Swamp Lord with an Intelligence System

Chapter 69: Romeo and Juliet the Emotion-Harvesting God_2

With the enslavement of the Mosquito Queen, the longevity blood essence needed by the swamp yellowjackets is no longer a problem.

Only the divinity controlled by the Dark Naga remains incomplete, along with the intelligence of the Wetland Lizard-Man passing by tomorrow.

Besides that, the Foul Giant Demon, hinted at by previous intelligence, already appeared yesterday.

Also, the ancient ruins discovered by the Half-Fishman haven't been explored yet.

The intelligence on the Dark Naga holds the highest value, yet correspondingly, it also poses the greatest challenge.

The issue of the Wetland Lizard-Man passing by will have to wait until tomorrow... In the meantime, his gaze was swiftly locked onto the Foul Giant Demon and the Half-Fishman's relics.

Today, we'll first conquer this gathering point of the Foul Giant Demon, and then, once the Mire Queen Bee and the Two-headed Ogre Chieftain have completed their transformations, we'll tackle the Dark Naga.

This high-tier wild monster map is best approached with confidence.

After a simple wash, just stepping out of the tent, he found the Swamp Boggart rehearsing not far away.

The surrounding residents, who had just woken up, curiously observed.

Regardless of anything else, simply seeing such a beautiful Boggart standing before them was a feast for the eyes.

Lear watched the slightly stiff movements and chuckled.

He went forward and personally offered some guidance, teaching them the little acting skills he had learned from entertainment shows all at once.

The Swamp Boggarts had indeed extraordinary talent in acting, instantly grasping what he barely understood.

Moreover, they performed vividly, without leaving any trace of acting.

He gave a big thumbs up.

Boggarts are truly impressive!

After a brief relaxation, he had them pause, and then began gathering the army for hunting.

10 squads of Wetland Lizard-Man Warriors, 8 Bubble Beasts, 3 Swamp Boggarts, plus the two heroes, Haggs and the Two-headed Ogre Chieftain.

In addition, apart from leaving 10,000 swamp yellowjackets to continue nesting, the remaining 50,000 were brought along.

They set off directly towards the north, heading straight for the Foul Giant Demon.

The journey was silent, and the nearly two-hour distance was quietly crossed.

Once again arriving at the location of the Foul Giant Demon.

Just approaching this area, the intense odor became palpable.

It was like a dead fish fermenting in a dark place for half a month, giving off a strong and pungent impact.

Lear furrowed his brow.

With a thought, he had the swamp yellowjackets temporarily fly down to the ground vegetation to wait.

He then led the Bubble Beasts and the two heroes stealthily forward.

Parting the grass, his view suddenly opened up.

Amidst the void, a building floated indistinctly.

One could barely discern it was a decaying structure, but its exact shape was unclear.

The surrounding space rippled like a water curtain.

Indeed, the relic building appeared!

Beneath that structure, hundreds of towering and robust monsters were crossing the space back and forth, entering the shadowy relic building.

Standing over three meters tall, their heads bore a single horn, and their mouths opened like petals, filled with sharp teeth inside.

Their bodies were clad in animal skins, exposing large areas of bare skin, with thick fur.

Though unarmed, the formidable power of their large frames was palpable.

But what made Lear frown was not the savagery of these beasts, but the air's stench, which at this moment surged severalfold higher.

His eyes stung slightly, feeling somewhat as if they were being smoked.

Ugh~

Beside him, several Bubble Beasts, upon smelling the odor, directly vomited.

How nauseating.

How could there be such a foul creature in the world...?

Lear's magic power surged, isolating the outside odor, and his complexion gradually recovered.

Focusing his gaze, the terrifying monsters' attributes appeared in his mind.

Foul Giant Demon

[Level]: Level 9

[Potential]: 2 Stars

[Racial Talent]: Foul Body Odor — has an extremely foul body odor, causing life forms that smell it to feel nauseated, experience dry heaving, and weaken significantly, with fighting strength dropping sharply.

