Infinite Dimension Physique: Rise of The Lustful Devil

Chapter 166: The Stages of Laws

"There goes the last bunch of…fireflies."

Rahu muttered, slowly landing on the ground. Severin stared at him speechlessly.

"Did you master the element of Space?" He asked, slowly getting up from his spot. His mind couldn't take more shocks, or it will definitely explode.

"Yes, and no, it's my Dimensional Abilities. I have yet to master the Space element," Rahu spoke, stretching his hands. Why did he have to be so dramatic and use all three of his abilities, you ask? Well, that's because he wanted to test his abilities a bit…their power and their extent.

He could have ended this fight in less than a second if he had used his law, but yes, he wanted to test his dimensional abilities.

And he had to say, they didn't disappoint him the least. Especially the Dimensional veil, it was similar to transferring his physical body to another dimension, replacing the real one with just consciousness. It was a bit abstract, but very useful nonetheless. And the physical body will be temporarily stationed at his dimensional core.

Next came the Dimensional Step. Whenever Rahu willed it, countless threads of the dimension revealed themselves, spreading throughout the surrounding space. Using these threads as both guidance and leverage, he manipulated them with his dimensional energy and executed the movement effortlessly.

And the only thing he didn't use was Dimensional Shift because…it wasn't required.

"Alright, let's go. This was probably the eighth floor, and the trials don't equal the floors. So, let's go."

Saying that, he turned around and started walking towards a similar gate.

"Hey, but how did one even clear this trial? This…this is simply impossible. Even if they are peak Origin Realm experts!" Severin spoke; his words weren't wrong.

"Who knows, heh?" Rahu chuckled. Honestly, he too didn't know exactly what was going on. He just guessed that it was because of his presence that the system had increased the difficulty. After all, it did say that the trial's difficulty would be increased by 50 percent.

Soon, the two arrived in front of the gate that led to the next trial. This time, the entrance glowed with a golden hue, majestic and authoritative.

"Severin, this is probably the second last trial. It will definitely be about the Radiant Monarch's inheritance, so don't die." Saying that, Rahu's smile widened, picking up Severin by his collar.

"W-W-Wait!? What are you doing—?"

Before he could complete his words, Rahu threw him inside the entrance and nodded his head.

"Well, I will join you sooner, but you know, there are my women who are currently inside the tower" Turning around, he stared at the empty space in front of him, his gaze penetrated the layers of space and landed on the Illusory figure that was currently having his ass bitten by Karma.

Rahu raised his brows in amusement when he saw this, "So, she can touch him, too, huh? Karma is indeed a special existence."

There was absolutely no way to touch him; he couldn't be touched by elements nor by the flesh. Because he didn't have a body in the first place, it was fully tied to the tower, its existence and its consciousness. It wouldn't be wrong to say it was one of the Admins of the tower.

Shaking his head at Karma's antics, he waved his hand.

Outside the tower.

"How do you like that, huh? You ugly bastard!!" Saying that Karma once again bit down on his ass, which was already swollen. Of course, metaphorically.

Y-You beast! Just you wait!! I-I'll have my revenge soo—ARGHH!!!"

The Illusory figure was confused and horrified; the earlier handsome man had thrashed him, too. It was understandable because he had the laws and some spatial abilities…But this beast!? This had nothing of the sort! Aside from the strange light and dark energy he felt inside it.

Just as he was about to open his mouth to curse the damn beast, he froze.

The space around him suddenly tightened in a familiar feeling.

"W-What!? Is it that guy again!? Shit!"

Just as his words echoed, the space around him twisted, and he disappeared in a puff!

"...Huh? Where did that guy go?"

In front of Rahu, the Illusory figure materialized, and when it saw Rahu, a chill ran down his spine!

"W-What do you need!?"

"Huh?"

"S-S-Sir! What do you need me for?" he corrected his words in an instant, still vividly remembering the torture.

"Lower the difficulty of trial three and trial four," Rahu commanded directly. Hearing his words, the Illusory figure's face turned strange. He looked at Rahu as if he were some rare animal.

"Y-You are having difficulty clearing…these?" he asked in an incredulous tone.

"Will you do it, or do I have to make you do it?" Rahu threatened. This guy talked way too much.

"I-I will do it, but the system will flag the non-believers and increase their difficulty," he said. He could lower the base difficulty, but he couldn't remove it entirely.

"Huh? Who said about removing the difficulty? I just said to lower the difficulty levels," Rahu said.

"Oh? That can be arranged! These women huh?" the being asked, as it raised its head.

Rahu then pointed out Azaria, Seris, and Zira.

The third trial only had one light warrior to deal with; it was easy if the three of them worked together, but ten of them? It was impossible, unless, of course, you are Rahu.

"...I have done it' The being quietly spoke, afraid that he would get beaten if he spoke anything wrong.

"Mhm, good work."

"Alright, we still have a bit of time till that brat absorbs that blood. Now, let's continue where we had left off earlier." Rahu suddenly spoke, startling the Illusory figure.

It hurriedly bobbed its head in agreement.

The moment Severin stepped inside the entrance, he felt a wave of energy hit his head. He closed his eyes.

A few seconds later, he slowly opened his eyes.

"T-This…" Severin's jaw dropped as he glanced around. It was blood…a sea of blood. No, it was an ocean of blood!

The blood was a golden color and glowed like the morning rays of the sun.

"Do I have to…absorb this shit!?"
