Serena woke up to an empty spot in the bed, releasing a soft whimper, she refused to open her eyes while trying to get comfortable in the bed.

She struggled to get up from the bed, her mind hazy at first as the memories of last night flooded her mind, Serena blushed profusely at what happened last night between her and Eiravyn.

She had really wanted to go to the bonfire last night as it was held to celebrate Eiravyn and her, but she was still happy about their night together.

Serena reached for the blanket covering her exposed body as she peaked beneath the blanket, luckily her swollen nipples and the numbness she felt there had greatly reduced.

Never in her wildest dreams did Serena think the saliva of a vampire could heal a wound this well, as she notciced that the small bite mark under her breast had healed completely and the mark was no more there. She wondered if other vampires' saliva had this healing property of if it was just Eiravyn.

"Now, what are you still doing in bed?"

Serena jolted at the voice, turning to see who had entered the room. She was shocked to see Luna making her way into the room, Serena quickly covered herself properly with the blanket.

"No need to cover yourself up, and before you ask, I knocked on the door three times but you were not responding so, I let myself in to check if everything was well with you."

Serena blushed hard, her face burning with embarrassment. "Everything's' fine with me." She managed to say, as she tried to make herself look decent,

"Hmm… could you please turn around?" Serena stuttered out, she had never felt this level of embarrassment in her entire years of existence, as she tried to preserve what's left of her decency. She could not bring herself to look the woman in her eyes.

Luna merely shrugged her shoulders nonchalantly, "I see no other reason why you'd ask that as we are both women in here, but since you asked…" she said eventually turning around to give Serena much needed privacy.

Serena muttered a soft thank you, as she quietly got up from the bed and wore her night gown properly, she knew that her face must be red by now as she felt hot with embarrassment, when she made sure she was presentable, she turn to face Luna,

"You can turn around now."

Luna sighed, "I don't know why you're this shy when everyone knew what happened between you and King Eiravyn yesterday night. So, there is no need to act this shy in front of me, I understand.." Luna said as she winked at Serena playfully.

"What!" Serena froze at her words, her face glowed as if she was set on fire.

Luna's mouth twitched at the corner as she saw Serena's blushing face. "Oh come on, no need to act like this, it's a normal thing amongst mate."

Normal thing?

Serena could not believe her ears, if everyone outside there knew what transpired between her and Eiravyn, she was not sure if she would be able to walk out of this room, she might as well just stay here forever.

"Please, don't mind what I said."

But how could Serena not mind her,

"No need to panic, I was wondering why you were taking too long to come out for the bonfire last night so, I came to this room, when I suddenly heard strange noise. I'm pretty sure everyone knew the reason why King Eiravyn and his mate could not make it last night. So, there is no need to worry, it's a very natural thing amongst mates." Luna explained, smiling sheepishly at her before she added,

"Well, except you want to stay in this room forever." Luna muttered more to herself than to Serena, but Serena heard her anyways.

I did think about doing that. Serena thought to herself, when she heard Luna speaking again.

"Now, you have to get yourself together and quickly get changed."

"Where is Eiravyn?" Serena asked, as she noticed that she hadn't seen him today. She realized when she woke up he was already gone.

"He is currently waiting for you at the border of the witch coven, he sent me here to help you get dressed as you will be leaving for the vampire kingdom today."

Serena had completely forgot that Eiravyn told her they would be leaving for his kingdom first thing tomorrow morning, she wondered if she had overslept and delayed him in the process.

"Thanks…"She mumbled as she quickly dash to the bathroom and closed the door behind her.

Luna glanced around the room, her gaze lingering on the messy bed. She shook her head as she clicked her tongue loudly, she stretched her hands to the bed

"Vestite Lectum." She mumbled under her breath and in the next second, a white string of light flicked through her fingers and went in the direction of the bed and the whole bed instantly looked like it was not used. She nodded her head at the sight, before she finally turned to wait for Serena.

"Thank you for waiting for me." Serena said as she came out of the bathroom.

She wore one of the clothes she had packed with her when they started the journey as she thought it would make her more comfortable.

Luna stared at her for a long time as she observed the clothes she wore,

"I hate to break the news but I'm not sure this clothes will do you good as you would be the queen of the vampire kingdom, where the girls are dress to kill. It would be better to create a good first impression, and besides King Eiravyn asked me to dress you up warmly, come here." Luna instructed.

Serena silently went to her, this witch really reminded her so much of Kathy, she felt comfortable and familiar with her. Now that she thought about her, she really missed her best friend and could not wait to tell her everything about her adventures in the witch coven, she suddenly heard Luna's voice again,

"Sit here, let me fix you something better." Luna said with a wink and gestured to one of the chairs in the room.

Serena sat obediently and let Luna do whatever she wanted to do.

After some time the witch was finally done with what she was doing, she turn to Serena now this is better,

"Do you want to take a look?"

Serena nodded her head, as a huge mirror materialized before her; She turned to look into the mirror.compare to what she wore before, this one looked comfortable and pretty while it had a little shine to it. it was almost similar to what she wore before but it just had a look that was much prettier than what she wore before.

Luna then brought out a greenish blue-colored winter coat and made her wear it, along with a matching scarf she use to drape around her shoulder.

"This is much better, I don't want you to go to the vampire kingdom looking like a hobo, now that we are all done, let's head out, King Eiravyn doesn't like waiting." The witch ordered.

"Thanks." Serena thanked her again, the witch had been so helpful to her since she came here even though she barely knew her.

"You're welcome." Luna responded and inched closer, "you have such a beautiful hair, will you let me do your hair?" The witch suddenly asked.

Serena blinked rapidly at the unexpected compliment, she had always felt insecure about her hair as it was very curly, unruly and would take her a great effort to get the curls out and most of the time, the hairstylist in the human realm always had trouble styling her hair, this made her feel flustered at the witch compliment wondering if she was merely just trying to make her feel better.

Seeing that Serena was flustered, Luna quickly told her, "well we don't have to do that if you're not comfortable. Before you go…" Luna paused as she brought out a small rock, the rock had a subtle yellow light, she reached for Serena hands and placed the rock there.

"This is a communication tool, I just felt like I should give it to you, if you ever need my help in the vampire kingdom, you just have to reach out to me using this."

Serena stared at the rock in her hands, "how do I use this?" She asked as she thought it felt strange in her hands. The rock was smooth but it felt warm and looked pretty.

"To activate it, you just have to hit it anywhere, be it on the wall, or on a plain surface, but it advice able to activate on the wall. When you do that a small screen will appear and you will be able to communicate with me through the screen, so make sure you use it wisely as it can only be used once."
