Ilura was located in the slopes of a beautiful mountain called the Great Kamehamaha mountain. Legends says that this mountain created with a legendary level 8000 plus great sage called Saiyan had used his ultimate move here. The name of that ultimate move was same as the mountain.

That move was obviously very destructive but as destruction could be considered as a prelude to creation, it was also filled with the aura of creation. With this and because of the special qualities of this area, this mountain had given birth to various unique things which were also extremely beautiful.

This was exactly the place where Elena and the girls were planning to go in order to rest for a bit. Even though Rosalie was able to move her body a little bit after some time had passed, she was still feeling very weak physically. The three lesser concepts that this being had were related to vibration, friction and rotation. Quite simple in form. And all of those lesser concepts could be used to make the sexual experience of a person a bit more exciting.

This being whom Elena had given the name of Rouge was going to be a congratulatory gift to Rosalie. It can act as both her protector and partner. Elena had added a function to Rouge that made sure that his level was not lower than his mistress's at any time.

So even after Rosalie crossed the level of 7200 but was still under Elena own level, Rouge would continue to be useful to her. Not only that but Rouge also had a skill called soul link, so even if he was killed, as long as Rosalie was alive, he could also be reborn with some time and resources.
