So she did just the bare minimum to take care of the situation. After getting only four eggs back, the Sea Roamer left with sad wails echoing throughout the sea. Elena really felt bad for her so she gave her a little help. Elena took away the effect of the divine decree and now the Sea Roamer would not need to roam the sea anymore. So it will be able to take care of the eggs.
