Azusa was fighting against a total of 5 level 7000 plus monsters all on he own but still this battle was not particularly hard for her. As she had managed to understand the concept of Ruin at least a little bit with Elena's help, she was not suppressed by the Ruination Temple that much and was doing quite well here.

Among the monsters she was facing, only two were from the special race who were responsible for this mess. The other three monsters were all local ones from different species.

The mind controlling monsters themselves were not really good at direct combat. So even though they were also level 7000 plus beings, their combat strength would be among the weakest for their level.

But fortunately for Azusa, the monsters that these two had taken under their control were very strong so Azusa was still able to have an enjoyable fight. And what impressed her the most was how intelligent and strategic the monsters from this mind controlling race were.

The three monsters that Azusa was fighting were all extremely well suited to support one another. One was a snail who was capable of using its shell to create a barrier made of ruin energy that was very good as a defensive measure.

There was also another large eyeball monster with a single eye that had extremely strong firepower. This monster was protected by the snail monster as it's own defenses were terrible.

But with the support of the snail, the eyeball monster was able to launch its extremely destructive ruin related attacks over and over again. As it was not worried about getting injured, it was launching all the attacks without holding back at all.

As for the last monster, it was the most troublesome one in the group and was a pure support type. It's capabilities of direct fighting was lower the even the mind controlling monster race.

But in terms of supporting capabilities, this monster was top notch. It was a humanoid monster that looked a little like a fallen angel. It's head looked like a deformed metal ball and its had a pair of pitch black wings on its back. The whole body of this monster had visible red veins with concentrated ruin energy running through them.

This troublesome monster was able to cast buffing and debuffing spells. It was also capable of healing others. And it had a super useful skill that allowed it to copy one skill of it's teammates and seal one skill of an enemy whose level was not higher itself.

So even for a regular powerhouse of Azusa's level, fighting five against one with this type of opponents was extremely troublesome. But Azusa was doing it quite easily.

Even though she was using her genesis grade spear for the battle, she was not actually using its abilities and just the spear itself and her own mastery of this weapon. That alone was enough for her to actually dominate this battle.

If Azusa had went all out, she was capable of finishing this fight in less than a few minutes. But that would be extremely boring and she would also not be able to learn anything from an experience like that. That was why she was taking her time with this fight and was making sure to test out as much of her new abilities as she could. As her only duty was to make sure these monsters were not going after the other two ladies, what she was doing was perfectly fine.

After the battle had lasted for a few hours, Azusa was notified that Rosalie and Amilia had managed to rescue all the captured people. Azusa was happy after learning this but she still had no intention to wrap up her own fight.

During her battle with this group of monsters, she had found out that luckily, this combination of monsters was the perfect to become her training dumny. The snail monster was protecting everyone while the fallen angle monster was making sure to heal any kinds of injuries. That way, this group was able to withstand a lot of beating from Azusa without dying.

So Azusa did not want to let go of a super fortunate chance like this so easily. But unfortunately for her, when the reserve of the ruin energy in the defense and support specialised monsters started to run low, their ability to withstand Azusa's attacks also went away. That was when this one vs many battle came to an end. And the result was obviously a landslide victory for Azusa.

But Azusa did not wipped away all the monsters of this mind controlling race. They were also an essential part of the Ruination Temple and so if they become extinct, Alexis would feel bad and sad about it. And as Alexis's good aunty, Azusa was definitely not going to do something like that.

The most she was going to do was to inform the explorers guild of this world about this new species and spread the news about them to the nearby areas. That way all the new teams going inside the Ruination Temple would be able to take proper precautions against them.

After Azusa returned back, she found all the rescued people fainted and Elena busy analysing them. Actually after Elena had gotten rid of the mind control on them, she had suddenly found that most of the rescued people had underwent a certain amount of special Mutation that she had found to be quite interesting.

So currently Elena was busy doing a bit of research about it. She could pass this knowledge to Alexis who would find this to be helpful in managing the Ruination Temple in the future.

After Elena was done with her research, the next thing she did was to heal the Ruin God. From now on, it was going to act properly as the final boss of this place and a subordinate of Alexis. This was the last remaining task that Elena had here so after she was done with it, it was time for her leave the Ruination Temple.

As Elena was preparing to leave, Alexis was looking at her like a lost puppy. He was not crying or acting sad and was just lost because it actually had no idea about what sadness was.

Was Elena going to leave him just like this, lost and lonely ? Obviously not. Before leaving, Elena left a clone of hers here who was going assist Alexis in managing this place until he had completely grown up. And as Rosalie and Amilia were inhabitants of this world, they were going to come and see him whenever they had time. They were his aunts after all.

That was how Elena and the other three ladies' journey in the Ruination Temple came to an end. It had been an eventful journey and Elena would consider it to be very sucessful.

Now they had also gotten another travelling partner in Miyamura and their next goal was going to be the mysterious Garden of Eden then finally Elena would be able to go and meet the Otrefiona Emperor.
