The only way to get out of this trap was to have a STR stat above a certain threshold to break through it with brute force. Seb had judged that Elena was not a warrior but a mage, so the chance of her STR stat being above the limit threshold was quite low. That was the reason why he was very confident in this trap of his.

But Elena was able to easily break through this trap. Her body did not even stop for a single second. This immediately showed Seb that her STR stat was exceptional and he became more serious.

Seeing this Seb was horrified but still he kept his cool. Without panicking, he unleashed his next few spells. First was a fire elemental spell called "Crimson Nova" and that was followed by a lightning elemental spell called "Thunder Maelstrom".

This time, Elena did not took those spells head on. Instead she used her sword to slash once which destroyed both of the spells. Seb was just about to cast another spell but this feat by Elena surprised him and he stopped in stunned amazement. Elena did not miss this chance and cast a spell of her own called "Thousand Bind".

As soon as the spell was cast, a lot of vines came out of the ground and tried to wrap around Seb. He immediately get out of his dazed state and used various spells to get rid of the vines. But the strength and numbers of the vines were too many so all his efforts were in vein. After struggling in vain for a few seconds, Seb got completely binded by the vines.

As soon as the vines trapped him, he found that he was unable to use any of his remaining mana at all. He was also unable to move any part of his body except for his head. As Seb was panicking inside as this outcome was not something that he was expecting at all, Elena slowly walked toward him while holding the sword in her hand.
