As Elena was resting and waiting for her broken bones to heal up with her current extremely slow self regeneration, Oshi appeared before her while smiling sweetly. Then she said -

Among what Oshi said, the term choas beast caught her attention. Before the start of the battle, she had sense a presence similar to the Chaos from this monster. And the term Chaos beast just made her speculation even more solid.

Hearing this, Elena nodded her head. It looked like if she wanted to complete her transformation as soon as possible, she needed to fight more beasts like the dragon fish. Which actually made Elena excited.

As Zeta was resting on the branch of the tree, she was attacked by several bug and bird like monsters. The birds looked quite strong, so Zeta avoided them as much as she could by changing the trees. And for the bugs, as they were weaker than her, she decided on killing any that came close to her.

But this strategy backfired a bit on her. After she casually killed an ant that was trying to attack her, suddenly large group of ants started to chase after her. With how many ants there were, Zeta stood no chance of winning in a fight against them.

And it also looked like, these ants had marked her in some way. So no matter how far away she went, they continued to chase after her without getting confused about her location even once.

So with this in mind, Zeta again came up with a plan to get rid of the ants. And that plan of hers was simple. She was going to use the lake that she had seen before as it looked these ants were unable to swim at all.

So Zeta ran straight toward the lake while hoping that the lizardmen were not there anymore. And her wish came true as when she saw the lake again, there was no one near it.

The ants had also realised what Zeta was trying to do, so they had started to use long range acid attacks. Zeta did her best to dodge them as much as she could but still, a few managed to hit her and gave her serious acid burns.

But still Zeta endured all of this and jumped into the lake. She was very good at swimming so she disappeared into the depths of the lake very soon.

The ants stayed at the bank of the lake for some time while angrily spiting acid on the ground. But then they accepted the situation and left one by one. They thought that this creature was lucky to have escaped from them.

But that was actually not the case. As soon Zeta went under water, she found herself in a different trouble. While the ants were going away, she was having a life and death struggle against a few pink and purple tentacles.

Currently she was being attacked by some kind of monster but what kind of monster it was actually was, Zeta had no idea. These tentacles were too long and the main body of the monster was hidden somewhere in the depths of lake.

As for searching the lake to find the main body, that was impossible for Zeta. She would only do that if she was mindless fool.

Currently she was like a regular human, so she could only hold her breath under water for a limited period of time. So there was no way she was going to take the risk of going any deeper into the lake.

She was only waiting for the ants to completely leave. After that she would immediately leave the water. As for how she was going to know if the ants were gone or not, it was actually quite simple.

With how many ants there were, wherever they went, they made a lot of noise. For that reason, if she just kept her ears focused, she could track their movements without much trouble.

So when she had not heard any noise for a decent period of time, Zeta immediately started to swim toward the land. Her time limit under water was soon approaching so she needed to get out of the water now no matter what.

As she get out of the water and on the land, the figure of her mysterious senpai came to her eyes. Yu Chirou was smiling happily while clapping lightly and said -

"Awesome. You did very well surviving those trouble. Fufu, this senpai of yours will give you another big gift after all this is over, okay ?"
