Timmy seemed to recognize this place. Unfortunately, before Leo could ask him anything, he had fainted.
Leo couldn't blame him either, as the sight was truly incredulous. They were clearly not on Earth, and the atmosphere made that obvious.
Even the air of this planet carried a disgusting stench of blood that made him feel nauseous.
In front of him stood a castle. Calling it giant would have been an understatement. It was absolutely massive. Leo couldn't even see the peak of the castle, which disappeared into the blood red sky.
An even more surprising thing was that the entire castle appeared to be constructed from bones.
"This might be worse than I thought..." Leo gulped heavily, staring at the two guards standing on either side of the castle's main gate.
The two guards were skeletons, but not normal skeletons. Each looked to be over a thousand feet tall.
If just these two skeletons attacked earth, just how many heroes would have to be sacrificed to stop them? Was this even a force that Hero Tower could command? It looked even more unlikely now.
Seeing this sight, Leo was reminded of the scene he had witnessed in the Hero Tower's secret realm, where he had seen similar skeletons buried near ruined cities.
Not just him, but even the aliens who were escorting them, looked like tiny specks of dust before these giant skeleton guards.
Leo's feet had frozen in place at the sight. It was only when the aliens poked at his shoulder with a plasma gun that he started moving toward the giant gate with the other aliens.
The two skeleton guards didn't move from their place, which made Leo wonder if they were even living skeletons. Unfortunately, his doubt was soon solved when the skeletons took a step forward.
Each of their steps made the ground beneath Leo tremble. They weren't just huge but also heavy.
The skeleton guards opened the gate and then returned to their place, back to their lifeless state.
"I finally understand what ants must feel like when they walk in a human house."
The passage was so wide that even if thousands of Leo would stand side by side, they still couldn't touch each side of the wall.
It even felt like he was taking part in a marathon. The distance that would've taken a few minutes for someone the size of these skeletons, took him hours. But finally, he did manage to reach the gate in the end.
"Is he here? I'm looking good, right? Tell me I'm looking good! Should I sit like this? I won't look stupid, right?"
The same unfamiliar language fell in Leo's ears, coming from the other side of the gate.
It even sounded a little nervous. There were sounds of a movement beyond the door. Through the gap beneath the gate, Leo even saw something like the throne beyond moved left and right.
It made him grow even more confused.
After the commotion died down, a light cough came from beyond the door. "Cough, enter!"
The voice had regained the previous heaviness that was missing previously.
As the voice came, the giant door of the throne room opened, revealing the other side in all its glory.
On the throne, there was a creature sitting, whose size was twice the size of the skeletons at the door.
"Is that a Lich?" Leo mumbled, watching a Lich on the thrones, holding a giant magical staff whose aura alone made Leo suffocate. It was brimming with undead magic.
The Lich hadn't even released his aura yet Leo was overwhelmed.
"A creature like this... Even Blaze might not be able to stop him. If he wants, he can destroy a planet like earth in an instant..."
A person like this wanted him kidnapped? Why? Even if heroes didn't die of mana overload, they couldn't be a threat to him. So it didn't look like it was related to his elixirs.
As for following orders and working for the Hero Tower? That assumption looked like a joke at this moment.
It would be more realistic if the Hero Tower was to follow his orders without any resistance than the other way around.
"My son, welcome to... Wait, who are you?"
The Lich reached out his arms in a welcoming gesture, only to freeze. His welcoming tone soon shifted to disbelief as he tilted his head sideways.
"Shouldn't I be asking that question?" Leo mumbled under his breath.
If he wasn't scared, he would have yelled, "You had me kidnapped, not the other way around!"
The Lich looked behind him, his skull turning a complete hundred and eighty degrees.
Behind him, there were two more undead creatures standing. One was a skeleton as large as the leach. However, he was in full adementite armor, carrying a heavy sword on his back.
On the other side, there was a skeleton shrouded in a black robe made from a black dragon's skin.
"Can my son gain flesh? Shouldn't it be impossible?"
The Undead Mage coughed lightly, "Your Majesty, that's completely impossible. It seems like these idiots kidnapped the wrong person."
"I knew we shouldn't rely on these inferior creatures. We should've sent our armies to bring the young prince back." The Skeleton Swordsman grumbled.
He pulled his sword from the sheath and aimed at the alien creatures. "If you order me, I would immediately cut them into a thousand pieces for their mistake!"
Meanwhile, Leo was hearing and understanding everything that was being said. His jaws kept dropping further and further down with each passing second.
He almost stumbled in disbelief, barely holding himself back from shouting, 'You motherf-'
What was worse than being kidnapped? Being kidnapped due to a misunderstanding! These idiots kidnapped the wrong person? And all this time he was wondering who would've wanted him dead?
He eventually couldn't control himself and blurted, "I was kidnapped by accident? Are you freaking serious right now?"
The three undead stopped speaking as they heard Leo. They all turned to Leo simultaneously, their empty eye sockets staring at him.
"You can understand us?" The Lich asked, being even more shocked than Leo at his kidnapping.
....
At the same time, a ship that had passed through Leo's kidnapping point a few hours later was freely traveling through a distant space sector.
On the seat of the guest of honor, a skeleton the size of a human was sitting. He was sipping through the wine in his hand, even as the wine was spilling out of his bones as it went down his throat.
"What a good life..." The Skeleton comfortably said.
