It was a tedious task that took much time as they didn't have anything but water.

As they used some brushes made of dried crop stalk to brush everything off, they chatted among themselves.

"Sister Xue Cong, what do you think Master Lin is doing in that room of his?" Yue Xin asked with curiosity.

Xue Cong shook her head and said, "I have no idea. Maybe your sister would have a better idea."

Among them, Yue Jie was the most well-read and knowledgeable about many things, even though she preferred to keep quiet most of the time.

Yue Jie's face blushed and she kept quiet.

Both Xue Cong and Yue Xin frowned and asked, "So... What do you think? You must know something."

"Young masters.... they sometimes want to have more variety and fun..." Yue Jie couldn't bring herself to finish her sentence.

"Have fun in what?" Yue Xin tilted her head and asked.

Xue Cong had a hunch what it was about, and she started to blush too.

This made Yue Xin even more confused.

"Ahem." Mei Jiao, who was cleaning up the wok and preparation area, gave out a cough.

That made the girls stop and Yue Xin could only twitch her mouth, not very pleased as she didn't get the answer.

Their conversations, however, made Mei Jiao wonder about the fact that Lin Xuan Qi seemed to be single and there wasn't any mistress in the mansion.

And without a mistress, there was also no tong fang servant girl.

She didn't know how to feel about it.

"Great, everyone is here." Lin Xuan Qi stepped into the kitchen and said.

It took everyone out of their thoughts and Xue Cong turned around and said, "Master Lin? It's messy here, just let us know what you need."

"It's my invention to help clean stains and oil. You can also use it to clean your clothes."
