The only reason why Eldriana and her partners were able to fight so easily against the Titan was because its speed was not anywhere near extreme and it also had a limited range and predictable range of action.

But with the introduction of the vines those weaknesses all had disappeared. So the fight which was looking very close became one sided in favour of the Titan. The very first one to get in trouble with this change was Estatet as she was closest to the Titan. The vines wrapped around her and immobilized her. Then the Titan tried to smash her with its huge fist.

While training together everyone became closer to each other. But the pair who had gotten most intimate were Estatet and Eldriana. As both of them were front liners, it was inevitable that they got closer to each other while entrusting each other's back. So in the last few days, Eldriana and Estatet had developed a relationship like real sisters with Eldriana being the big sister and Estatet being the younger one.

So when Eldriana was in danger of dying a flashback of her family getting killed in that cursed night played in Eldriana's mind. If that heavy fist of the Titan could connect properly with Estatet then she would definitely be dead. That was an outcome Eldriana was unwilling to accept in any condition.

So her body moved even before her mind could react and with astonishing speed, she appeared before Estatet facing the incoming punch and guarding Estatet. Then she put strength on her feet to brace herself, pulled her hands back, clenched then so hard that her hands started bleeding and then met the punch of the Titan with her own.

Immediately both of them were pushed back. After clashing with Eldriana, even the gigantic Titan had to take two steps back. Eldriana was able to save her little sister this time. But her condition was terrible after that clash. Her fist was crushed, her bones which were as strong as powerful metal were broken into bits and she was bleeding all over.

But even in this condition she stood up while looking like a walking corpse and went to guard Estatet once again. Her eyes were burning with determination and she said just one sentence to Estatet that was filled with all her willpower to demonstrate Eldriana's intention to defend her little sister at any cost.

"I... Will... Absolutely protect you."

Eldriana's determination acted as a catalyst and made everyone's moral to go up. Seeing that one of the comrades was willing to put her everything on the line, the others also decided to do the same.

Estatet again went to the frontlines with even more concentration and determination to not be a burden, Falgaria started to create more golems and threw giant boulders on the Titan while still trying to find some way to control the rock on the Titan in order to destroy it from inside. But even with all of them joining, the Titan was not having too much trouble in fending them off. The vines were truly quite troublesome. If things stayed the same as the current situation, the S rankers would soon start becoming tired and would eventually lose the battle.

So Emilia decided to use one of her Trump Cards. She was the only one with affinity for something that was extremely effective against the vines, so she decided to take care of them all by herself.

Deciding that, Emilia started to radiate an immense amount of mana from her body. Then her silver hair and silver eyes both turned chromatic with all types of colour shining in them. At the same time, Eldriana was wrecking havoc all over its body with her monstrous powers. Estatet was also helping Eldriana by attracting the Titan's attention. After getting saved by Eldriana, she was extremely motivated to repay her back and to not be a burden, so she was able to tap into her untouched powers and her speed was about 30 percent better than before.
