Realm of Infinity

Chapter 69: Law of Command

Noah finally mastered the seal.

The moment the final restriction shattered, a profound change occurred within him. It was as if an invisible gate had been forced open, allowing something ancient and terrifying to flow directly into his soul. Almost instantly, Noah felt that a special Law was being comprehended by him.

It was not slow.

It was not gentle.

It descended upon him like a decree from the heavens.

Noah instinctively sat down where he stood, crossing his legs as his mind entered a deep state of focus. This was not something he could afford to treat lightly.

[Law of Command: 0.01%]

The moment those words appeared in his consciousness, a torrent of understanding followed.

The Law of Command was a supreme Law. It was not merely an offensive ability or a cultivation technique. It was an authority, one that allowed its wielder to dictate how natural laws themselves functioned within a certain scope.

It was the right to give orders to reality.

Noah understood that with this Law, he could command any creature or living organism weaker than himself using nothing but his voice. His words would no longer be simple sound. They would become law itself.

More terrifyingly, the Law of Command did not stop at living beings.

He could command non living matter as well.

Fire burned because it followed an order written into existence. If Noah commanded the fire not to burn, then its burning properties would simply cease to exist. Stone remained solid because it was told to be firm. Water flowed because it was instructed to obey gravity.

With this Law, Noah could revoke those instructions.

Of course, the Law was not omnipotent.

There were constraints.

He could not command everything around him without consequence. The beings, objects, or phenomena he attempted to command had to be weaker than him, either in raw power, authority, or existence level. Commanding something equal or superior would result in backlash, possibly fatal.

So he would have to be careful while using this.

All of this understanding came from a mere 0.01 percent comprehension.

Noah opened his eyes slowly, a faint chill running down his spine.

This Law was absurd.

Then, as if responding to his realization, the Creation Lotus and the Destruction Crown activated simultaneously in his sea of conciousness.

The lotus within his conciousness bloomed with radiant light, spinning gently as it began to passively comprehend the Law of Command on its own. A new leaf was started to form slowly.

Streams of insight flowed into Noah's soul without him needing to consciously guide them. At the same time, the Destruction Crown suppressed instability, preventing his rapidly rising authority from tearing his internal world apart.

The balance between creation and destruction held firm.

Minutes passed. Then more.

Finally, Noah stood up.

There was a smile on his face. It was a calm smile which could shook the entire universe.

"This Law is truly overpowered," he muttered to himself. "The seal of the officials of the Aetherion Primordial Empire contains this Law. That means someone extremely powerful, someone holding real authority, has already comprehended it."

His gaze sharpened.

"I need to be careful when I enter the Empire."

With that thought, Noah left the tower, placing his wooden mask back onto his face.

The moment he stepped outside, the Sentinel Dragon appeared beside him in its small form, hovering silently in the air.

"Master," the dragon said respectfully, "what should we do about the remaining candidates?"

Noah glanced back at the towering structure one last time.

There was no one who could reach the 90th floor anyway.

"Let them play," Noah replied indifferently. "The treasures here are of no use to me anymore. Everything I need is already inside this ring."

Without another glance, Noah exited the Trial Ground directly.

As soon as he emerged, the atmosphere shifted.

The guardians from the three factions were standing outside, their attention instantly drawn toward him. Farther away, the new generation stood together, watching cautiously from a distance.

Two figures stood directly in Noah's path.

The guardians of the two ancient civilizations.

Both of them were Legend ranked beings.

"Hey, you," one of them said coldly as he stepped forward. "Who are you? Why are you hiding your face?"

Noah did not look at him.

He continued walking at his own unhurried pace.

His thoughts were already elsewhere. He had decided that he would tell everything to his parents first. After that, he would put these ancient fools in their place. Only then would he leave for the Primordial Empire.

"Remove that mask or I will kill you," the guardian said, his voice filled with killing intent.

Noah kept walking.

The Federation representatives watched from a distance, confusion spreading across their faces.

"Who is he?" the Peak Gold rank guardian from the Federation thought. "We have no records of him. And judging by the reactions of the others, they do not know him either."

The Ancient Martial Sect guardian finally snapped.

"Bastard! How dare you ignore me? Die!"

He shot forward like a cannonball, appearing behind Noah in an instant. His palm surged with violent energy as he struck, intending to obliterate this nameless punk who dared to defy him.

Just as the palm was about to land, Noah turned his head.

Behind the wooden mask, a pair of eyes glowed with chilling golden light.

The guardian froze.

In that single glance, he felt the pure terror of death. It was ancient, absolute, and inescapable.

"Begone, scum."

At this moment, Noah's Law of Command had already surpassed ten percent.

He decided to test it on this ant.

The instant the words left his mouth, the very existence of the guardian was altered.

Noah's command rewrote reality itself, erasing the concept of the man being alive and replacing it with absolute nonexistence.

The guardian did not even have time to scream.

His body, soul, energy, and history vanished completely, as if he had never existed.

Noah resumed walking, his pace unchanged.

Behind him, chaos erupted.

The other guardian from the Technarch Civilization stared with petrified eyes. For a moment, his mind went blank. Then rage consumed him.

He convinced himself that some dirty spatial trick had been used. His limited cognition could not accept that someone had erased existence using words alone.

He charged.

This time, Noah did not erase him.

He already confirmed the Law's power.

Noah raised his hand and slashed through the air as if wielding a blade.

Space itself split open.

A massive spatial cut appeared, revealing what lay beyond. On the other side was the grand castle of the Supreme Leader of the Technarch Civilization.

The connection was instant.

The Supreme Leader, a super cyborg surrounded by endless data streams, looked up sharply.

"Who are you? How dare you attack the Technarch Civilization?"

Noah did not answer.

Instead, he grabbed the charging guardian behind him and threw him through the spatial rift.

The guardian slammed into the Supreme Leader with unimaginable force. His body disintegrated into cosmic particles upon impact.

The Supreme Leader did not move, but uncertainty flickered in his artificial eyes.

"I will visit your foolish civilization soon," Noah said calmly.

With a wave of his hand, the spatial cut sealed shut.

The desert fell into dead silence.

The Federation representatives stood frozen, their jaws practically buried in the sands of the Sahara.

Noah vanished.

He reappeared directly at his home.

His parents were running a bakery beside their house, something they chose to do out of their own initiative. Retirement had bored them, and they preferred working with their hands.

At that moment, his father was preparing food while his mother handled the customers. The people treated them with great respect. Everyone knew about Naomi, the Federation's supreme prodigy.

Martha suddenly saw Noah enter.

"Noah! Where have you been?" she said warmly. "Anyway, are you hungry? Go sit down. I will bring you something to eat."

Noah smiled.

"Mom, I have something to tell both of you."

"Is it urgent?" Martha asked, worried.

"Not urgent, but important," Noah replied. "Finish your work first, then come sit with me."

Noah took some bread and cake himself and sat at a corner table.

Fifteen minutes later, both of his parents joined him.

"Mom, Dad," Noah said seriously, "I lied to you before."

They stared at him in confusion.

Then he told them everything.

About the Realm of Infinity. About the ten thousand humans taken from Earth. About the brutal two year survival deal. About his banishment.

He omitted the blood. He omitted the slaughter.

"I will deal with the two ancient civilizations soon," Noah said calmly. "After that, I will leave Earth."

They stared at him, stunned.

Noah simply smiled.

"You will see for yourselves soon. Go back to work."

The wooden mask rested quietly on the table, carrying a destiny far heavier than it appeared.

He decided to to see what was inside that stroge ring now.

If anything was useful for his power growth or not.
