Lucy stared into his eyes for a good few minutes before nodding her head. "I will try my best."
She spoke, her voice filled with conviction.
"Mhm, such a good girl. Why don't I give you a heads-up?" Rahu smirked. The hand that was holding her chin moved back, gripping her neck.
With a yank, he pulled her closer and took her lips!
"Mhn~!!" Lucy almost melted in his arms. She quickly put her hands behind his neck and hugged him hard, pushing herself into him.
"Ahn~ Rahu~ I-I love you," She moaned in his mouth, and muttered quietly. Her bloodline stirred ever so slightly, and, unknown to her, her eyes turned a deep shade of pink for a moment!
After kissing for a few moments, Rahu only let her go when he felt satisfied. A string of saliva connected their lips.
"If I had known you tasted so juicy, I would have taken this ass long ago," Rahu said, his lips curling into a lascivious smile. His hands moved all over her perky butt, kneading and massaging its curves.
"Hmph! Weren't I so average in your eyes?" Lucy pouted and turned her head away, huffing, but she still observed his reaction from the corner of her eyes.
Rahu's eye twitched when he heard that, "You do know that I was teasing you, right? And besides, let's be honest here, the current you looks far better and sexier than the previous one."
"R-Really!?" Lucy's pout disappeared in an instant; her eyes glowed when she heard his praise. She suddenly started to feel giddy; after all, it's not every day you receive such praises. And not to mention from this big bad bastard's mouth, which is always filled with insults and curses!
"Yes, now go. We will be free when this war ends, that time we can sit and talk for hours." Rahu shook his head with a smile when he saw her acting like this.
Lucy nodded and, after kissing him one last time, she rushed off to the battlefield.
Rahu stood tall at the edge, his gaze dropping to the battlefield below. The cultivators of Solterra in the frontline had already clashed with the Crimson House cultivators, and a few hundred had already died. Then his gaze shifted to House Rivera, and a curious glint passed through his eyes as he observed them.
House Rivera was, by no means, weak. Their main element was the star element, which was honestly one of the most powerful offensive elements; it was a bit stronger than his black lightning.
But currently. There was no Silveria leading them; they were like a snake, missing the dragon's head.
Rahu looked in the distance and waved his head, in an instant. A white-haired woman fell on the hard ground with a dull thud.
"Ouch! My butt!" Silveria yelped slightly at the sudden summons. She tilted her head and saw a handsome face staring back at her.
"Hm? Rahu? What's the matter?" She asked in confusion, but when she heard the large war cries in the distance, she looked towards the battlefield, her eyes narrowed as she witnessed the battle on such a large scale.
"The Inheritance—?"
"Yes, as I already told you. It's right over there, and the war has just begun," Rahu interjected before she could speak.
"But then why are you standing here? I'm sure it would take a mere flick of your finger to end this battle," Silveria asked, her voice filled with confusion. It was true, even with her ocular powers and detecting abilities, she still couldn't see the depth of his strength in the slightest. Heck, she didn't even understand where or how his strength even worked.
Hearing her words, Rahu let out a quiet chuckle. "Well, now that would be boring, right? And besides, I want my woman to experience battles and hone their skills, instead of relying on me."
"Oh…I see, then do you know what Inheritance is? Because judging by reaction, you don't seem all that interested in it for me," Silveria asked. If there was any treasure mentioned, Rahu would be the first to jump on the road. She was finding it hard to believe he was just sitting back and watching all this.
"Who said I'm not interested? I have my own reason for sitting back, and as for your question, heh. I do know what that inheritance is. But I'm sure you wouldn't like it very much," Rahu spoke. This bitch's assumptions were going off the rails at times. Did she really think that he would be missing an additional power? Please, even if the treasure was a bunch of Low-grade Mana crystals…he would still loot that.
"Huh? Wouldn't like it? Why is that? Now you are making me curious here!" Silveria said, no matter how calm or silent they act. They all have one single thing that connects and operates their brain. It was curiosity, every woman has it, and a thirst to satiate that desire desperately.
"Hehe, it is…" Rahu grinned and muttered something in her ears, but the moment she heard those words, her eyes widened in shock.
"W-What!? No way!" She shouted, her voice filled with shock. She looked at Rahu, as if he were some big, bad ghost!
"Yes way. Now, answer a few of my questions here," Rahu said, his words forcing her to shove down more of the questions she was about to ask.
She looked at his handsome face and nodded slightly.
"How did you enter here as a Soul Tempering Realm cultivator? Even with my high achievement in the Law, I still couldn't sense how you sealed your cultivation and entered inside," Rahu asked, his voice full of curiosity. It was indeed the truth, even after mastering one of the Greater Laws, the Law of Death. He still couldn't sense how she had done it. Hell, he couldn't even confirm whether she was a Soul Tempering Realm cultivator at all, if not for the reaction of his poison.
Hearing his words, Silveria snorted, "If you could, I would have damned my physique to the depths of hell."
"Oh? What type of physique? Aside from other Greater Laws, I don't think there's anything that my eyes couldn't see," Rahu said, he wasn't being arrogant in the slightest. It was merely the truth.
"Although I don't understand the Law nonsense you're spewing. But, I'll still answer you anyway."
