The development process of Elena's mini world was still ongoing. Creating an overall structure was easy for a superpower being, but there were many things to micromanage so the world was still not completely ready. Not only that but the concept Elena was trying to give this world included various different concepts from more than 20 worlds and that was making the whole process more difficult.

But still various main regions of the world were still almost ready. And currently three such regions were seeing a lot of traffic. One was a residential area in the form of a super large city. This city was created by Elena herself as a little demonstration about what types of cities she wanted in her mini world. But the model was just too good to just throw away after a single use so it became the first complete city in Elena's mini world.

Vista was currently running around busily receiving many people. Those people were none other than the Earthlings. Vista was given the responsibility to manage the whole operation of receiving them and giving them a proper place to live and suitable work to do by Elena. So she was extremely busy.

The people who were coming to this city called Eterna were Earthlings who were judged to be 'good people'. These Earthlings did not create any trouble in TIRTANYA. It would probably have been fine if they stayed in the other world but Elena wanted to remove any foreign elements from TIRTANYA as this might have created problem in the future. And having foreign elements was a bad influence for the world anyway.

So even though these people were all generally good, she still had to take them away. But obviously Elena was going to give them proper treatment and their ideal condition to live their life. As they behaved well, Elena would not mind going out of her way to give them what they wanted. It was the least she could do after taking them away from their already normal life.

If some of the Earthlings were married then Elena had given everyone a chance to bring their whole family with them. She was not heartless enough to separate a family for no reason. So mostly no one had many complaints about this abrupt change.

The numbers and average power level of Earthlings were on the higher side, so Vista would not be able to handle everything on her own. So the Anomalous Beings were helping her out. They had high numbers, very high average levels and were also quite capable. So they were perfect to help her.

The second region that was getting a lot of traffic was a meadow area with a lake and vast grassland. From that description it might sound like a beautiful place but in actuality, it was not. The grass here was either black or grey. The whole area was filled with a sense of decay and death. When the lake was completely red and looked like a blood lake. No, it just did not look like a blood lake, it was a Blood Lake.

The Earthlings who came here were not the evil ones. It was the group of people who did make some troubles but not major ones. They at least did not do anything too horrible.

It included the great sage Dhruv Tripathy, who even though took away many grimoires forcefully he did not kill anyone or hurt anyone too badly. Other than him, Adams Anderson was also a part of this group.

This group would be judged here by a very intelligent Anomalous Being who had many skills related to judgement and punishment. Elena had also given him a list detailing everyone's crime and what type of punishment should be given for what kind of crime. Now he just had to follow that code created by Elena to judge these people.

The punishment Elena had chosen for them was truly not too serious. They just needed to understand their mistakes and Elena would be happy to treat them like the other good Earthlings.

She had also explained this to everyone present here. So no one was too panicked. They believed in Elena that she would not go back to her words. More like Elena had no reason to lie to all of them who were probably as weak as ants to her now.

When they were kidnapped by Elena without being able to put up any resistance, they understood that the difference in power between them and Elena was very vast. And that belief just got stronger when they show the Anomalous Beings. All of them were stronger than them by a large margin and their numbers were also very very high. It was super scary. It meant that Elena alone had the power to destroy their previous world now.

So none of the Earthlings here made any fuss and waited calmly for their judgement.

The last busy region of Elena's mini world was located at the deepest depth of it. This place was unlike the previous two places. Neither there was a bustling atmosphere of the city nor the silent atmosphere of the death zone. Instead this place was filled with shouts and screams. Shouts and screams of fear and pain to be exact.

Elena created this place with hell as her reference. But she did not intend to send any dead souls here which was supposed to be the normal function of hell. Instead she planned to made this place into a prison and torture ground for the evil people to get punishment.

Elena was not a fan of torture and preferred to just kill her enemy as soon as possible. But even she knew that there were some times when torture was very important. So she made some of the most cruel and strong Anomalous Beings to be in charge of this place.

As she had no sadist tendencies, she very rarely visited this place so the Anomalous Beings in charge of this place were quite sad. And now that finally Elena had given them some work, they were very excited and were doing their best for their job.

The work Elena gave them was to torture some of Earthlings to death. Other than one single person, all the people sent here were either rapists or had murdered innocents. Elena was not saintly enough to show kindness to these scums.

Other than them, she had also sent another person here who did not do much crime. Actually he was quite weak for an Earthling as he was only at level 340. So most probably he was unable to do any crime with his insignificant strength.

So why did Elena send this man here. That was because when Elena was still level 10 or so. This man and his gang had chased after her for quite a long time, obviously targeting her beauty. But as Elena was too weak at that time, she was only able to run away.

Later she heard that the gang that was chasing her got destroyed by a strong powerhouse, so Elena almost forgot about it. Now that she knew that the leader was still alive, she immediately gave this man a death sentence. He was truly a super unlucky person.

As a World Guider, Elena could guide many worlds. That would not only make her strong and at the same time would also make the world stronger.
