After reaching the Oliver family's gate Elena didn't bother with niceties and directly knocked the two guards who were managing the front gate out. Then she strolled inside the mansion like she owned the place. She faced several other guards while she was going toward the room of the family head and she easily knocked all of them out too.

The family head of the Oliver family was a middle aged man of 40 named Gregory Oliver. He was a shrewd businessman who controlled the majority of Xamanetra's markets. As he was busy in his office signing several documents he heard some noises coming from the outside. He became irritated as he disliked if anyone disturbed him while he was working. As he went outside the room to reprimand the person responsible for the commotion, he suddenly found one of his strongest guards lying unconscious on the ground.

While he was looking for the reason why one of his strongest guards was unconscious he saw a super beautiful lady coming toward him. He had never seen someone so beautiful in his whole life but still he had to ask her about the current situation. But before he could ask the lady something the lady herself spoke up -

"Hello, Mister Oliver. I'm Elena, an A rank adventurer. Nice to meet you."

Gregory was kinda bewildered but still he replied -

"Yes, nice to meet you too. I'm Gregory Oliver, the head of the Oliver family."

After the introductions were over Elena went straight to the point -

"Loki Krueta was caught and he had spilled all the beans. So I would recommend you to hand over the pendant to me without wasting any time."

Gregory was an intelligent man. So hearing only this much from Elena was enough for him to guess everything that might have happened. After thinking for a very short amount of time he thought the idea of resisting would be foolish as his family was no match for an A rank individual. And from the confident tone of this person he could also guess that she should have a complete idea of what had happened between Loki and his family. So like a wise person he surrendered.

After getting her hands on the Oliver family head Elena told him to give the divine pendant back. Luckily for her the pendant was still with Gregory as he couldn't take the risk to lose this very valuable item. Then she contacted John Krueta and told him that she had found the divine pendant and he should meet her right now to get it.

John was above the moon hearing that he could get back the item. Even tho Elena was an A rank adventurer who was close to S rank, this sort of mission needed the brains so her having the strength of an S rank would not be enough. So, John thought Elena's chance of success would be very low. But he was clearly mistaken and he was happy about that.

Elena soon met John and told him about the whole plot. He was very angry and disappointed at his own younger brother and on the Oliver family who dared to join him in this plan. But Elena didn't bother with all that and just gave the pendant back to him. After checking the pendant, Elena found out that it actually had the blessing of the Goddess of Good Luck on it. So it was true that as long as this pendant was with the Krueta family, the family would have the support of the luck on their side.

After returning the pendant, Elena also left Loki Krueta and Gregory Oliver in the care of John. She didn't want to take care of them. John was very grateful for all the help she had given the family and wanted to give her something outside the reward she would get from the adventure guild. He couldn't think about anything that Elena would need from him so he just gave Elena permission to peak anything she wanted from the treasury of the Krueta family.

Even tho didn't need anything from the Krueta family, she still didn't reject this chance. So when she entered the treasury she started appraising everything as she didn't want to take anything useless but she wanted to find an item that would be kinda unique or something that Elena didn't have already. So she searched the treasury perfectly and finally ended up choosing something she was happy about.

What she chose was a diary of some sort. It was a diary which was written by an unknown person who never mentioned her name but from the description it could be judged that this person was a female. She found this diary to be most interesting and unique among all the items that were inside the treasury. After that she left the Krueta mansion while the whole family was thanking her. The case was solved and Elena just had to submit the final completion papers to the guild here and all of her S rank promotion missions would be completed.

A person was busy with some kind of experiments and after she had recorded the result she looked at the wall clock and stopped for the day. It was almost evening and she had a meeting scheduled for this evening. She stretched her well maintained body a little bit and cast a spell and vanished from her position.

After leaving the mansion Elena went to the adventurer guild of this city for the first time. Even tho she had technically completed the mission she still wanted to find out the identity of the phantom thief before submitting the completion papers. So, she actually went to the adventurer guild to actually see her first suspect which was an adventurer with the thief profession.

She normally entered the guild and went to a reception to ask if there were any good quests for an A rank adventurer here. She acted like an A rank adventurer who was only staying in this city for a short time as this city was on her way between her final destination. She changed her looks again as her real face became quite popular when she kicked down the gates of the Oliver family.

The guild receptionist was flustered seeing an A ranker and quickly said that there was no quest in the city worthy of A rank but there were some B rank quests. After browsing through then Elena didn't find anything interesting so she left the reception without choosing any of the quests. She just wanted the guild to know that she was a new A rank adventurer and she was successful in doing so.

She then went to the bar area of the guild and quickly became the center of attention there as she was an A rank adventurer. A lot of adventurers were looking at her with respect. A member of the Faxi family even tried to recruit her as most of the adventurers in the city were part of the Faxi family but she obviously rejected with the excuse that she would be staying in this city only for a short amount of time and this was not a lie.

While having these conversations she found out that the name of this sole adventurer who was a very good thief was Mandy and she soon even found the person herself. After appraising her Elena found out that her magic signature was different than the one she found in the underground room of the Krueta family so she was not the phantom thief. After finding this out she left the guild and went to meet the new rich merchant who was also one of the suspects.
