"Damned giants…" Zik sighed. "Look at what they're making us do. We lost many good men and women, we fled, and now we're being punished for our cowardice by letting a boy play with us."

Zik was the only man within the four survivors that the team found. He was forty-three years old, and had seen many things in his long life, so he could easily pick up on Jimmy's desperate efforts, and in a way, fit for this age of time, he saw Jimmy's efforts as a form of harassment.

Zik saw Icha heal in real time, he saw her bruises go away, but he still had his doubts. For personal reasons, he was hesitant.

"Are you doing alright, Zik?" Nechi asked him. "If you're embarrassed, we can distract you, but if you need help, please lay down right now, or else we might lose you today."

Nechi was trying to repeat what Jimmy said. She tried to support her boyfriend, as he was under enough stress already, but Zik didn't want to hear it.

He said, "Help the young one. I'm fine."

Zik did not want to be treated right now. Everyone could understand why he was unwilling, and uncomfortable. Their worries made sense.

Ideally, they would want to get healed by a woman, but unfortunately for them, Jimmy had a penis. He didn't plan to stick his penis in Zik today, or in the foreseeable future, but at the very least, he had to feel some sensual emotions towards Zik, or he just might die today. He had enough dried wounds, and bug bites on him to put him down in the following hour, give or take.

This was a perplexing situation, but at least the youngest survivor, a twenty-one year old woman, was comfortable enough to step forward, and lay on her back. She was in pain, and had left her dignity in that Giant's Ditch yesterday. She just wanted to live.

"My back hurts," She spoke softly, and avoided eye contact with Jimmy. "A lot."

"Okay," He nodded. "Good news is, your spine is not broken."

Jimmy hadn't even touched her yet, but he was confident that Rulya, otherwise known as the young woman in front of him, wouldn't need as much effort to heal. If her spine had been broken, or even cracked, she wouldn't have been able to walk.

"You probably pulled a muscle or two," He tried to comfort her. "Nothing to worry about."

Jimmy was confident that he could heal her in two minutes tops. He was already hard, so he didn't have to warm himself up this time, and could jump right into business.

However, when he slid his hands below the cloth that covered her small breasts, and grabbed a hold of them, his heart nearly sank to his foot! Basically, he had misdiagnosed her a moment ago, and now, he discovered that she was crawling with parasites!

After some more exploring, he figured out that she did not have any pulled back muscles. She was mostly fine physically, and by all odds, the parasites inside of her were causing her back pain!

This looked like a big problem to him, because even though he was skilled, he didn't know much about the average human's immune system. He was sure that his abilities could not directly target parasites either, so he did not know how to help her, and yet he had to find a solution since he had already grabbed onto his patient.

Jimmy was in deep panic, but after a minute of anxiously holding his breath, and Rulya's breasts, he suddenly remembered something crucial. White blood cells!

Although it was impossible for him to know what parasites Rulya was battling with, he still figured out how to help her. He started increasing the count of her white blood cells in her body, so she can fight the parasites herself.

By all odds, he wouldn't be able to heal her after just a couple of boobie honks like he indirectly promised, but he could at least make sure to build a strong, foolproof immune system for her.

Jimmy rapidly increased her white blood cell count, let go of her, and helped her stand up. Afterwards, he had a simple question to ask her.

"Have you been feeling ill for a while?" He asked. "Your blood has many parasites."

"Parasites?" Rulya repeated. "What?"

"Basically, they're these long bugs, or worms, if you know what they are?" He explained, as best as he could. "They've been living in your body for a while, and since you haven't eaten, the bugs inside of you probably started nibbling on your organs. This also explains why your back hurts so much, it's because of the parasites. So, I'm gonna ask you again, have you been feeling sick?"

"A bit," She nodded. "My back has been hurting for many moons, but got worse today."

"Yup," He smiled. "The bugs have been trying to eat your organs, but don't worry, they're already being killed. You will poop them out eventually."

Afterwards, he said, "Prepare for a cold, or shivers, stuff like that. I helped your body fight the parasites, and so you will feel even more sick for a couple of days, but your back pain will go away."

"So… I will only have a cold?" She asked. "Like, when you get stuck in the rain and then get sick?"

"Yes, exactly!" Jimmy celebrated. "But you'll be fine. If your back starts hurting again, you can come and see me."

Jimmy was happy, because somehow, he helped a young cavewoman understand how parasites worked. Rulya was happy, and her mood especially improved after her back pain started reducing, so the overall attitude of the survivors had improved for the better!

Cika, the thirty-seven year old woman laid on her back afterwards, in front of Jimmy. She had spiked a fever already, she had many fresh cuts on her legs, likely caused by small dinosaurs, and part of the mystery was solved there. He had to boost her immune system as well.

However, when Jimmy sunk his hands on her partially saggy breasts, he quickly discovered that she also had a couple of cracked bones!

'Jesus,' He grunted. 'She didn't even mention anything about her broken bones. How tough is this woman?'

Jimmy healed her bones. This part took ten minutes, so the process was a bit awkward, but he did heal her successfully. He also discovered a bunch of bacteria inside her, likely caused by scratches from dinosaurs, so he increased the white blood cells across her immune system.

Other than her fever spiking up, she was as fit as a fiddle. She thanked him, and moved away, giving Zik the chance to finally get this world's version of medical attention.

"Come on, Zik," Cika pressured him. "You've been limping for years, don't you want your toes fixed?"

"Your toes are messed up?" Jimmy asked. "I can probably fix that. It will take a while, but I will try to fix your toes."

Jimmy wasn't looking forward to sensually treating a hairy, forty-three year old man, but he didn't have any other choice. Zik was too hard-headed to admit it, but he did need medical attention for various reasons, not just his toes. He could die tonight unless Jimmy treated him.
