Slime Leveling [Litrpg, Timeloop]

Chapter 44—Fellow Demons

Wob!—While all the slimes rushed out from the slime farm complex.

Young Slime#47 had already burned the fields, while farmers didn't react, not even showing any anger. Instead, they grinned, glancing at the flames as if they had wiped out their rage, for working on those farms.

He then proceeded to other slime complexes to free other slimes.

'Let's start with the right…' He mused and smashed through the entrance of the right-side slime farm in one go, as all the slimes glanced at him blankly since they didn't have intellect.

Just like his complex, this one had a barrier, but he had shattered it earlier when scouting.

The only one who could sense disturbances in barriers was the slime farm owner; However, he was already killed by Slime#47.

He quickly broke the wooden fences of the other side slime complex as well, allowing all the slimes to come out, and he could finally spot the elder slime and gang.

The kneeling farmers froze, eyes wide as an entire army of slimes poured out like a flood.

Wob! Wob!.. Even from some distance, he could hear the slimes bouncing.

Wob!—Young Slime bounced into the cattle field.

The cattle field had less area than the slime complex, with only a hundred square meters or less.

A pile of grass and a large trough had been placed at the corner for them, and the entire field was plain with little grass, but it was disgusting as cattle dung was spread all over the place.

'They… don't even clean this place?' he mused, eyes narrowed. His field and other slime complexes were dustless. The cattle field also had a shed on top for rest.

'Ahhh… how can they be so partial…' he fumed. He had to train under the heat of summer while these cattle had a cool roof to cover them.

He pointed his tiny index finger at one of the few trees in the field and cast the spell "Fireball!"—He targeted it as it would help flames spread, and fire would kill them all after spreading, as the entrance was almost two meters for the cattle field, which would stop them from escaping.

He had to make their carcasses disappear or useless, since cattle's dead bodies were used in many places—for instance, common food; two, used in rituals, and as pet food—so leaving the village with their carcasses would let farmers earn enough by selling them to call upon adventurers.

They could earn more than the entire bailiff's fortune.

Just as the flaming fireball sphere was about to land on the tree, a howl from the back made Young Slime stop, making him dismiss the fireball in mid-air.

Since through the Demonic Tongue, he could speak and write all the demonic languages, and all the animals with intellect were considered demons.

And just now he'd heard a cow yell, "Stop! Stop! We surrender!"—clear as the slime tongue, in a gentle female voice, about a young adult woman.

"You can speak?!" Young Slime yelled in disbelief. Before, when he came to scout the cattle farm, he just took a quick glance and didn't throw a fireball, so she didn't care to respond, but now it was different.

"Yes, I was lucky enough to gain intellect," a cow walked out from the back. She was clean white, untouched by filth like dung, and a bull who was pitch black with a raging look in his eyes—an exception in the ordinary cattle.

"Appraisal," Slime#47 used his skill.

'They are low level…' he mused, feeling disappointed; he'd expected them to be powerful enough, as they could be helpful.

"Yeah… how can levelling.... come for free…" He muttered, glancing at the cattle farm, which also seemed like a prison.

"Are you two the only ones who have awakened intelligence…actual brain?" Young Slime asked, glancing at them.

"Hmmm. A puny slime, who had luckily gained a new color and skill… suddenly feels a little special…aren't ya?" Bull snarled, hot air rushed from his nose. His voice was deep, like an adult man.

'Hoo… someone's pissed,' Slime#47 mused, amused as the bull stomped his legs and yelled, "Charge!"

His body was surrounded by the crimson aura as it dashed towards the slime—Thud! Thud!

"Lucky? Fine… I'll show you exactly what kind of slime I am," Young Slime said coldly, glancing at the rushing bull.

He just Wob!—bounced when the bull was near him and extended his palms, aiming them at the horns of the bull.

"A mere slime… trying to stop me," the bull barked with a grin as he noticed the slime's actions.

'I'm a bull—strength itself. A slime like you should know your place,' the bull thought smugly, as hot air emitted from his nose and aura intensified around him.

ZZZ!

Whoosh!

Wind blew as the bull came to a stumbling halt, with Crack! Crack!—his horns broke as he felt he'd hit a strong mountain when the slime caught his horns with both hands.

"Ahhh!" Bull roared in disbelief as he was lifted into the air due to recoil. Taking advantage of him being in the air, Slime#47 barely used any force and slammed the bull into the ground—Bam!

"I won't give up…" Bull exclaimed. Young Slime wasn't using full force as he'd felt it was better to take fellow demons under his wing.

Boom! Bam!

He slammed the bull left and right with using horns, as the cow glanced in shock.

She had felt that she should let the bull show the slime some reality of the world, so that a slime like him shouldn't do anything he wants, and finally, at the end, realize that he is a puny slime.

But she witnessed something different. 'Can slimes....be this strong?' she mused as the bull got thrashed.

"Still want to try your luck?" Young Slime asked with eyes narrowed, glancing at the bull whose horns were broken and who had sustained many injuries all over his body, coughing up blood.

"I give up…" Bull said weakly, trembling all over.

"What about you?... Want to fight?" Slime#47 asked, glancing at the wide-eyed cow, whose mouth snapped wide open.

"Me?... No….no,….. I'm weaker than him." Cow stammered, backing down from the fight.
