The heart was also present in the room and Duke Moronto held the goblet up toward the heart. A bright white light started to sign on it which slowly turned red. After this light turned completely red a black shackle appeared on the heart and then it broke apart. Immediately after that the heart started to wriggle all over and blood started to come out from it. That blood very quickly started to take a humanoid shape.

Then the blood started to transform into bones and meat. Tomoe watched it with wonder and thought how absurd this healing ability actually was. In just a few minutes, they were able to notice the outline of a humanoid being.

But the whole process of regeneration was still going to take a long time but everyone was already extremely surprised with the size of the being who was getting regenerated. Even the duke himself was surprised by this.

Noticing the questioning look on everyone's face, Duke Karl smiled a bit and told them that he had known that this Costogolomo person was actually an extremely rare individual who was a giant before turning into a vampire. But even knowing that the duke had not expected him to be this massive.

Giant was already a very race in this world. Most of the people, even the high level ones had never seen a giant. Their population was very low, average strength was very high and they lived in only two areas of this world. Those areas were the location where the gates to the Elysium and the Valhalla were present and the giant race was the guardians guarding those gates. So only Demigods were able to see a giant most of the time.

For that reason, the appearance of a giant here was so surprising and that was also why Alisia and the others had never expected the owner of the heart to be a giant. That was just way too absurd. And a giant who had turned into a vampire was even rarer.

As everyone thought about the race of Costogolomo, he was still regenerating. Even though his regeneration speed was quite fast, it was clear that it would take almost a day for him to fully regenerate. So everyone decided to leave him be for the time being and to come back to see him after a few hours.

So Elena and her group came back to their rooms to take some rest. But instead of staying in their rooms and resting, everyone came to Elena's room and started to discuss about their plans for the festival. It turned out that among everyone, it was Alisia who knew the most about this Floating Lantern or Blessed Night festival.

When Elena told her about this vacation, Alisia had been reading various things about this festival and the Duke Moronto family everyday. So obviously she had a very good idea about it. She even knew about what happened in the previous festivals in detail and everyone started to make a plan based on that.

Suddenly they heard a knock on the door and upon opening it a maid informed them that the regeneration of the Costogolomo was just about to be completed.

This made the ladies surprised as even though they had lost their sense of time a little bit during the fun event planning, they were still aware that one whole day had definitely not passed. So the regeneration was just way too fast. The maid had expected this confusion and told everyone that after the whole skeletal structure of the giant finished regenerating, the speed of regeneration increased quite a bit. Most probably it was a special trait related to giants. For regular vampires, everything regenerated at the exact same speed. That was the reason why the whole regeneration process was over quicker than expected.

So everyone quickly came back to that same reception room and now the figure of Costogolomo was perfectly clear. He was large, over 120 meters tall and his width was also quite big. But one would expect a giant to have a muscular body but Costogolomo was different and he was fat, extremely fat.

Seeing a fat person among the high level individuals was extremely rare. If someone was fat despite being a high level individual then either that person had some special skill or curse that was making one fat or because that person wanted to be fat.

Duke Karl and Hyneward were already there and greeted Elena's group. Then all of them started waiting for the regeneration process to finish. From how it looked, this should not take too long.

Just as they had expected, after just a few minutes, the process of regeneration was over. As soon as the process was over, Costogolomo opened his eyes and looked at everything with a bewildered look. While looking around not understanding his current situation, he noticed someone whom he knew. Immediately a big smile appeared on his fat face and he tried to stand up.

But Elena lightly slapped him on his head and he was unable to stand up. When Costogolomo was regenerating some of the servants had put a large piece of cloth on his body to hide his private parts. But as his body was too big, they were just barely able to cover it. So if Costogolomo stood up at this moment, this room would barely be able to handle his height but the cloth would definitely fall off and all the ladies present here would get to see his privates in full display. That was definitely not something Elena or anyone present here wanted. That was the reason why Elena stopped him for standing up.

Then she even started to scold him. Even though Costogolomo had no idea who Elena was but he felt that she was not someone he should go against, so he obediently listened to Elena scolding him while lowering his head in regret.

After scolding him enough, Elena told Costogolomo to lessen his size. Only then he remembered that he was able to do that and smiled foolishly and followed her orders. Then Elena again told him to apologise to all the ladies for being too careless and he did that too with an embarrassed smile on his face.

Only then Elena forgave him and told him to catch up with his old buddy, Hyneward, who was watching the whole scene of Elena scolding Costogolomo and him obediently following all her orders with an amused smile on his face.

Just like that Costogolomo was finally back after who knew how many years.
