Kobold Delivery System: The Goddesses Won't Leave me Alone!

Chapter 30: Bullseye!

"First, we needed to circle around the rift and climb the mountain from the back.

I knew it wouldn't be easy, there are flying monsters patrolling the skies, and one wrong move could get us spotted in an instant. So we had to be careful

And to camouflage ourselves, I know the best idea," I said, lifting a couple of huge leaves.

The group froze and stared at me with dumbfounded faces. I could almost hear the thoughts racing in their heads. Then, to my relief, Elaris broke the silence by clapping his hands and shouting, "What a genius idea, Ragnar!"

Aria, however, was unimpressed. She just stared at me, her expression flat. "Are you for real, Ragnar?" she said, clearly questioning my sanity.

I didn't flinch. Meeting gaze I asked, "Do you have a better idea?"

She didn't answer. Not a word. And just shut up, which, I'll admit, gave me a small sense of satisfaction.

Without wasting more time, we began moving down the hill, sticking to the plan.

Every step was cautious. We needed to slowly circle around the rift, using a narrow road that hugged the mountainside.

The path was treacherous and barely wide enough for one person at a time. One misstep and we could fall, or worse, be spotted.

Passing through the narrow stretch took an eternity. We had to move slowly, careful with every foothold.

I was leading, watching every movement, making sure no one slipped. I could hear the soft sounds of rustling leaves, the girls' careful breaths, and Sarah's occasional grunt.

Honestly, she worried me the most, because she had a poor body coordination.

Finally, we made it through. And the moment the group walked to the flat surface, Elaris collapsed to his knees, wiping sweat from his brow, and let out a long, shaky breath. "Thank God," he said, "I felt I was going to get choked there."

I couldn't help but shake my head at his dramatics, but I didn't have time to tease him. Today I had a dragon to teach a lesson.

We started climbing. Elaris went first, scrambling up carefully. I followed right behind him, making sure the way was secure.

The rest of the girls climbed after us.

I tried to keep my focus on climbing, but…

Elaris huge ass blocked my view!

With each movement it kept jiggling, he glanced back at me with an apologetic face.

"Ahem, Elaris you would be responsible for view and scanning surroundings, because well I can't see anything here~" I said with a smile

"Sorry about that Ragnar, does that make you uncomfortable?" he said with a concerned voice.

"No, absolutely not!" I shouted, "if anything you are doing me a great job keep shaking- ahem I mean climbing" I said before, realising and hurriedly correcting my mistakes.

Is that so? He asked before resuming shaking his ass, in front my face

Honestly, I wanted to just shove my face in it, but I had to keep it down. Because I could feel the girls' glares behind me.

We finally climbed it all, reaching the castle at the peak. Then we walked just enough to stand before the huge front door.

Aria made a fist and shouted at the doorstep, "Bitch! Come out, we have unfinished business between us!"

As if replying to her words, a booming dragon roar echoed out. My heart shook, and I instinctively reached for the sword I'd never used since I got isekai'd to this world.

I didn't know any fancy sword moves, only one: slash.

The dragon's head leaned down toward us. I tensed my legs and leapt for its eyes.

I tried to take its eye out, but it closed before my sword struck.

Its eyelid was tough, covered in iron‑hard scales. My sword broke.

I knew that was bad news, so I jumped back and looked at the group. "Do you have better ideas?"

But just then, that woman named Tiamat pushed the huge doors open with ease and shouted,

"Visitors, welcome! I've been waiting for your arrival. Come inside."

Then she glanced at Aria and added, "I don't remember inviting you."

Aria's teeth cracked together, and she ran at her, fist clenched in a thrusting motion.

Tiamat only smirked and stopped the spearhead with two fingers.

Too bad she didn't realize I'd used the chance and was already right behind her.

"Distance zero, bitch!" I shouted, aiming for her kidney.

It was a poor choice. Just from my voice, she twisted her body in an inhuman motion, caught my hand, lifted me up, and threw me into the sky.

"Phew, that was a close call. You move really fast for your big size~" Tiamat said to me.

Then she looked at us and added, "It's no use. You're visitors now, and for that, " she glanced at Aria, "I'll let some uninvited people pass."

Aria gritted her teeth, but I walked to her, hugged her shoulder, and whispered, "Don't worry."

Then, taking her spear, I left her staring at me in dumbfoundment.

I was about to do a stupid move from a video game. It had a good chance to work, and I'd look super cool… but it also had downsides.

My hands clenched tightly around the spear. I raised it to shoulder level, took a slow, deep breath, and tensed my arm muscles.

The spearhead locked precisely onto Tiamat's challenging smile. I glared back at her, and bending my knees, I threw the spear at her.

She kept smiling, right up until her smile shattered into a look of fear.

Hah! I grinned. That's the aerodynamic rules for you, bitch.

You see, I used a little trick called rotational force.

At first, it looks like it's coming at her slowly, but once it reaches half the distance, it accelerates dramatically.

"Gahhhhh!" she screamed, clenching her eyes shut as blood poured down. Then she looked at us with a broken expression.

"All of you will pay for this!" she snarled, then she turned toward her daughter, "Lila, eat them all!" she commanded.
