Over the sky of the the City of Sin, Amartia, a tea party was taking place. Only two people were participating in this tea party. They were Elena, the hero from another world and Seola, the Goddess of Absolute Evil of this world.

"Fufu, you look happy Seola."

"Yes, I'm feeling super happy. Getting the chance to have a tea party with big sis in a situation like this is really a dream come true for me. If I was doing this with anyone else, I will have the urge to throw the tea on their face by now. So I'm feeling extreme glad that I am not thinking about such terrible things."

"Don't worry. That is just a side effect of the massive amount of burden of the authority that you're carrying. Just continue training in the way I taught you and in thousand years or so, you should be able to perfect control this problem. After that, not only me but you will be able to spend good times with other gods and goddesses too."

As Elena told Seola about this amazing possible future, she eagerly nodded her head while giving Elena a grateful look and a happy smile. Then she took out a tea pot and poured Elena a deep black tea.

"This tea is something that I created just recently with the preference of big sis in mind. So please taste it and tell me your opinion about it."

Elena smiled and took out a tea pot herself. Then she poured a bright red tea for Seola. Just like Seola, Elena had also created this unique tea with Seola in mind. From what Elena knew about her, this should be a to her liking.

Both of them picked up their cup and took a sip. Elena's tea was a little bitter at first but soon the bitterness went away and sweet taste spread in her mouth instead. Actually the previous bitterness made the sweetness to taste even better.

As for Seola's tea, it was not just bitter but also spicy. It actually tasted similar to a bad flavoured medicine. If Elena would have taken a sip of this, she would have felt terrible. But this was exactly what Seola liked. Her taste buds worked in a different way than normal.

After finishing both of their tea, the two ladies started to eat some snacks while taking about various random things. Just like that they spent some quality time together. Then Seola called someone to introduce him to Elena.

The person whom she had called was a tall being with large horns on the head. This 8 meter tall giant had pitch black skin and a terrifying smile on the face. The smile was so malicious that a weaker person would piss their pants just by seeing it.

Seola introduced this person as Windred. He was the head subordinate working under her and was responsible for the whole grand temple project. He was a devil and was the first devil created by Seola. So he was also known as the "First Sin".

Seola kept Elena's identity vague but from her behaviour, it was clear that Elena was someone important. So Windred tried to be as respectful as possible.

But his nature as an evil devil forced him to still think of ways to hurt and humiliate Elena. But at the same time, he also tried his best to restrain those thoughts as much as possible. That was why, even though Elena felt the malice directed at her, she did not react with violence.

After the instructions were over, Seola asked Windred explain the structure of the grand temple to Elena. Seola was going to be the on site guide for her, so she left the task of giving her a synopsis to her subordinate Windred.

Windred did not go into too much details and just gave a light summary of the grand temple. This place was built not like a place of worship but mostly like a dungeon.

There was one general temple in the outer region that anyone coming to the city of sin would be able to visit. There were also seven specialised temple of sins in the same outer area which would only be accessible to people with enough sin of a kind. Visiting those temples would give the sinners a slightly stronger control over their sins.

That would be all for the outer region and only people with enough strength would be able to visit the inner region. This region would have higher grade version of seven temple of sins and eighteen more temples all dedicated to other more specific evil like adultery, stealing, killing etc. Sinners would be able to sacrifice themselves in case of unforgivable crimes and for minor crimes, they would be able to pray here to get forgiveness from the goddess. Then they would be able to continue doing the sin in moderation. This was quite a bad thing to be honest but it was also an essential part of the proper order of the world.

The inner region would also have several powerful monsters, demons and beasts running around. So only someone strong or a group with a strong person would be able to traverse it. Visiting the temples here for just simple praying would grant a person rhe minor blessing of Evil. This was something extreme valuable, so as soon as this news would spread to the world, a lot of people would definitely come to challenge the grand temple.

But the inner region was not the main attraction of the grand temple. There would be a core region where only a single temple would be present. That temple would have ten floors and clearing each floor would reward the challenger with better and better things. Someone clearing the 7th floor would even be able to become a direct subordinate of the goddess.

But only a demigod rank powerhouse wound be allowed to enter the core region. So not many people would be eligible to challenge it. Seola was also not going to restrict this place to only her believers and anyone willing would be able to come here.

After hearing this whole idea, Elena was sure that this place would definitely become one of the most bustling part of Valhalla in the near future. Not only for the believers but also for strong and brave people, this grand temple was the perfect place to visit. Elena also got intersting to see the actual sights.

Windred also told Elena about various traps, trials and puzzles that they had designed for the temple. So there would not just be continuous fights for people coming here. Obviously if someone wanted they could just ignore the areas with traps and such but Windred was sure that most of the people would not do that.

So after the synopsis was over, it was finally time for Elena to see the real thing with her eyes. So Seola held her hand and both of the ladies entered the black barrier to step foot inside the grand temple for a tour.
