Game Invasion Era: Rise from Binding the Goblin King!

Chapter 114: Demon King Escape the Realm

"Thank you, Master," the Golden Flame Dragon said happily. Asos had amazing talent, a genius of the Black Dragon clan. Even among the entire dragon race, his talent was top-tier. If he refined the Dragonstone and Nocturne's Blood, his power would surely return to its peak.

The Golden Flame Dragon couldn't wait to start refining.

Suddenly, the sky and earth roared. The black mist above violently swirled, and a terrifying pressure filled the air. The sky was actually torn open with a huge crack.

"What's going on? There's another strong one?" Elise's face changed. She could feel the terrifying energy. It was way beyond their ability to fight.

Constantine stood in midair, holding his War Hammer and black bone, staring coldly at the crack in the sky. His battle spirit flared.

"Bad. It's the Demon King · Blake." Lilia looked terrified. "Master, hurry and leave!"

Blake was extremely powerful, nearly on par with a god. With just the two of them, they had no chance.

"Constantine, come here," George realized quickly. He took out the realm pass and activated it, trying to teleport away.

A space fluctuation happened, but they were still in the same place.

Another space seal!

George felt uneasy. He kept pushing the realm pass, but it didn't respond.

The black mist swirled. From the sky crack, a pair of huge black hands appeared, forcing the space open.

The wind howled. Thunder and lightning flashed. The whole space seemed to be torn apart.

A massive creature jumped out of the crack. It had two horns on its head, twelve black demon wings on its back, and a thick tail...

It looked a bit like Constantine, but the power it radiated was completely different.

At that moment, George felt the whole space freeze. His body was locked in place. He couldn't move at all.

Was this the Demon King? His power was just too terrifying.

Blake arrived. His eyes only lingered on Lilia for a moment, then landed on the dead body of the Black Dragon Asos.

"Asos, you're dead?"

Blake moved instantly, appearing in front of Asos. His eyes showed a hint of sadness.

George frowned. Why did he feel like this guy had a close relationship with Asos?

But wasn't Asos imprisoned by him?

"Ah," Blake sighed deeply, looking sorrowful. "If you had just submitted to me earlier, why did you end up like this?"

He raised his hand, took the Black Dragon's body, and then looked coldly at George and the others.

"Now, I'll avenge you." His voice had no emotion. He raised his hand and clenched it slightly.

"Ahh!"

George cried out in pain. A terrifying pressure surrounded him. His body felt like it was being crushed.

"Stop hurting the Master!" Constantine roared, his forehead veins bulging, blood trickling from his mouth. His War Hammer and bone felt like they weighed a thousand pounds, but he still struggled to break the space seal.

"Hmm, a False God strength?"

Blake finally noticed Constantine. His eyes showed a flicker of surprise. He said coldly, "Good. You and that angel are worth saving. But the rest of you... must die!"

He said that, then clenched his fist again.

George spat out blood. His internal organs felt crushed and twisted. A strange, bone-cracking sound echoed inside his body.

Not just him, Elise, Melina, and the Golden Flame Dragon, even Eliex in his ghostly state looked in pain, their expressions weak and downcast.

"Damn it, stop!" Constantine roared, struggling to resist. But against this huge and terrifying power, he was like an ant. It made no difference at all.

Lilia glowed all around her, trying to save George, but she couldn't do anything either.

"Cough... "

George coughed up more blood, his face full of pain and despair.

He never imagined he would die in this College Entrance Exam realm.

"Blake, picking on a few weak guys, are you really that despicable?"

Suddenly, a deep voice came from the fog. The mist trembled, and George felt the pressure drop quickly.

Another strong one?

George looked in surprise at the deep fog. This was the part of the Underworld realm he had control over, but he couldn't see into it.

"Wayne, you're still alive!" Blake looked at the moving fog and said coldly. "So, you want to save this human?"

"No misunderstanding," the voice echoed, full of challenge. "I just want to be against you. You want to kill him? I won't let you."

A strong pressure came from the fog, clashing with the power Blake was spreading.

Boom!

A loud explosion. The space slightly trembled. George coughed up more blood. The pressure was lighter, but he still couldn't move.

