."

"Oh."

'That explains it...'

Silence settled in the cave, heavy and cold. I exhaled, watching my breath mist in the frozen air, and glanced around.

"So what do we do from here? We have to get out of this gate."

She opened her hand, and sparks of red light appeared, manifesting her greatsword.

"Then we should kill the guardian."

I stood still in my ragged, bloody clothes, watching her talk like it was that simple. I mimicked her words in my head with a mocking tone.

'We should kill the guardian, yen yen yen.'

"Sure we should."

'As if it's just that easy.'

'I wonder if a greatsword would look cool on me, though. I should borrow some money from Lira once I return. If I return.'

I turned, and Kassie summoned her helmet with a flash of crimson sparks. We walked through the ice cavern expanse together, the crunch of frost beneath our feet echoing off crystalline walls, while I studied the new attributes I'd gained from the twisted sister Magdalene.
