As soon as Pristela appeared in the outer part of the temple, all the acolytes present there immediately bowed their heads. Pristela greeted them with a nod and asked them to stand back up. Then she looked at Elena's group and gave them a bow in greeting. Then she started speaking.

"Everyone, by the will of our great goddess, two individuals here will be getting the blessing of minor ascension today. Get yourselves ready and start preparing. We will be holding the blessing ceremony in just a few hours."

Hearing Pristela's declaration, everyone was surprised at first but they all soon came back to their senses and got themselves busy. The preparation for the Blessing Ceremony was not an easy thing to do and they now needed to work extra hard if they wanted to get everything ready in just a few hours.

Pristela came forward and exchanged a few words with Alisia, Leshia and Kaya. Then she patted Anne's head and congratulated her for a safe recovery. Then she gave a very respectful bow toward Elena and Tomoe, then went back inside to make her own preparation for the upcoming ceremony. As she was the head priestess, she had the highest amount of work to do for this ceremony. So she was currently extremely busy and had no time to have leisurely chat with her friends.

The vampire goddess had told her about Elena and had asked her to be respectful toward her. From this an intelligent person like Pristela was easily able to guess that this beautiful lady must be someone special and that was the reason why she was so respectful toward her.

While the priests and priestesses were getting ready for the blessing ceremony, Leshia and her group had nothing much to do except for waiting. Some of the acolytes showed them to a reception room of the temple and that was exactly where everyone was waiting.

Elena, Kaya, Alisia, Tomoe and Leshia were sitting on a sofa while drinking a special kind of holy tea that was specially created in this temple. Turin and Anne were running around in this spacious reception room like overly excited children. Both of them were quite young so that was perfectly fine.

As they were drinking tea and having a pleasant chat, a knock was heard on the door. All the ladies were surprised as all the people of the temple were currently extremely busy so would be coming here at this type. Thinking that there might be some special circumstances or important situation, Leshia gave permission for the person to enter and swiftly a man entered the room and immediately froze with a weird look on his face.

Leister was running toward the temple of pride at his fastest possible speed. One of his friends working as a priest in the temple just gave him the news that two common vampires were able to become noble vampires by the means of Ascension Blessing. As soon as he heard this, he immediately ran out of his house at full speed.

Leister was the third son of a baron Vampire family. He was a noble vampire by blood but his mother was a common vampire and his position in the house was low, so the quality of his noble blood was also not very high. He was just barely above a common vampire.

There were a few ways he could improve his situation. Firstly if he could become the heir for his father then with that position his bloodline would immediately see some improvement. This was a special rule of the vampire race. But his elder brothers were way more competent than him so his chance of becoming the heir was close to zero.

For that reason why Leister was trying to find a different way. The next plan that came to his mind was to marry a noble vampire. Doing so would grant the couple the blessing of marriage which could also improve his bloodline if his partner had a higher grade bloodline or was special in any way.

So he had been trying to search for his ideal bride for a long time. But unfortunately no one was willing to marry him. Leister was a perfect citizen of this city of prideful individuals and had unfounded confidence in his abilities. But to the rest of the world, he was below average in everything and his personality was also on the bad side. So naturally he was not getting any ladies to fall for him.

So when he heard that a common vampire lady was about to upgrade her bloodline, he immediately wanted to take her in as his bride. Even if this lady would just be a vampire baron after her ascension, with her special circumstances she would still be able to boost his bloodline by quite a bit. And Leister was confident that a girl who was just a common vampire just moments ago would not be able to withstand his noble charm and would immediately give herself to him. So with that in mind he tried to reach the temple before everyone else with the fear that his golden goose would be stolen by an evil fox.

After coming to the temple, he immediately asked his friend about the location of that girl. His friend was just an apprentice priest and was currently extremely busy fulfilling his senior's order. So he did not have time to think much about it and told Leister about the reception room where the ladies were staying to stop Leister from annoying him anymore. After learning that immediately Leister went in the direction of that room.

Before coming in front of that room he stopped for a moment and checked if he was dressed properly. Even though he left his house in a hurry, he did not forget to dress up as he was going to meet with one of his future brides. Only after making sure that everything was fine with his dress did he knock on the door.

He really wanted to just go in and claim his bride immediately and to make love with her. But he did not want to give a bad first impression to this bride of his so he decided to act gentlemanly for the time being. He would get plenty of time to fulfil his desires with her after taking this girl as his own.

With these thoughts in his mind he quickly opened the door. Then as soon as his eyes fell on the ladies sitting in the room his mind went blank. He felt like he had arrived in the heaven and was getting the chance to witness many goddesses having tea together.

The beautiful ladies with their plentiful chest, enticing thighs crossing over each other and their soft, plump lips. His mind immediately went into overdrive in lust. He wanted to rub his face on those thighs. He wanted to put his head between the valleys of their large twin mountains and he also wanted to taste their soft lips. His little brother immediately became hyper active and he was unable to hold his lust back any longer. And thus he made the biggest mistake of his life.
