The boss of the sixth floor was a S rank Rock Scorpion and just as Alessia had expected, it was an easy opponent for her team. Marina attracted its attention while Shia used fire and wind magic on a single spot of the monsters hard shell and weaken it's defenses. Nina also used a very powerful poisons in that same area for the same weakening effect.

When the rock hard shell was sufficiently weakened, Alessia used her Azure Thunderfire Slash on that area. As the area was covering the head of the scorpion, Alessia was able to pierce the monster's head in just a single attack and killed the monsters.

If Alessia was fighting this monster alone, then she would have a troublesome time. The shell of the scorpion was truly very tough so killing it in a single blow was not possible. And the poison that this monster was carrying was actually effective even on a S ranker like her.

So without the help and support of her friends, Elena was sure that she would have still won but victory would definitely be a hard fought one. So Elena was glad to have the support of her friends. And assisting her in defeating a S rank monster also gave the ladies a lot of experience points.

After the overwhelmingly victory on the sixth floor, the ladies did not waste any time and continued exploring the seventh floor. As Alessia had a map of this floor and following that they could find the stairs to the next floor, they did not need to map this floor thoroughly.

Nina still scouted the way and managed to find a better route for the Azure Legion to follow. This route actually had more monsters than the route mentioned in the map but it was 30 percent shorter than the previous route.

And as Marina was a battle freak and Alessia was too strong so a route with more monsters was more suitable for the members of the party. But none of the monsters were able to do anything serious as Alessia was with them and Marina also had a good time having a lot of fights.

She had actually managed to find a enemy that was extremely troublesome for a spear user. As she relied mostly on thrusts and penetrating power, she was having trouble against a monster that could change its shape like a slime and could make her thrusts useless.

But during this battle, she was able to gain some sort of enlightenment and managed to master a move called "Golden Cleaver". This actually was not a spear art but a halberd art. Elena had advised Marina that her affinity with halberd was higher than her affinity with a regular spear and that weapon also suited her personality more. So she was planning to change her weapon for quite some time.

But Elena had also given her a mission before switching weapons. That mission was to perform a decently powerful halberd art with her spear. Marina had been trying to accomplish this for a long time but this was the first time she had managed to be successful.

This was an amazing news for Marina and finally she took out a halberd that Elena had send her as a gift. It was a weapon she really liked but had never used before as she had promised herself to use this weapon only after she had managed to complete Elena's mission.

Now that Marina needed to get used to her new weapon, her team slowed down the pace of their advancement and allowed Marina to face a few more monsters to master her new weapon. As spear and halberd were quite similar and just as Elena had told, Marina had a remarkable talent for halberd, she managed to master it within a very short amount of time. Then finally the Azure Legion was ready to face their second S rank boss.

Unlike the first S rank boss, for the second one, the A rank members of the Azure Legion were unable to do anything. The monster they were facing was a super large plant with eight flower like head. It was also releasing a special poisonous that was extremely dangerous for anyone below the S rank but was completely harmless to a S ranker. That poison was the reason why Nina, Shia and Marina did not manage to assist Alessia for this battle.

But fortunately the eight headed flower boss itself was quite weak for a S rank powerhouse. So even though Alessia was fighting it alone, she did not have much trouble defeating it. This battle was definitely more troublesome than the last S rank battle and took way more time but Alessia would not consider it to be a tough battle overall. She had faced many stronger S rank monsters before.

After clearing the seventh floor, they all entered the eighth one. This floor was a maze and without a good scout it was almost impossible to traverse. Even the map was unable to assist them as the topography of the floor changed almost on a daily basis.

For that reason, the map of this floor could only be used as an indicator of which direction the gate was. As for how to go toward that direction, the scout of the party needed to put in the hard work.

Shia tried to use magic but it was not useful. She had a few wind magic spells which were useful in finding a way out of a maze. But this maze of the dungeon was different from regular mazes and her magic spell had no effect. So they could only rely on Nina to get out of here.

This dungeon maze turned out to be extremely troublesome and even an amazing scout like Nina was having trouble. There were also lot of monsters in the maze and they all attacked very frequently. Not only that but the maze could also change mid way while they were still traveling. So monsters could also suddenly attack them from behind.

Shia, Alessia and Marina focused on taking care of the monsters while Nina focused on finding a way out of the maze. They worked well as a team but the continuous unexpected battles were extremely tiring to their mind. But still they did not give up and continued fighting and going forward.

But when they were just a little bit away from the exit of the mage and were feeling a bit relaxed, a super large monster was suddenly transferred to their location. It would have been fine if it was A rank monster, but the monster that was transferred was a S rank ugly frog monster with three heads.

As everyone was taken in by surprise and were already quite tired, Alessia was late to respond to the monster which was the same for all the other ladies. Taking this opportunity, the frog monster attacked Shia and swallowed her. Shia immediately started to blast the inside of the monster's mouth with fire elemental spells and somehow managed so come out but she was in a terrible condition.

The others two heads had also attacked Marina and Nina. Even though they were not in an as terrible situation as Shia, their condition was not good either. Alessia was the only one who was unharmed as the frog monster had not tried to attack her at all.

Just like this, the Azure Legion found themselves in a very dangerous situation.
