A puzzled voice suddenly came from within the enclosure, and the person looked up in the direction of the tiny soul form of Jiang Chen.

"Valley Master Fu, what's wrong?" The Great Elder turned his head in confusion and asked softly.

"I feel... as if someone is there!" Fu Lengjun said uncertainly.

"Someone?!"

The Great Elder was stunned for a moment, turned his head to look at the corridor, and suddenly erupted with a stern aura.

"Great Elder, don't release your aura, it's me!" Jiang Chen called out helplessly, his small soul figure flickering in the air so the Great Elder could see him.

"A divine..." Fu Lengjun stared in amazement at the fleeting soul figure, his pupils dilating in disbelief.

The Great Elder was startled and quickly retracted his aura, speaking to the air, "Head of the Jiang Family, why, why, why is your soul separated?"

The Great Elder blinked, glanced at his shoulder, and squinted slightly, "Does your soul contain a trace of Elder Long's soul power?"

The Great Elder urgently cried out twice, turning to stare straight at Jiang Chen's soul, ready to speak, but upon seeing Jiang Chen's state, he closed his mouth.

Jiang Chen's soul was now in a state of extreme illusion, streams of soul power uncontrollably seeping out and slowly dissipating; his soul was on the verge of dispersing!

"Great Elder, I'll head back now. Please tell Valley Master Fu to remain hidden until the battle begins!" Jiang Chen softly instructed, with a flick of his hand; the Divine Lock Chain retracted into his body, and he swiftly flew towards the top of the cell, needing to return quickly, else his soul might dissipate!

"You really removed it?! Thank you, Head of the Jiang Family! Thank you!"

The Great Elder exclaimed excitedly.

"Thank you, Head of the Jiang Family!"

Fu Lengjun, enduring the pain, rose and saluted Jiang Chen.

Jiang Chen's soul nodded at the two before diving into the ceiling!
