The next morning when Elena was observing Lin Yan practicing his techniques in the courtyard's garden, Han Zhoumin arrived at her door. She left the red light district as soon as morning came. She was quite excited to finally work on something that she would enjoy.

Lan Quiyuan took her to a room to meet with Elena and for the first time she witnessed Elena's real face. And she almost fainted after seeing Elena's beauty. When she entered the room, she expected to see a good looking young man, but what waited for her was an insanely beautiful lady.

Elena explained to her that she was not born in any of the nations which were under high goddess Tiandi's influence, so to not gather too much attention she usually took on the disguise. And currently she was disguised as a man. That explanation was easy to understand as Han Zhoumin knew foreign people were extremely rare in these regions.

She had no problem with her boss being a foreigner and seeing that Su Yun was actually a woman, she was even more relieved. She had no problem with a man as her boss, but she was more comfortable with a woman above her.

She then asked Elena about what her job was supposed to be. Elena told her that she was going to buy a few properties like a library, a tea house and a few others. And she wanted Han Zhoumin to manage all those places. She was not going to stay in this city for too long, so she needed a manager for her properties and she had judged that Han Zhoumin would be a great candidate for the job.

This was a big responsibility and Han Zhoumin was happy that Elena judged her to have the capability to fulfil the job. But she still had to ask one thing -

"Ah, miss Elena, I'm extremely humbled that you think so highly of me, but I believe that there are other more capable people for the job. And they would definitely be willing to work for you with all the benefits that you're giving. And I'm no one but a lowly prostitute who only knows a little about poetry. Actually Elena's grandfather was a businessman on EARTH. So she always had a wish to become one in her childhood. But after EARTH's destruction, Elena had to get rid of this dream all together. And after becoming an adult she came to know that doing business was not a very simple thing to do. She also realised that her grandfather was not a very good person and was somewhat corrupt. So she forgot about that silly childhood dream.

But after playing some games she remembered many things from her childhood that she had forgotten before. And this little childhood dream was one such thing. So she decided to fulfil the silly dream of a silly little girl. Now she had almost unlimited amounts of money and invincible powers, so it was like she had a cheat code. For that reason this venture was going to be a child's play.

After hearing that Elena wanted to buy so many properties, An Zuang was very excited and quickly went inside his office to check all the available properties. Soon he came out with a large bundle of papers. Then he spoke up -

"Hmm, then let's meet them and we can talk more about the exchange in detail. Try to make an appointment with them as soon as possible. And, these will be the properties that I will be buying. Calculate the price and tell me."

Saying so Elena handed the papers of the properties that she ended up buying to An Zuang. Elena said that she was going to buy only one book store, but she ended up buying 3 of them. She also decided to buy 4 tea houses and that was all the available tea houses in the city. As for an inn, she only found one to be to her liking. She also bought 5 large warehouses to store several things in large quantities.

And as for the store fronts, there were a total of 13 available properties and Elena ended up buying 9 of them. Even she guessed that it would be too much, but all those nine spots looked like a good spot to her. So she could not help herself from buying it.

Now as for the two special properties that An Zuang mentioned, one was a luxurious inn called "Blooming Spring Sanctuary". It even had a hit spring. And the second property was a trading caravan with a readymade large shop, three smaller shops and 10 carriages. So they were quite well known establishments within the White Rock county capital city.

An Zuang was able to get the appointment very fast after explaining to the sellers that Elena was a very esteemed customer with a lot of treasures. Hearing that they decided to meet with Su Yun right away.

The person who was selling the luxurious inn was an old man in his eighties. He was from the large family of a different county's capital and came to live his life in the remote White Rock county after his retirement. But he got the news that his grandson was born recently so he was going back to his hometown in the Grass Fall county.

So, he was selling the inn that he was managing to pass time. He was very rich and was not greedy for money, so he decided to exchange the inn for something that would be a great gift to his grandson.

After hearing about his situation, Elena took out a beautiful jade that was in the shape of a shield. She explained that this jade was a defensive treasure that could block one attack of even a Grandmaster and also could cure most of the abnormal status effects below the Saint rank. After checking the item the old man named Hui Qui became very happy and not only sold Elena the inn but also gave her the house that he was living in for the past few years.
