Alaric looked around the dungeon while standing behind the guild members.

The dungeon was beautiful, Alaric had to admit that even if what was inside could kill them in a heartbeat.

The dungeon was a desert dungeon and the sand glittered every time the sun shine on it. The sand dunes rolled beautifully as they glinted in the settings sun.

But the heat was sickening. Alaric could already feel a headache coming. He looked at Jenna in front of them ,she was now facing them preparing for a talk or something.

They had been the last ones to enter so they didn't know what was happening .

" I'm going to say this once," she started looking pointedly at Alaric, " this is a desert dungeon and we cannot stay here for long. I need you guys to find the boss and fight it. I will record all your performance and those who pass will get a promotion and extra benefits. "

So she wasn't here to clear the dungeon, he wondered looking at the guild members who were so excited.

" Should we follow them?" Kisha asked holding onto his arm . He nodded he wanted to see how guilds worked. This was one of the top ten guild in the country, they have to have some kind of trick up their sleeves.

" Jen talked about you having a weapon but I haven't seen it since we met today?" Alaric asked puzzled. Or maybe she assumed he was going to protect her in the dungeon.

He could do that once but not again. He wasn't about to be taken advantage of that easily.

" Ooh that I have it but it's quite heavy and since I have a space jewelry I put it there so that I won't get tired. It's a hassle carrying it around.

" So what's your specialty? " He asked. He wanted to know what power she had since she had not used it even once. He knew she was strong cause it was not easy to land on a moving crocodile and balance on heels then jump of again.

That took some great balancing skill especially when the skin was slimy and slippery despite it's rough texture.

" My skill is more of a precision, I can't miss anything I set my eyes on even if it's moving around," she said then pushed his hand between her breasts, " I caught your didn't I , you fell right under my skirt."

Alaric chuckled since Jenna was still preaching to her teammates.

" I will fall under it again if you let me," he said his hand brushing against her mid rib. She smiled at him mysteriously and winked at him.

He smiled to himself he got this in the bag, he thought with a smile. His hands subtley moved down until they touched the rims of her trousers rubbing against her v line softly.

They both looked at the front, face serious as though nothing was happening but their minds had tuned Jenna out.

" Hey you at the back, are you two even listening," Jenna's voice shouted at them causing everyone to turn and look at them .

Alaric clenched his hand and smiled at them before turning to look at Jenna.

" Of course we are , you are explaining what to be found in a D rank desert dungeon. "

That shut her up. Alaric wondered what got her panties in such a bunch.

What they didn't know was Jenna had full body enhanced and she could here everything they were talking about .

" Let's go and stick to the group," she shouted as she walked around and came to the back. She wasn't supposed to help the guild members during the training.

Alaric could feel her gaze piercing through him but he assumed her and didn't even try to look at her. Kisha on the other side seemed peacefully oblivious or she had learnt the art of ignoring people professionally. The gaze was that disturbing.

"I want you to fuck my pussy this time," she said suddenly after a small silence. Alaric didn't know weather to laugh or just die of embarrassment but he wasn't about to pass on his offer.

" Sure , but this time no surprise visits , I could have drowned you the other day," he said seriously. If not for her natural scent and voice he would have attacked.

Behind them Jenna stumbled. This was the first time in her life she has met such crude people, even for couples. She pretended like nothing happened and continued walking behind them.

Before Alaric could speak someone shouted.

" Be careful of the sand we have entered Scorpions territory," Alaric looked down cautiously.

As though it had been summoned a scorpion the size of his palm shot out of the sand jumping up at him.

Due to their small sizes their speed was incredible. Alaric slapped it away with his hand avoiding the stinger. It fell into the sand dead.

Alaric looked around, he could hear them subtly moving around underground. They were a lot and he could already imagine them coming out of the sand in droves.

Alaric had heard that scorpion stings were painful and this ones were twice the normal size.

He turned to look at the others who were also looking downwards vigilantly. No one knew if one will pop out or a million will pop out.

Fighting something that tiny was going to be hard impossible even.

Looking around Alaric felt a little depressed and lied to. He had thought the scorpions would be huge and run to him and he could finally fight his first giant insect but no he got the discount version from a faulty online stores. Fantasy really exergerrated some things. He slapped the little thing and it went dead.

Hearing the movement getting closer he looked at the clearly tensed group and shouted, "everyone move back and is there a fire user here?"

Two people raised their hands. Alaric nodded, he seemed to have awakened the hoard after killing the one that jumped on him.

Maybe they weren't so discounted after all.

He Listen in and turned to the fire user," I'm going to count to three then I want you to release your fire where my whip lands."

They nodded, he could here them they were now basically on the upper layer.

Then the sand started to bubble especially at the place they had previously been standing.

Alaric watched closely and the moment he saw a small black spot on the golden sand he striked his whip hard on the ground.

" One,two, three .."

His weapon came up bring up a lot of scorpions that were displaced by his whip. The fire users sprayed fire directly around the area the whip had touched burning the first wave of scorpions to a crisp.

Alaric listened carefully but there was nothing, he could only here the sound disappearing, going downwards.

He sighed in relief, he couldn't imagine all of them coming out at once, he wouldn't know how to start. It's an advantage that it is a D class dungeon so he can train and improve his battle instinct and fast thinking.

Battles in the dungeon are not planned they require impromptu thinking while in the middle of a fight. Half a second pause could cost your life.

" Let's get going, they might come back," he said and took Kisha's hand holding her to him. The group regrouped and continued moving forward .

Jenna behind them was busy trying on her tablet probably reducing their marks for being so delayed and panicked in the situation.

Alaric felt pity for them since they kept glancing back at her over and over again. It was now starting to get annoying.

" They seem kind of down," Kisha whispered to him. Alaric having noticed it already agreed with her.

" They're probably going to miss on that sweet promotion she was talking about, " he said as his hand went around her shoulder after pulling himself from her hold.

She really had a tight grip and Alaric could feel it. He had been enduring it since they met but he just wanted to pull out of it. And pressing against her melons were enough to get him to endure.

After walking for a few minutes they spotted buildings, they weren't even building but ruins. It was scrached away by the desert wind and sun.

This was a source of relief for all of them. He felt like he had begun to get sunburned which was not good for his skin.

Everyone walked in brisk steps but Alaric wasn't in a hurry to get there. He just couldn't believe there was a shade appearing out of nowhere. He has always been cautious and he wasn't about to stop now because of a little sun.

" I think something is not right."