[Skills]: Punching Strike (2 Stars), Bad Breath Spray (2 Stars), Black Mud Skin (2 Stars)

[Evaluation]: A monster with a uniquely powerful stench, perhaps no one would willingly choose to battle them.

2 star potential, level 9 life, and so damn disgusting...

Lear's brow furrowed further.

Looking back, thankfully the swamp yellowjackets showed no reaction to the stench.

His gaze gradually turned cold; there was no hesitation.

He turned to the little cute being beside him.

"All Bubble Beasts, attack with Bubble Bombs and disrupt the Foul Giant Demon's formation."

"Swamp Boggarts, once the Bubble Bombs are ready, immediately use your songs to bewilder the Foul Giants and lower their guard."

Then with a mental signal, he encompassed all the swamp yellowjackets.

"Once the explosions sound, launch an attack immediately!"

"Leave none alive!"

The swamp yellowjackets in the rear instantly perked up, awaiting the signal.

The Bubble Beasts began blowing bubbles.

Whirrr~

The bubbles rapidly expanded, swelling to three meters in diameter!

With ample preparation, each Bubble Beast handled 5 bubbles!

Simultaneously, the Swamp Boggarts' mouths parted, and a melodious song flowed out.

In the next instant, forty giant bubbles, each three meters wide, were launched like cannonballs.

They fiercely flew toward the Foul Giant Demon, crashing down.

Bang~

A violent explosion unleashed turbulent air waves, directly blasting the Foul Giant Demon, who huddled together in stupor, into the air.

In that moment...

"Swarm... attack!"

Buzzing~

The swamp yellowjackets soared back into the sky, darting through the grass like arrows, plunging directly downwards.

The Foul Giant Demon's expression was first bewildered, then their surroundings exploded; in their confusion, they saw the sky darken.

And then... the swarm struck!

Instantly, they felt the searing pain of bee venom!

Swamp yellowjackets had very low defense, capable of being squashed by an ordinary person's foot.

Yet their highly poisonous, ten-centimeter long stinger was a fearful weapon no one would underestimate!

Splat~ Splat~

In their high-speed flight, the yellowjackets bent their abdomens, their stingers piercing the Foul Giant Demon's skin, driving deep into their bodies.

Some stingers sliced long gashes into their skin.

The venom aggressively eroded their nerves.

In that moment, the swarm of Foul Giant Demons on the ground were engulfed.

Sensing something, the Foul Giant Demons within the relic building also swarmed out.

Yet before the disaster-like swarm, all efforts seemed futile!

Meanwhile, led by Haggs and the Two-headed Ogre Chieftain, the Wetland Lizard-Man Warriors launched their attack as well.

Gripping their steel sabers, clad in heavy armor, the heroes led the charge.

With their formation disrupted, and their companions strangled by the ferocious swamp yellowjackets, the Foul Giants struggled to muster any organized counterattack.

The Wetland Lizard-Man's height wasn't an advantage, nor were their levels superior.

Yet, aided by the Boggart's song and the yellowjacket's offensive, these fearless warriors swiftly achieved victory.

A Wetland Lizardman Warrior rushed up to a Foul Giant Demon, suddenly ducked, and slashed his steel saber at the giant's knee.

Splat~

Blood sprayed, and the gigantic body staggered, collapsing heavily onto the ground.

Struggling to rise, two Lizardman Warriors leapt up behind.

The steel sabers swung down forcefully.

Splat~ opening a huge gash in its neck, almost severing it halfway.

Veins were torn apart, causing blood to gush out, shooting over ten meters high.

Buzzing~

The blood instantly roused the dense swarm of swamp yellowjackets.

Their flight speed accelerated once more.

The three forces joined in the massacre.

On the field, the Foul Giant Demon fell swiftly...

Under such power, this surprise attack and siege war manifested an overwhelmingly dominant advantage.
