Find a Troubled Girl after leaving the Guild

Chapter 105: Slow Spell (Part 3)

"I heard she's a beauty, so I came to see for myself. My name is Kafei, please remember it, beautiful lady."

Kafei finished speaking, and the members behind him laughed strangely.

"Hey, what's with wearing a mask?"

"In places like this, wearing one means there's something underneath. It's only fun when it gets dirty."

Such a standard provocation was obviously deliberate.

Their words caused some unrest among the group behind Andasu.

Li Ang gathered from their whispered conversation that they knew about this matter, but Andasu outwardly presented himself as a young man named "An." These Sandbone Group members are sky pirates from outside, so how do they know Andasu's identity?

"The Platinum King sent you," Andasu said.

Kafei's smile remained unchanged, and he didn't speak, expressing firmly that things were set to escalate.

"That bastard!" Bonnie cursed.

Penny frowned and said, "They used to come causing trouble, but it happened only after long intervals. An just delivered the debt payment the night before last, and now they're here immediately... Are they planning to keep coming after us?"

"No need to say more, come with me."

Andasu nimbly leapt onto the platform, beckoning to Kafei, "Let's solve this here."

Kafei's smile remained unchanged as he jumped onto the platform, pointing his curved saber at the young girl.

Seeing he had no intention of lowering his weapon, Andasu also drew the Hidden Poison Blade from her waist, assuming a fighting stance.

Both sides faced off, and just as a clash seemed imminent, Kafei suddenly snapped his fingers.

All the Sandbone Group members below drew their swords and began slashing at the surrounding people. Even though many were on guard, they were still struck by blades, causing blood to splatter everywhere.

The Sand Beast Gang members either drew their weapons or grabbed nearby stools or wine glasses, striking at the Sandbone Group members' heads. A brawl erupted, but it was clear that the armed Sandbone Group had the upper hand, with yells and screams echoing frequently.

"What are you doing!" Andasu shouted in shock and anger.

Kafei laughed, saying, "The Platinum King asked me to pass along a message."

He cleared his throat and said, "Everything is about to change, and you don't have much time left to think. If you can't defeat a squad from the Sandbone Group, you'll be their prize, and your erstwhile pride and reserve will be their greatest amusement."

After Kafei finished speaking, he laughed heartily, coughing twice.

"Oh my, I've lived so many years and never encountered something this interesting and exciting."

Andasu bit her lip hard, a strange fragrance emanating from her body.

"Hey, Sandbone Group."

A voice rose in the chaotic scene—not loud, nor containing any specific taunt. The Sandbone Group members originally didn't intend to pay attention, but suddenly felt anxious, thinking they should listen to this person.

Their gazes shifted, discovering the speaker wore an ugly black helmet with a dark golden eye pattern branded on it. The sight of him suddenly appearing in the room seemed very bizarre.

But deep down, they felt they shouldn't defy him.

Li Ang, wearing the Divine Eye Helmet, had already applied Spiritual Driving to these people, using a method akin to spreading magic power as when using the Tumult of Ten Thousand Spirits.

"You are a group of worthless garbage. At my signal, willingly end yourselves."

"Yes, that's right."

Except for Kafei, all twenty-plus Sandbone Group members in the room lifted their weapons, placing them at their own throats.

Li Ang raised his hand and snapped his fingers.

With a slicing sound, more than twenty people simultaneously exerted force, beheading themselves.

Over twenty fountains of blood splashed onto the ceiling, leaving the Sand Beast Gang members and the originally trapped audience on the platform stunned in the blood rain, not knowing what to do.

A wall of wind around Li Ang blocked the falling blood splatters. He removed his helmet and, smiling at the stunned Andasu, raised his palm.

"Your turn to fight, please."
