Even in terms of stats, level 262 Shia was weaker than the level 280 plant monster. Then with the magic resistant nature of the monster, she had no ways to defeat it. Shia had already tried using her dark and wind elemental magic but the amount of damage it dealt was negligible. Not only that but this plant monster was also able to regenerate. So Shia was unable to find any way how she could defeat this monster.

So she made the only right decision in a situation like this and decided to run away. She used a dark magic spell to hide her presence and wind magic spell to increase her speed. With those enhancements, she was planning to get as far away from this monster as possible.

But it turned out that even running away was not going to be easy. This monster was connected to all the plants of the forest, so no matter how far Shia run away, this monster was able to track her down. This way Shia kept running for almost a whole day but then suddenly she found herself in a dead end.

It looked like this monster was not only powerful but also quite intelligent. It has managed to figure out a pattern in Shia's running directions and created a trap for her with the help of other plants and monsters of the forest. As soon as she was trapped, Shia did managed to free herself from the trap with her fire magic but it was already too late. The plant monster had already reached her.

Seeing no other option, Shia again engaged the monster in combat. But just like before, she again found herself in the backfoot. But this time, instead of running away again, Shia decided to put her life on the life against this monster.

She had seen her good friend and her leader performing many unbelievable acts. Her another good friend Marina had a very powerful intuition and with her extremely good battle sense, she was also able to defeat stronger opponents. Nina might be weakest amongst the team in terms of stats but she was also the most versatile one. And with her poisons and tricks, she was also capable of felling stronger foe. As for her dear big sister, she was just out of this world.

So Shia did not want to be the only member of the team who could not defeat someone stronger than her. Even if that stronger opponent was a very bad matchup for her, Shia still wanted to defeat it and to prove her worth. Not to anyone else but to her own self.

And it was not like she was planning to just throw herself in the bettle like a muscle head. She was not like Marina and liked to use her brain instead of doing everything based on her insticts. Her insticts were not that strong. While she was running, she was also trying to think of a way to defeat this stupid plant. And she had managed to came up with a way. But Shia was not sure if she could pull this off or not.

Shia was trying to master compound magjc for a long time. With Elena's advance, she had managed to create quite a few dual elemental spell by combining her fire element with dark and wind elements. But that was her limit. She had a hard time combining the dark and the wind element and combining three elements was almost impossible for her.

But with this plant's higher fire resistance, her fire elemental combination spells were not doing much. So she decided to try combining wind and dark to fight this monster. Even though it was hard, while pushing her mind to overdrive, she did manage to cast a spell called Dark Cyclone which was a combination of dark and wind magic.

The effect of this attack was significant but still it was not enough to defeat this monster. Shia needed something a stronger to finish the job. So she decided to risk it all and tried to use a three elemental combination spell.

The affort for this was extremely burdensome for her mind and her nose started bleeding from the exhaustion. But still she somehow managed to not lose focus and cast the spell she was preparing. As she was not really proficient in this, the spell needed five times extra mana than the regular amount but even then it was only 60 percent as strong as the full powered spell. The name of the spell was "Tempest of Abyssal Flames".

But even with the reduced power, the spell was strong enough to badly injured the plant monster. It looked like the strengthened abyssal flame was able to bypass the monster's fire resistance. But the monster was still alive and Shia needed to deal the final killing blow.

But after forcefully using that spell, she was almost out of mana. Her head was getting dizzy and she was about to lose her consciousness. But if she did not finish the monster quickly it would soon start regenerating which would be a very bad thing.

So Shia tried to push herself harder but was unable to. Soon her eyes went dark and she fell down. But before losing her senses, the figure of her two beloved friends appeared in her vision but Shia was not sure if she was hallucinating or if that was real.

Nina did not take much time to investigate the floor where Marina was and instead of finding a stair to an upper floor, what Nina found was the entrance of the dungeon. That could only mean that Marina was transferred to the first floor of the dungeon and Nina to the second floor.

With this information in mind, Nina immediately went down to the second floor and meet up with Marina. After telling her about this both of them decided to go down to the third floor together. Now Nina was almost 100 percent sure that all her friends were sent to different floors, so she did not worry about completely investigating her own floor and instead decided to meet up her friends first.

After going down to the third floor, Marina used her intuition and Nina used her sensing skills. Both of them soon decided to go to the same direction. Marina's intuition was telling her to go toward that direction while Nina sensed a vast amount of mana in that direction.

As they started going there, as she got closer, Nina was able to recognise the mana signature of Shia, which made her extremely happy. But at the same time she also noticed that the mana was becoming unstable. From this, Nina judged that Shia was in danger and she asked Marina to increase their speed.

When both of them finally reached the source of the mana, they found a powerful half dead monster there and an injured Shia who just fainted. Marina immediately finished the monster off while Nina quickly went to check on Shia. After killing the monster Marina also joined Nina in checking on Shia and cast her healing magjc on her.

But still Shia was just too tired and injured, so she was not going to wake up anytime soon. So Nina and Marina decided to take a break in that location which was completely burned by the strong uncontrolled spell that Shia had just used.

That was how three members of the Azure Legion managed to meet up with one another.
