After going down to the sixth floor, Alessia found that the difficulty level of the dungeon had skyrocketed from the previous floors. Most of the monsters that she encountered were at least B rank and several of them were A rank monsters. From this Alessia guessed that the boss of this floor would most probably be a S rank monster.

This spike in difficulty was not much for a S ranker like Alessia, so she continued to explore the floor without any break. She also observed the floor and found out that the sixth floor was quite different from the previous floor.

Even though the sixth floor also had a forest, the forest of the sixth floor was filled with plants with beautiful flowers and fruits. But even though those flowers and fruits looked beautiful, they were actually extremely dangerous. Most of them were poisonous and a few of them were not even fruits and flowers but were actually monsters in disguise.

Those monsters were really very good in hiding their presence and even a S ranker like Alessia was having trouble detecting all of them. Obviously if those monsters showed themselves Alessia could easily cut them down. But if they continued hiding, even Alessia would have a hard time differentiating them from other fruits and flowers.

So as soon as Alessia came across anything suspicious, she immediately cut it down in this forest. Even though she could not be defeated by the monsters of the forest, most of them had poisons. And getting covered in poison was not a good feeling even though those poisons were not really harming her that much.

As Alessia continued her exploration while leaving behind a trail of destruction, she suddenly felt a presence coming toward her at full speed. Alessia immediately got serious and ready to strike with her sword. Soon the figure of a demon woman became clear in her eyes. She was quite a beautiful lady but currently her eyes were filled with anger as she looked toward Alessia.

Alessia was not sure why this demon woman was angry at her but from her aura, Alessia judged that she was only an A ranker. So Alessia was not worried about her safety. After looking at Alessia with anger for some time, the woman started coming toward her with large steps. As Alessia got ready for a fight, the woman walked pass her and started checking on the plant that Alessia had destroyed just recently.

Alessia was dumbfounded by this and looked back at the woman who was checking on the destroyed plant with all her attention. It looked like she had completely forgotten about Alessia's existence. Alessia was very confused by the situation and was not sure what she should do now.

But soon she noticed that a few more people were also coming toward this location. They were also moving quite fast and would reach this location soon. It looked like this those people might be acquainted with this weird demon woman so Alessia started waiting for them to come.

Soon a party of five adventurer appeared before Alessia. This was quite a balanced and powerful party. Three of the party members were A rankers and the remaining two were B rankers. They were first relieved after seeing that the demon lady was safe and sound but then they became cautious again and approached Alessia.

The A rank demon swordsman greeted Alessia and introduced himself as Narka, the leader of the A rank adventurer party called the Raven Hunters. Alessia was also introduced herself as a S rank adventurer which was something Narka had already expected.

She was then introduced to all the other party members and then Alessia told them how the woman had suddenly appeared before her. Hearing this Narka apologised to Alessia and told her their reason for being inside the dungeon.

The weird woman was actually a high ranking researcher of the Altenia Academy of Brilliance. This Academy was one of the top ranking institutions in the whole demon continent. So by having a high position in the academy, this lady named Joka was quite a high ranking demon herself.

She was actually doing research on the flora of the dungeons. So she had been coming in this dungeon quite often to collect research material. Normally she had a S rank friend to accompany her but that friend was not available for this expedition, so the Raven Hunters were enlisted to guard her.

While Alessia and the Raven Hunters were having a conversation, it looked like Joka was also done with whatever she was doing. So she came back to the gathered people with an irritated face. Then she suddenly pointed her fingers toward Alessia and started scolding her.

According to Joka, the plant that Alessia had destroyed was a very rare one that only appeared in the forest of this dungeon for a few hour. Then it would suddenly wither. Joka had been trying to get her hands on this plant for almost 3 months and only this time she had managed to find one that still had not withered. But before she could come to the plant, Alessia had felt something unusual from it and had destroyed it.

That was why Joka was so angry with Alessia. She had been searching this plant for such a long time and she was finally about to get her hands on it. But Alessia had destroyed this Golden Opportunity of hers. After hearing the reason why Joka was so angry with her, Alessia felt a bit bad. So she apologized and told Joka everything she had managed to find during the short encounter she had with this unusual plant.

This plant turned out to have an extraordinary power to absorb any kind of mana but it was usually weak to aura. Any mage fighting it would have a hard time while any warrior fighting it would have an easy time. Alessia had also noticed that this plant was trying to nurture a seed with all the mana it was absorbing.

After listening to what Alessia had to say, Joka fell into deep thoughts for a moment. Then suddenly her eyes lit up and she looked at Alessia with a big smile on her face. Then she started to thank Alessia again and again. No one would believe that this lady was glaring at Alessia just a few moments ago.

It looked like Alessia's report about the plant had helped Joka out in whatever research she was doing. Alessia was glad that she was able to help. Then Joka invited Alessia to have some food with them in order to thank her. Alessia decided to join her as she also wanted information about this and the following floors.

Just like that, Alessia was having more and more encounters with demons while her friends were still resting in the third floor, waiting for Shia to wake up.
