After a few days, a large black whale with wings was seen flying over the sea. The whale had a palace like structure on its back and and there the vampire queen Victoria, Elena, Veronica, Moana and the other ladies were resting comfortably.

This black whale was actually not a living being. It was created by Victoria with the same ability that allowed her to create the city guardian soldiers in the dream realm.

That ability of hers had improved a lot after the giant elder had left the city of Osiel. So currently the vampire queen was way stronger than the one that Elena had met inside that dream realm.

After getting interested in the festival of sin, she had immediately made the decision to go out. There was not really any urgent need for her in the city anyways so it was perfectly fine for her to take little break every now and then.

After making her decision, she had immediately informed all the higher ups of the city about it. She had offered Veronica to join her which was an offer that Veronica had gladly accepted. At first she was planning to use a flying ship for the ride but now that the queen herself was providing a faster means, Veronica gladly accepted that.

In the highest floor of the palace, all four of the ladies were sittings together and were having a good time drinking tea from the queen's personal collection. There Veronica was telling Victoria evrything that she was aware of about the City of Sin and the festival of sin while the other two were also listening in closely.

After Veronica was informed that the queen herself was interested in this, she had especially asked her organisation to share the latest and the most interesting informations with her. So now, she had many new stories to share that even she was not aware of just a few days ago.

Elena had already managed to have a satisfying trip in the city, so she was in a very good mood. Veronica's organisation was very thoughtful and had sent her some secret informations regarding the special foods that might appeared in the gluttony section. So Elena was also listening to Veronica seriously.

First Veronica told them about the organisation managing the Pride section. According to her, this part of the city would be most suitable for a queen like Victoria to participate. The name of the organisation managing this part was the "Ruler Assembly" and it was made by various arrogant rulers of various nations, cities and races.

Victoria was actually aware of this organisation. Some of her good friends were a part of this. She was recommended to join it but that recommendation was rejected by the head of the Assembly for the simple reason that Victoria was not arrogant enough.

Even though she ruled over one of the most famous and super powerful cities in Valhalla and her personal strength was also top notch, Victoria was not really an arrogant person. She was very easygoing and down to earth. So even though Veronica put all the rulers in the same category, Victoria was not really very well suited for this sin.

Next was Wrath. This was again very ill suited for Victoria. As an Avatar of a goddess, her temperament was very similar to that of a god; calm, kind and detached. So it was unusual for her to get angry. The organisation handling the wrath section was called "Rage and Destruction" and Victoria had also heard about it. They were well known for being very troublesome and causing mayhem everywhere.

Envy was something that Victoria did have a little bit. She had felt envy toward her friends for being too beautiful. She had also envied other avatars of the goddess who had gotten extra love from her. But her envy to too weak and her nature was too kind to act upon any of that envy. So even though she had this sin, she would not be able to produce much negetive sinful energy through this sin.

The organisation that handled this section was a very mysterious organisation called "Holders of the Ugly Mirrors". No one knew much about this organisation. Members, leaders, activities, everything related to this organisation was surrounded by a mysterious veil.

The organisation in charge of Greed was again a very famous one. The name of this organisation was "Dark Gold Treaty" and it consisted of greedy businessmen and expert thieves. They were very notorious all over Valhalla and were accused of doing many many crimes.

Greed was again a sin that Victoria did not have. She was born strong and always had everything prepared in her life. So she had never really felt any greed toward anything in her whole life.

As for the sloth, Victoria had a high compatibility with this sin. She was a lazy and easygoing person. If she could, just like Shu, she would also love to laze around and do nothing all day. Sleeping was not really an option and she never felt any need to sleep at all. But if it was just lying down and doing nothing, Victoria was an expert of that.

As for the organisation managing the Sloth section, it was called "Heaven's Embrace". This was also a little known organisation and no one here had heard of it's name before. It was supposedly the weakest among all the organisations of Sin.

Finally it was time for Elena's favourite, the sin of Gluttony. The organisation managing this section was called "Supreme Gourmet Experience". They were chefs, food lovers and food researchers from all over the world. Most of their members were super strong and very helpful to fellow food lovers. Among the organisations of sin, they were one of the kindest and most famous.

Like most vampires, Victoria also had a love for various kinds of blood. But other than that, she was not really interested in other kind of foods. Obviously she felt happy getting to eat something tasty. But she did not have the desire to go look for it.

Finally the last sin that Veronica talked about was also her and Moana's favorite sin, Lust. The organisation in charge of this area was also the organisation that Veronica was part of. It was called "Gathering of Sluts". Even though the name of the organisation made it sound like a female only organisation, men were also accepted in it.

As for Victoria's compatibility with this sin, it was actually not bad. She was a closet pervert and was secretly very interested in sex. She did have a few encounters before but she felt lazing around was more fun than that.

So would the festival of lust would be able to change her mind ?
