Elena's blue eyes started to shine with a golden glow as she activated her authority as the World Guider. Then she connected with the wil of the world and then, using herself as a medium, she also connected the new god in this network.

Then Elena started to transfer information about various matters related monsters and their powers to the new god. To manage it properly, the new god must have a good understanding of the monsters themselves.

Elena transferred the information at a very relaxed pace. There was no need to hurry with this process and the comfortable place also allowed the new god to digest all the informations properly and to understand them thoroughly.

Most of the information that was transferred were related to the powers and abilities of various monsters. There were also some limited information about the habitats of the monsters where the habitats were relevant to what kind of abilities a monster should have in order to survive there.

As this world had an insane amount of monsters of different varieties, the amount of information needed to be transferred was also massive. But with Elena's assistance and as the new god was already aware of a decent amount of information, the whole process did not take too long.

But that was not end of information the transfer. Currently the new little God was only aware about the information without having any pratical experience with it. Normally one would be able to learn more by making mistakes while working and with the help of their seniors. But here that was not possible.

The little god's senior would be Lya who was already extremely busy with a massive amount of work, so giving her an extra burden of teaching would be diabolical. And as the task of the little God was to manage an essential part of the world, making any mistake in this matter would be devestating.

That was why Elena cast a spell called "One Dream, Million Years" on the little God. This dream sent it into a dream realm where it got reincarnated as monsters of various kinds and got to experience the life of various kinds of monsters directly. With this special spell, in a very short amount of time, the little God was able to earn a lot of practical experience about monsters.

After waking up from the dream, the little God had became a lot more mature. The slight childishness that it had previously due to its limited experience had now almost disappeared. Instead it had managed to discover it's own identity.

The gender of the god was still not decided when it went to the dream realm. But after waking up, it was one hundred percent sure that the new god was actually a goddess. It had also taken a physical form which had a lot of similarities to how Elena looked. It looked like this little God was really inspired by Elena while it was finding her own identity.

With this step done, most of the preparations were completed. Now it was time for the naming ceremony of the new goddess. After that she would be able to finally awaken her authority.

For the naming ceremony, Elena left this to the Will of the world. She did have the authority to name a new god but all the previous gods and goddesses had gotten their name from the will of the world. So doing something different for the new goddess would make a few divinities sad.

It did not matter if the name was given by Elena or the will of the world. The effect of the name would be all the same. That was why Elena left the work of naming to the will of the world.

As she watched from the side, the will of the world wrote the name of a new Goddess in a special language and engraved it upon the soul of the newly born goddess. Immediately it took effect and the engraving was completed. The name that was granted to this new goddess was "Eris".

After this step was done, Elena started the final and the most crucial process, which was the authority granting. Elena immediately poured the monster related laws inside Eris and she started to resonate with it.

Normally this was a lengthy process where slowly but steadily Eris would start to understand the laws little by little and would start to form her authority. But with Elena to guide her with the process, this step became extremely fast.

Normally just this last step was suppose to take, at the fastest, a few hundred thousand years. The other gods and even the will of the world would not be able to help Eris in this process as it was something that Eris needed to understand by herself.

The only reason why Elena was able to assist her in this process was because her level was way higher than Eris, who was getting her help. Without that, even a level 3000 powerhouse would not be able to assist with this process. So it was really something that only Elena was able to do in this world. Even if the supreme goddesses tried to do it, they would not be able to.

With Elena's timely guidence, the initial form of the authority started to condense. As it took shape, Eris's level started to increase. As she was not yet born, her level was capped at one all this time. But as her authority began to form, it started to increase. The increase was slow at first but as time passed, her levels started to raise at an alarming rate.

From one, it soon reach 300 and without stopping, it ran toward the 400s. At level 399, the insane growth slowed down for just a second but then at the very next moment, it shot pass the level of a Demigod and started to increase at a rapid pace once again.

As the levels reached close to the mighty 700 mark, it slowed down once again. And after reaching the level of 699, the progress completely stopped. To cross this threshold that only a God could cross, Eris needed to solidify her authority.

With Elena's guidence, this was not a very hard task. After trying for a few times, Eris finally managed to find the perfect frequency that perfectly matched her and she gave birth to her "Divine Authority".

As soon as that happened, her pure white hairs turned deep purple, almost black. Her light blue eyes became a deeper shade of blue. Her height also increased a little bit and her nails became long and sharp. Other that those changes, her teeth also became sharp, like fangs.

The Divine Authority that Eris gave birth to was called "Monster Catastrophe". It represented her supreme power to grant powers to the monsters and she was also able to control all the monsters of this world. After her divine authority's birth was completed, her levels started to rise again after crossing the 700 mark.

That was how, the new member of the divine, the "Goddess of Monster Catastrophe", Eris was born.
