Elena had already hired Ji Jae Min, but only a single voice actor and singer was not enough to run a whole organisation. So, Elena needed more talents from various fields. Not only that but she was also planning to create some kind of product of her own and she needed to think about that too. Other than that she also needed to hire some people to do management and other regular duties. It was going to be a lot of work.
But first, she needed to create some heroes. Without the heroes, any organisation would just be worthless as whenever a big hero ordered them something, they would have to obey without asking any questions. But from what Elena had seen from her research, it looked like almost 90 percent of the heroes were greedy pieces of shit and Elena had no intention to work with them. Instead she had another thing in mind.
While going through various sites in the dark web, Elena came across a particular group. This group was insanely famous but had little to no appearance on the internet. The name of this group was "Achalanata". The members of this association called themselves Arshante Users and not Heroes. This was a group that was opposing the hero association and all the people of this group had awakened Arshante.
All the members of this group had bad history with the Hero Association so after awakening they did not join it. Instead they all went into hiding and only worked in the shadows.
This was the only enemy that the hero association had. But the association was only hurt in minor ways by them. That was because the high end power of the association was much superior to Achalanata's. That was the reason they were forced to only hide in the shadows and could not come to the light.
So Elena was going to use a simple tactic to make this organisation her own. She was going to create three characters with the same power level as the strongest of the Hero Association. Then those three people were going to become the top of Achalanata. Then with their support this group of Arshante Users would not need to hide anymore and Elena was going to use them to create an organisation that was going to become rival to the Hero Association. And her production company was going to become their partner and would gain a supporter that way. Actually Elena would be behind both of the organisations but no one needed to know that.
...
After finalizing her plans and putting Ji Jae Min in her own bed, Elena started to tackle the second big problem she was facing. And that was the problem of having a lack of talented people. Elena could not just create more people. It was fine for the heroes as it was possible that they were hiding their identity to hide their status as awakened people. But for normal talents they needed to have a background.
So, how was Elena going to solve this problem ? Obviously by going through the almighty internet. She used some of her powers to learn about the computers of this world and became a good hacker. Then she started to check for people who had decent talent in many fields but were not contracted with any particular organisation for the time being. Elena had thought that the number of people matching this criteria would not be high but she was pleasantly surprised to find that it was not the case.
The population of this world was quite high. For that reason, there were more than enough talented people present. But not everyone was lucky enough to get chances in their lives. Ji Jae Min's situation was a bit more serious than normal but when it came to under utilisation her talent aspect of the problem, Elena found out that this was something very common almost everywhere.
Elena immediately chose some of the people who were really talented but were under utilised for some reason or another. She sent them an e-mail with the offer and also an address to meet. Elena had already brought a large building to make it her headquarters.
Elena had spent quite a lot of money at the beginning but she was planning to run this place as a proper organisation. Elena did not need any money. So if she wanted it would be easy for her to make he company bigger almost overnight if she threw enough at it. But she was not going to do that as doing so was useless. She wanted to make it a proper company that would be capable of generating profits and growing.
As she was waiting for the talents to reply, she also needed to hire some staff to do the office work. But that hiring process was simple as Elena just needed to make a job posting in various job hunting websites and she would be drowning in candidates immediately. The situation of the job market was not very good for the common population, so her job posting which had a very generous salary and comfortable working hours was definitely going to attract a lot of people.
After she was done with that, she now had only one thing to do. And that was to think about various projects her talents would need to tackle. Elena could not make the final decision without knowing the people who would be working with her but she still needed to make a general outline beforehand if she wanted to make this a success.
After thinking about making things Elena finally chose three things that she found interesting and would also have a good market. Her current company was based on the entertainment industry, so her projects were also all related to that. First what she chose was an anime. This was a very popular media and was something Elena also liked.
But this was hard media to do business in. There are already established places working in this field. So for a newcomer it was not a kind place. So Elena decided to do something wild to find a foothold in this industry. She was going to make an anime that would be able to shake the world and if her first project could be as successful as she had imagined, then it would be easy for her upcoming steps. She was going to make an anime from a very famous work that had a very bad adaptation before and she would bring justice to this work. It was called "Frenzied".
Then next she targeted the singing cultures. For this she was not going to do anything crazy but was going to make good songs and advertise them properly. Songs always had a very good market and she was sure if the songs were actually good, it would not have trouble finding an audience.
Then lastly she was going to focus on audiobooks. Most of her talents would be working with their voice. So having them read a book with their sweet voice was definitely going to be fun and popular. This would be hard work but Elena was going to compensate them enough for it.
Other than that she was also planning to try the fields like radio and podcasts but she needed to take baby steps first. She would figure more stuff out while going forward. She was looking forward to the future.
