Restart: The World Savior's New Beginning

Chapter 589: Ch 589: Reunion and Realisation

After thinking about the problem for some time, Marina decided to trust her intuition over her mind. She was aware of her insanely good intuition and it had always helped her a lot in her life so far. That was why Marina once again decided to trust her long time buddy, her intuition and stepped on the stairs to go deeper into this dungeon.

...

After marking the location of the deeper floor stairs, Nina continued her investigation of the floor and map making. But as she explored more and more of the floor where she was, she started to become suspicious. When she mapped over 50 percent of the whole floor, her suspicions became even bigger.

Nina was extremely surprised that even after thoroughly serching one half of this floor, she still had not managed to find any clues about her friends. Not even a single one. From her investigation so far, Nina could only judge that all three of her friends were on the remaining unexplored half of the floor but in that case the chance of the others already being together was very high.

Nina also had another theory in her mind but she did not want to believe it. If her theory was true then the task of serching for her friends would became a lot more troublesome. So while still worrying about that matter, Nina continued exploring more.

But soon Nina came accross something that made her theory a reality. Immediately Nina found a headache incoming for her. As for what Nina had found, it was another stair. But this one was not going down deeper but instead was going upward.

It could only mean one thing. Nina was not on the first floor of the dungeon but was on a deeper floor. For the time being she had no ways to know which floor exactly she was in. As for the theory that Nina had in her mind, it was simple. She speculated that her friends were not on this floor and were on other floors. And it looked like it was true. Their beloved big sister had most probably teleported all four of them on four different floors.

This made the job of gathering together much harder. Not only that but Nina now realised that she needed to find a way to monitor the two stairs as there was a chance that one of her friends might come up or go down. But at the same time she could also not stop the exploration of this floor as there was still a slight possibility that one of her party members might be on the same floor as her.

Just as Nina was losing her mind with how many things she needed to do, it looked like fortune smiled at her and someone came down from the stairs. The person who came down was also surprised after seeing Nina and both of them stared at each other for a few seconds.

But after the initial surprise, both of their faces bloomed with a happy smile. The person who had came down the stair was none other than Marina and just like this, Nina and Marina had managed to unexpectedly reunite with one another.

After the reunion, they took some time to catch up and very soon Nina explained the situation to Marina. Marina told her that she had not found any stairs leading upward but Marina had also not explored the floor at all. So most probably she had just not came across a stair leading to the upper floor.

But with Marina here, Nina now had more options. She asked Marina to keep an eye on the stairs that was doing downward from this floor while Nina went to the floor that was above it to do a quick exploration. If Nina wanted to do an in depth exploration, then it would take a lot of time but if she just wanted to see if there was a stair to an upper floor or not on the above floor, she could do it in a relatively short amount of time.

Just like this as Marina went to the area where the downward stairs were, Nina went up and started to explore that floor.

...

While Marina and Nina had a reunion, Alessia had also managed to find someone. But that person was not one of her teammates but an A rank demon adventurer who was also exploring this dungeon. Alessia had introduced herself as a S ranker and immediately this demon had became respectful toward her.

Inside the dungeon, Alessia was not using her demon disguise but still immediately after knowing that she was a S rank powerhouse, this demon became respectful toward her. It might be weird for anyone else, but for strength loving demons, respecting someone stronger was common sense even if that strong person was a rare human.

Alessia had a conversation with the man and he told Alessia everything he knew about the dungeon. In exchange he asked Alessia for a training bout and Alessia happily agreed to that. The information that he had provided were invaluable to Alessia so she having a bout with this man was nothing in her eyes.

This man was slightly stronger than the gorrila monster that Alessia and defeated but not by much. So Alessia had no trouble defeating him. But just crushing him in the practice match and doing nothing else would not satisfy Alessia as she was truly grateful to this man. So during the fight, she tried to notice the flaws that this demon had and explained those faults to him. Fortunately this demon was also a melee fighter so Alessia was able to notice his flaws. If he was a mage then she would not be able to help him much as Alessia's knowledge on this field was limited.

After the bout, Alessia parted ways with the man after telling him about the location of the stairs going down to the next floor. The man named Karlos thanked Alessia for the valuable coaching and left. After that Alessia took a little break in a clearing filled with flowers while thinking about what she had learnt from Karlos.

According to Karlos, Alessia was currently on the fifth floor of the dungeon and the gorrila boss that she had defeated was not a floor boss but a mid boss. The next floor had different environment and stronger monsters than these set of five floors. From this Alessia also realised that her elder sister had sent all of them to different floors. While working alone this far, Alessia had also managed to notice how inadequate she was as a solo adventurer.

And as the strongest monster of the first five floors of the dungeon was the gorrila she had defeated, Alessia was now not worried about her friends anymore as she knew how strong they were and they would be able to defeat this monster even when alone.

With that being the case, Alessia decided that the best thing she could do now was to train herself as a solo adventurer more. That was most probably why her big sister had separated them. So instead of going to the upper floors in search for her friends, Alessia decided to go deeper and face harsher condition for her training.

...

While Alessia made the decision to go deeper with a relaxed mind as she was assured of her friends' safety, one of her friends, Shia found herself in a lot of danger. She was collecting herbs when suddenly she was attacked but a plant monster. Before she could realised, more and more plant monsters started appearing around her in huge numbers.

But with her fire magic she managed to defeat them all but then suddenly she came face to face with true despair. All the plant monsters she had killed had left behind a seed and those seeds gather together to create a level 280 A rank plant monster who was almost immune to fire and had a very high magic resistance. So for a flame specialised mage like Shia, it was the worst possible opponent.

So would Shia be able to meet back up with her friends or this plant monster would be the end of her journey ?
