"Bi Zhengwei? Ah, please hold on a moment." Chen Fei nodded slightly, then held the phone away from his mouth. He turned to the police supervisor, whose face had paled at the mention of the name. "He says his name is Bi Zhengwei. Do you know him?" Chen Fei asked with a grin.

"I... I do… He's our Director." The supervisor was so frightened his legs nearly gave out. He couldn't believe Chen Fei was so powerful he could summon their Director Bi with a single call... Just who in the world *was* this guy? Thank God I was smart enough earlier, or I'd be in serious trouble right now!

"You know him? That's great. Hello, Director Bi, it's me, Chen Fei. It seems one of your officers is here. Could you have a word with him?" As he spoke, Chen Fei handed the phone to the supervisor.

Seeing this, Wang Quan shuddered but steeled himself to take the phone. He spoke cautiously, "Hello, Director Bi—"

Before he could finish, Director Bi Zhengwei's irritated voice cut him off. "This is Bi Zhengwei! Who is this? Which department?"

"Director Bi, it's me, Little Wang from the Public Security Brigade. Yes, sir, I await your instructions." Hearing the familiar, impatient voice on the other end, Wang Quan felt a jolt. He reflexively snapped his legs together and stood at attention.

"Little Wang? Wang Quan? Who gave you the damn nerve?" Director Bi roared from the other end, his voice growing grimmer now that he recognized the 'acquaintance'. "Tell me right now, what the hell happened? Why did you blind fools mess with Mr. Chen again?"

"No, no, Director Bi, please, let me explain," Wang Quan pleaded, now completely dumbstruck. Cold sweat streamed down his forehead. He'd never dreamed Director Bi would chew him out so thoroughly without even hearing what had happened. At this thought, his face turned ashen. Anyone who had risen to his level was shrewd, so how could he not understand what was happening?

Is that kid's background really that terrifying? Is even Director Bi this afraid of him?

"It's fine. Don't be scared," a voice said beside him. A large hand patted his shoulder. "Just take your time and explain the situation clearly. This has nothing to do with you anyway, right?" Chen Fei said with a pleasant smile.

Hearing his words, the police supervisor trembled but also felt a strange sense of relief. Taking a breath, he spoke into the phone with a grave expression, "Director Bi, it's like this…"

"Arrest them! Take them into custody!"

The command left him dumbfounded. Arrest? Arrest who?

"Now! Immediately! Arrest that kid for me!" the voice on the phone clarified. "And his accomplices, too! Arrest all of them. Does he think he can do whatever he wants just because his uncle is an official? Wang Quan, do you hear me? Arrest them now!"

"Yes, sir!"

Wang Quan felt a shock run through him. He didn't have time to ponder why the situation had escalated so dramatically, to the point that Director Bi was now ordering an arrest… and of the nephew of Liu Tianping, the Deputy Director of the Municipal Finance Bureau!

With a complex expression, he waved his hand and barked at his subordinates, "You lot, arrest him! And his accomplices outside! Arrest all of them, don't let a single one escape!"

What?!

The police officers exchanged bewildered glances, completely stupefied. They couldn't understand what their captain was thinking. The person he was ordering them to arrest wasn't Chen Fei, but Young Master Liu Yuanding and his wealthy friends outside.

"Wang Quan, what the hell do you mean? Are you out of your damn mind?" Liu Yuanding's face drained of all color. He trembled but tried to maintain his composure as he pointed a finger at Wang Quan and cursed.

"Sorry, Master Wang, this order comes directly from Director Bi. I have no choice," the supervisor replied coolly. Then, his expression turning grim, he rebuked his men sharply, "Do you not understand me? Now! Immediately! Arrest them!"

Upon hearing this and seeing the captain's demeanor, the officers, though still deeply shaken, finally moved. They pulled out their handcuffs and apprehended Liu Yuanding and the others. It was a direct order from Director Bi; they dared not disobey.

Seeing this unfold, Miss Chu Yan and the others were utterly stunned. They never expected Chen Fei to be so formidable that even Young Master Liu Yuanding would be arrested.