"Wayne, don't be silly. Even at your peak, you couldn't beat me. And now, after being sealed for so long, your power is already greatly weakened," Blake sneered, easily blocking the pressure wave.

"Who said I wanted to fight you?" the deep voice echoed. "Kid, I can help you break through this space seal for now. Just close this realm. Remember, don't use the pass to escape — you can't."

"You dare!" Blake was furious. He added more power, trying to crush George and the others with his strength.

At that moment, a powerful force also came from the black fog, stopping Blake's strength.

"Kid, prepare to close the realm," the deep voice said again.

"Thanks, old man!" George felt the pressure drop, and the sealed space started to break apart slowly.

"Hmph, don't thank me. I'm not helping you. I just don't like Blake. And I hate humans the most. When I'm free, you'll be dead!" The voice clearly had no love for humans.

George didn't care. He said, "Anyway, I'll remember this favor, old man. If you end up in my hands later, I'll let you live."

"Too arrogant. Remember, I'm Wayne, the Bloodthirsty Felborn King. Go!"

The voice was full of mockery. Then, a powerful strength came from the fog, breaking the sealed space.

In an instant, George and the others could move again.

He thought for a moment and used the Underworld key to close the realm.

[Underworld Realm Closed, everyone will be forcibly teleported away.]

[Countdown: 10 seconds; 10, 9...]

The prompt appeared. George sighed in relief.

"Master, we can't leave. We're already Underworld beings. We're not in the teleportation range," Elise said, panicking.

"What?" George's face changed. He looked toward the black fog. He couldn't leave Elise and the others behind.

Besides Eliex, the others were all from the Underworld.

"I can't do anything," the deep voice said again, calm and emotionless. It didn't care about Elise and the others' lives at all.

"Master, let me handle it. I can go directly into the Abyss Realm," Constantine quickly said. He had been promoted to a Demon Viscount and now controlled the Death Grave. He could enter freely.

"Good." George sighed in relief. "You take Elise and the others straight into the Abyss Realm."

Without hesitation, the others gathered around Constantine.

"Wayne! You dare to oppose me, I'll kill you!" The countdown was about to end. Blake, seeing he couldn't stop them, roared in anger.

A space fluctuation. Light flashed. The Underworld Realm closed. George and the others were forcibly teleported away.

Light and shadow whirled quickly.

The next second, George fell to the ground, appearing in his villa.

"Ah!" He coughed up more blood and pulled out a few healing potions from his bag, taking them right away.

"Close call."

George finally let out a long breath. He hadn't expected a single College Entrance Exam realm to have such terrifying power. He almost died in there.

He also realized how weak he was. He couldn't underestimate any realm. There might be something even worse waiting for him later.

"Where are Elise and the others?" George checked the energy of his team. Except for Constantine and Lilia, the others were seriously injured, but they weren't in life-threatening condition. They would be fine after some rest.

To be safe, he decided to bring them all to the villa to recover. The Abyss Realm had too many unknown dangers.

George stood up and walked to the courtyard. He focused, and all of them were summoned.

Space fluctuation. A few figures appeared.

Constantine and Lilia were alert, shocked by the sudden change in the environment. When they saw George, they relaxed.

"Master," Lilia bowed respectfully.

George nodded. He looked at Elise and the others, who were sitting cross-legged and recovering. He asked, "Are they okay?"

"No life-threatening injuries, but their strength is badly damaged. They won't recover quickly," Lilia said, checking their condition. "But Elise and the Golden Flame Dragon should recover fast."

George was surprised, then understood.

Elise had received the Elven Legacy. The Golden Flame Dragon had gotten the Dragonstone and Nocturne's Blood. They were both refining these items. With these materials, their recovery would be much faster.

George felt relieved and said, "You can rest here for now. Once you're better, we'll think about what to do next."

They nodded and agreed. They stayed in the courtyard, guarding the others.

George went back to his room to continue healing.

...

The sudden closing of the Underworld Realm caused a big stir.

In the Sovereign City, the Ministry of Education.

A group of high-ranking officials held an emergency meeting.

"Have you figured out what happened in the Underworld Realm? Why did it close so suddenly?" James looked down at a tall middle-aged man, asking.

"Did you find out what caused the sudden closure of the Underworld Realm?" James asked a serious middle-aged man below him.
