NTR: Building a Harem as an Alchemist in Another World!

Chapter 69: Cheat tab?

He mentally clicked on it. Click.

And wow, the name meant exactly what it said. It was basically a huge tab filled with all different types of weapons.

It was like a museum of violence! There were bows and arrows. There were long swords. There were heavy maces with spikes. There were sharp knives. There were short swords. There were spears. Blah, blah, blah. It had literally everything you could use to hurt someone.

He looked at the descriptions. The grade of the weapons ranged from F Rank (Trash) all the way up to SS Rank (Godly). But for him, right now, he could only see the stats and prices up to Rank C.

Everything higher than Rank C was totally locked. He couldn't see them. All he could see were big question marks on them like this: [???]. It was a mystery!

'System, tell me,' Alex asked, scratching his chin. 'What is my rank? Where do I stand in this food chain?'

[You are D- Rank, Boss.]

'Oho. D- Rank? So I am in that range, huh? I see, I see.'

Alex nodded his head. He wasn't sad at that news. He wasn't disappointed at all.

Rank D was not that bad! From what he gathered from the original Alexander's memories in his brain, this specific part of the kingdom—the newbie zone—needs only that kind of rank to survive. He was basically above average. He was okay.

But of course, "okay" is not enough forever. He needs to get powerful. He needs to get super strong if he wants to cuck other powerful warriors. Those guys can be Rank A or even higher! They are monsters!

[Exactly, Boss. The more powerful a person is, the more beautiful their wives would be. That is the rule.]

That was absolutely true. Alex knew it.

In a world governed by magic and strength, being powerful is the ultimate privilege. It is the law of the jungle.

So, the strong men are sought after very highly. Women love power. So, the more powerful you are, and the higher your Rank is, you could get the most beautiful, most voluptuous, and most perfect women in the world just like that! They would flock to you!

'So if I want the S-Rank beauties... I need to steal them from the S-Rank husbands,' Alex thought with a wicked grin.

'The prices seem a bit high, to be honest. But well, they are weapons, right? They are tools of murder, so they should be expensive.'

Alex thought this as he scrolled. The prices ranged from rank to rank like a ladder. Rank G was basically dirt cheap. It was the bottom of the barrel. It was only 100 NTR points. So, honestly, one can only imagine what a Rank G weapon—like a rusty knife—could actually do. It probably can't even cut warm butter!

He decided to test it. He pressed on the [Buy Now] button for the Rank G Knife. Beep.

Suddenly, out of thin air, a weight appeared in his hand. Poof!

He looked down. A rusty knife was sitting in his palm. He did this just to check the transaction speed and safety, and it was fairly easy. It was instant delivery!

The knife was nothing special at all. It was literally just a basic-ass knife covered in red rust. It looked like it would give the enemy tetanus rather than a cut. He looked at it with disgust and then decided to discard it. He was going to throw it in the trash. It was of no use anyway! He had thousands of points; he could buy better weapons if he really wanted to.

[Boss, wait! Don't throw it away! You can store it in the Inventory. Just think the word "Inventory" and you can open your dimensional storage. Keep it, Boss!]

Alex frowned a deep frown. Then he shrugged his shoulders.

'Fine. Whatever.'

The knife could be useful to stab somebody in the back later, maybe. So he stored the damn thing in the Inventory. He only had to think about it. Whoosh. The knife vanished from his hand into the void.

Rank G was useless trash. Then came the higher ranks. The real stuff.

Rank F was in the 5,000 NTR points range. Rank E jumped up to the 20,000 NTR points range. Rank D—which was his current level—was in the higher 50,000 NTR points range. And Rank C? That bad boy was above the 100,000 NTR points range!

'That is expensive!'

Obviously, power was directly in parity with the rank. It was simple math. So, if you can wield a Rank C weapon, you can basically slaughter every single person below Rank C. You can cut them down like grass! And you can go toe-to-toe against another Rank C user and you can win with dirty tricks or by using your big brain.

His greedy eyes then skimmed quickly towards the next option, the [Attires] tab.

He clicked on it. And wow, he found some pretty good attires inside.

It was like a huge digital wardrobe! It had everything a man could ever need to look cool.

There were thick winter clothes for the cold.

There were light summer clothes for the heat. There were expensive, fancy suits that made you look like a rich noble.

There were shiny watches. There were stylish hats. There were party wear outfits for dancing. And what not! It had literally everything.

And to his surprise, Alex found the prices to be actually quite good. They were reasonable!

Nothing exceeded 30,000 NTR points in this section. And that higher price of 30,000 was only for some ranked armours that could stop a sword, and what not. Everything else was cheap.

'At least, yet,' Alex thought cautiously. 'It is cheap right now.'

He wasn't sure about the price once he gets more powerful, though.

Maybe when he levels up, more legendary items—like God-tier underwear or dragon-skin cloaks—could be unlocked, and that would definitely mean a huge increase in price. But for now, he could buy some drip easily.

Then he moved to the [Items] tab.

This tab was a bit bizarre. It was weird. It has everything else in it. It was like a random grocery store mixed with a hardware store.

It had food like apples and steaks. It had raw materials like iron and wood. It had herbs and flowers. And what not.

The prices were on the smaller side since the items were just too commonly available in the world. They were cheap. Apart from some very rare herbs, that's all.

'Pfft. Why would I buy herbs?' Alex scoffed. 'I am a genius alchemist.'

Rare herbs were things he could easily find if he could just spend four or less hours walking in the wild. He had the "Eye," remember? He could find them for free! So buying them here was nothing special.

It was a waste of points.

His eyes then focused on the remaining one tab. The last one. The most mysterious one.

[Cheat]

Basically, the other tabs covered everything he wanted—weapons, clothes, potions—so what could this tab possibly hold? What is a cheat? Is it god mode? Is it infinite money?

He mentally clicked on it with great anticipation. Click.

The tab opened up slowly.

But to his shock, there was only one single item inside it. Just one lonely item sitting in the middle of the screen.

He looked at the picture. He looked at the name. And immediately, he frowned a deep, confused frown. His eyebrows touched each other.

"What the hell is that thing doing here?!"

Alex shouted this out loud in the empty room. He was totally baffled.
